Kinetic Parameters of Ion-Exchange Membrane in Amino Acid Solutions

Kinetic parameters of amino acid cations in an MK-40 ion-exchange membrane are calculated from the conductivity data. A theoretical quantum-chemical analysis of experimental activation energies for conduction suggests a mechanism of elementary act of transport of amino acid cations in the membrane.     

An improved synthesis of rhinocerotinoic acid

The stereoselective synthesis of E-rhinocerotinoic acid has been achieved in five steps from (−)-sclareol in an overall yield of 32%. This constitutes a significant improvement on the previous synthesis of this anti-inflammatory compound.     

Extending the possibility of an N-Troc-protected sialic acid donor toward variant sialo-glycoside synthesis

The potential of an N-Troc-protected sialic acid donor, equipped with phenylsulfenyl functionality as a leaving group, has been explored. As a result, the entitled donor was proven to be highly reactive and to have broad applicability toward the synthesis of variant sialo-glycans, which have N-glycolyl, de-N-acetyl, 1,5-lactam and 8-O-sulfo sialic acid analogs.

四（对-羟基苯基）卟啉氧合配合物的室温固相合成，表征及氧合能力

采用固相反应合成了四羟基苯基卟啉与与Fe^2＋,Co^2＋金属离子的配合物,在室温下,将其与分子O2作用,提纯后得到两种固态氧合配合物．通过元素分析、红外光谱（IR）、核磁共振氢谱（^1HNMR）、电导、热分析（TG／DTA）、紫外光谱（UV）等测试手段确定了氧合配合物的组成为[Co·THPP·O2]（NO3）2·2H2O、[Fe·THPP·O2]Cl2·2H2O]，可知1mol配合物吸收了1molO2,采用失重法测定了氧合配合物中的配位氧,确定1mol金属配合物吸收1molO2形成超氧配合物．     

Chemical reactivity of hypervalent silicon compounds: The local hard and soft acids and bases principle viewpoint

The silicon atom may increase its coordination number to values greater than four, to form pentacoordinated compounds. It has been observed experimentally that, in general, pentacoordinated compounds show greater reactivity than tetracoordinated compounds. In this work, density functional theory is used to calculate the global softness and the condensed softness of the silicon atom for SiH _n F_4−n and SiH _n F _5−n ¹⁻ . The values obtained show that the global and condensed softness are greater in the pentacoordinated compounds than in the tetracoordinated compounds, a result that explains the enhanced reactivity. If the results are analysed through a local version of the hard and soft acids and bases principle, it is possible to suggest that in nucleophilic substitution reactions, soft nucleophiles preferably react with SiH _n F _5−n ¹⁻ , and hard nucleophiles with SiH _n F_4−n .     

Quantitative Comparison of REAPDOR and TRAPDOR Experiments by Numerical Simulations and Determination of H–Al Distances in Zeolites

Quantitative H–Al distances in acid sites of two zeolites with MFI and IFR framework topology were obtained by numerical simulation of ¹H{²⁷Al} rotational echo adiabatic passage double resonance (REAPDOR) experiments. A ²⁷Al offset-dependent data set yields for each resolved ¹H NMR line a corresponding nuclear electric quadrupole coupling constant of the neighboring ²⁷Al site. This information is used for analyzing a second data set for on-resonance irradiation, where the dipolar evolution time (number of rotor cycles) was varied, to yield the ¹H–²⁷Al dipolar coupling constant. Numerical simulations indicate that the REAPDOR method does not depend significantly on the polar angles, defining the orientation of the electric field gradient tensor of ²⁷Al with respect to the Al–H dipolar vector. In contrast, the transfer of populations in double resonance sequence is sensitive to these angles, and it can be thus used to measure them.     

非晶硅薄膜的低温快速晶化及其结构分析

在镀铝的廉价玻璃衬底上高速沉积的非晶硅薄膜在不同的温度下退火10min.退火温度为500℃时,薄膜表面形成了硅铝的混合相,非晶硅薄膜开始呈现了晶化现象 退火温度为550℃时,大部分(约80%)的非晶硅晶化为多晶硅,平均晶粒尺寸为500nm 退火温度为600℃时,几乎所有的非晶硅都转化为多晶硅,其平均晶粒尺寸约为15μm.     

过氧聚钨酸薄膜上光栅的制备

用过氧聚钨酸（PPTA）水溶液，通过离心涂膜法在显微镜载玻片上制备了具有光滑表面且厚度为100nm的PPTA薄膜，利用PPTA薄膜在紫外光照下可研制光栅以及其它光学元件的薄膜材料，具有很高的利用价值。
