水溶性席夫碱型锰配合物的合成、表征及其模拟超氧化物歧化酶活性研究

以水杨醛为母体, 与胺类化合物缩合形成席夫碱配体, 用分子自组装法合成了一系列水溶性席夫碱型金属锰单核、双核配合物. 通过元素分析、红外光谱对配合物进行了表征, 采用邻苯三酚自氧化法测定了配合物的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性. 结果表明, 这些水溶性锰配合物具有良好的SOD活性.     

Underpotential deposition of tin(II) on a gold disc electrode and determination of tin in a tin plate sample

This work describes a study of the underpotential deposition (UPD) of Sn²⁺ on a polycrystalline gold disc electrode using cyclic voltammetry (CV) and chronocoulometry (CC). Sn²⁺ ions showed well-defined peaks from UPD and UPD stripping (UPD-S) in 1 mol/L HCl solutions, while bulk deposition (BD) and BD stripping (BD-S) of the ions were also observed. The measured UPD shifts, E_UPD, between the UPD-S and the BD-S peaks were more than 200 mV. The UPD charge and the surface coverage of tin were measured by CC. A new method for determining Sn²⁺ was therefore developed, based on the excellent electrochemical properties of the Au/Sn UPD system. A plot of the UPD-DPASV (differential pulse anodic stripping voltammetry) signal versus the Sn(II) concentration was obtained for [Sn(II)] of 1.98×10^–7 to 3.64×10^–5 M. The method developed here has been applied to determine the tin in a tin plate sample.     

固体CD光谱研究及其应用于手性席夫碱M(II)配合物

结合课题组近期的相关研究,对固体CD光谱在手性配合物研究中的应用,特别是手性样品固体CD光谱的测试方法进行了概述,通过对四对手性席夫碱M(II)(M=Ni、Cu)配合物的固体和溶液CD光谱进行比较研究,发现配合物的手性构型在固液相中保持一致,但其固液CD光谱之间存在不同程度的差异,可能是由于相应配合物在固体和溶液相中的四面体扭曲或构象的微妙不同所致.     

脲基苯乙炔4-′(对甲基苯基)-6-苯基-2,2′-二联吡啶铂(II)络合物的合成

本文通过异氰酸酰化反应合成了含有脲基的苯乙炔新型配体及以它作为辅助配体的4′-(对甲基苯基)-6-苯基-2,2′-二联吡啶铂(II)络合物,初步研究了铂(II)络合物的光物理性质,发现由于脲基的存在,当浓度大于3.32×10-5mol/L时铂(II)络合物能够发生分子间簇集.

Thermal and structure analysis of FeSO4·H2O-BaO2 mixtures

Investigations on the thermal decomposition of FeSO₄·H₂O-BaO₂ mixtures were carried out under isothermal conditions by using simultaneously solid electrolyte cell (EMF-method). Evoked interactions producing oxygen in the temperature range 553-673 K were established by means of a solid electrolyte oxygen analyzer. Based on Mössbauer spectroscopy data and X-ray analysis it was proved that these reactions were associated with the release of oxygen from barium peroxide, oxidation of ferrosulphate-monohydrate to FeOHSO₄, and formation of barium ferrites such as BaFe₂O₄ and BaFe₁₂O₁₉.     

Synthesis and X-ray crystal structures of six [TeL4][MF6] salts, where L is ethylene- or trimethylene-thiourea, and M is Si, Ge or Sn. Five Te(II) complexes with a novel type of structure linked together by unusual N–HF hydrogen bonds

The complexes [Te(etu)₄][SiF₆] (1), [Te(etu)₄][SiF₆] · H₂O (2), [Te(trtu)₄][SiF₆] (3), [Te(etu)₄][GeF₆] · H₂O (4), [Te(trtu)₄][GeF₆] (5) and [Te(etu)₄][SnF₆] (6) (etu = ethylenethiourea, trtu = trimethylenethiourea) have been prepared and their crystal structures determined by X-ray crystallographic methods. The crystals of 1, 3 and 5 are tetragonal; space groups P4cc (No. 103) with Z = 4 for 1, P4nc (No. 104) with Z = 2 for 3, and I4 (No. 79) with Z = 2 for 5. The crystals of 2, 4 and 6 are orthorhombic, space group Pccn (No. 56) with Z = 8 for 2 and 4 and Z = 4 for 6; those of 2 and 4 being isomorphous. The cations contain square planar or slightly distorted square planar TeS₄ coordination groups. In 1, 3 and 5 the Te atoms are located on fourfold rotation axes; the cations have fourfold rotational symmetry and the four thiourea ligands extend to the same side of the TeS₄ plane. These are the first examples of [TeL₄]²⁺ conformers of this type. In 2 and 4 the Te atoms lie on general positions; the cations are distorted versions of those in 1, and also in these the four ligands extend to the same side of the TeS₄ plane. In 6 the Te atoms are located on twofold rotation axes, the conformation of the cations corresponds to the point group C₂ with two neighbouring ligands extending to one side of the coordination plane and the remaining two to the opposite side. In 1–5 each of the four ligands forms a N–HF bond to the same F atom in the counter ion. The crystals of 1–5 are red, and those of 6 are yellow. The red colour is attributed to interactions of Te and S lone electron pairs caused by ligand TeS₄/TeSC tilt angles markedly different from 90°.     

钴-5,10,15,20-四(3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯基)卟啉修饰玻碳电极的L-抗坏血酸化学传感器研究

将水合 5,10,15,20-四-(3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯基)钴卟啉(CoTMHPP)修饰在玻碳电极表面,制成CoTMHPP修饰电极.电极稳定性好且灵敏度高,对抗坏血酸有良好的电催化氧化作用,测定线性响应范围为1.0×10(-5)～1.0×10(-2)mol/L,响应时间小于12s.本文研究了电极的性质和应用,并用于药物中抗坏血酸的测定,其测定结果与碘量法一致.     

Ternary complexes of substituted catechols and catecholamines

Stability constants of the ternary complexes [CuAL] whereA = 5-Nitro-1,10-phenanthroline, bis(2-pyridyl) ketone (DPK) orbis(2-pyridyl)amine (DPA) andL is the dianion of catechol, tiron, protocatechic acid, pyrogallol, 1,8-dihydroxynaphthalene, catecholaldehyde, 2,3-dihydroxynaphthalene, dopamine or adrenaline have been determined by potentiometric titration in dioxane water (1:1 v/v) medium using a SCOGS computer programme. The observed trend of stability is explained on the basis of the nature of substitution over the ligands, chelate ring size and also the composition of mixed solvent in case of DPK. Structural changes in DPK have also been discussed as a function of pH, composition of medium and coordinating mode of the secondary ligand in the ternary complexes.
