The electrochemical behavior of aloe‐emodin (AE), an important herbal antitumor drug, was investigated at a carbon‐coated nickel magnetic nanoparticles modified glassy carbon electrode (CNN/GCE). A couple of well‐defined redox peaks was obtained. Some electrochemical parameters of AE at a CNN/GCE, such as the charge number, exchange current density, standard heterogeneous rate constant, were measured. The square wave voltammetry (SWV) response of AE was linear with the concentration over two concentration intervals viz. 6.24×10?9?1.13×10?6 M and 1.13×10?6?1.23×10?5 M, with a detection limit of 2.08 nM. A fast, simple and sensitive detection and analysis of AE was developed.  相似文献

The photocatalytic degradation of an azo reactive dye, Reactive Yellow 84 (RY84), in aqueous solutions using industrial titanium dioxide coated non-woven paper was studied. The experiments were carried out to investigate the factors that influence the dye photocatalytic degradation, such as adsorption, initial concentration of dye, temperature, and solution pH. The experimental results show that adsorption is an important parameter controlling the apparent kinetics constant of degradation. The photocatalytic degradation rate was favored by a high concentration of solution in respect to Langmuir–Hinshelwood model. The degradation was enhanced by the temperature and was favored in acidic pH range.  相似文献

在三电极体系中,以硝酸锌水溶液作为电解液,采用阴极还原电沉积法成功实现了一维纳米结构ZnO阵列在TiO2纳米粒子/ITO导电玻璃薄膜基底上的沉积,并通过XRD、SEM、EDS和PL光谱等方法对样品进行了表征.重点研究了薄膜基底、电解液浓度、沉积时间、六次亚甲基四胺(HMT)的引入对ZnO沉积及其发光性质的影响.结果显示:与ITO玻璃基底相比,ZnO更易于在TiO2纳米粒子薄膜上实现电化学沉积.ZnO属于六方晶系的铅锌矿结构,并且沿着c-轴方向表现出明显的择优化生长,以形成垂直于基底的ZnO纳米棒阵列.延长沉积时间、增加电解液浓度和引入一定量的HMT等均对ZnO的生长有促进作用,进而使其纳米棒的结晶度和取向程度提高,进而解释了所得的薄膜分别约在375和520nm处表现出ZnO的强而窄的带边紫外光发射峰和弱而宽的表面态绿光发射带.  相似文献

The geometrical structure and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) parameters of the pristine as well as carbon, silicon and germanium-doped (10, 0) boron-nitride (BN) nanotubes have been studied using a DFT-B3LYP method for the first time. When either a Ge, C or Si atom is substituted for a single B or N in the BN nanotube, the dopant atom extends outward from the surface of the nanotube. Our results show that Ge extends more from the surface than C or Si. It was found that the NMR parameters are significantly changed for those B and N nuclei that bond directly to C, Si or a Ge dopant. The calculations were carried out using the Gaussian 03 software package.  相似文献

以γ-Al2O3为载体,采用等体积浸渍法制取MgO/Al2O3吸附剂,利用BET、XRD等表征手段对吸附剂进行表征;并通过固定床测量穿透曲线的方法研究其对CO2动态吸附性能的影响,考察了MgO负载量、吸附温度、气体流量等因素对吸附剂吸附CO2性能的影响,同时还通过多次吸脱附实验考察MgO/Al2O3吸附剂的稳定性和再生能力。结果表明,MgO负载量为10%的吸附剂,吸附温度在50℃左右,流量为45 mL/min动态吸附量最大;经数次循环后材料的结构性质和吸附性能未见明显变化,可再生性能比较优异,是一种潜在的可工业化应用的CO2吸附剂。  相似文献

采用大气压等离子体射流,以CH4和CO2直接作为放电气体进行常压下重整制合成气的实验研究,考察了等离子体射流的放电特征及放电距离、放电功率、原料气配比和流量对反应的影响。结果表明,该等离子体具有放电稳定、均匀的特征。重整反应的主要产物为合成气,只有少量的H2O和积炭生成。优化的反应条件为放电距离为9mm,CH4和CO2的摩尔比为4/6。当原料气流量为1000mL/min,放电功率为88.4W时,CH4和CO2的最高转化率为分别为94.99%和87.23%。甲烷和二氧化碳的转化率随放电功率的增加而增加,随流量的增加而减少。  相似文献

This paper describes for the first time the use of single‐walled carbon nanohorns (SWNHs) as pseudostationary and stationary phases for EKC and CEC, respectively, taking advantage of their characteristic features, such as conical‐end termination, formation of spherical assemblies dahlia‐flower like superstructure and easy functionalization. The use of SWNHs as pseudostationary phase for EKC required the study of their dispersion in different surfactants as well as their compatibility with the electrophoretic system. The carboxylation and subsequent immobilization of carboxylated SWNHs in fused‐silica capillary to obtain useful, reproducible and stable stationary phases for CEC has also been investigated, with promising results. The electrophoretic separations obtained for water‐soluble vitamins in both modalities (EKC and CEC) have been systematically compared with those obtained with single‐walled carbon nanotubes.  相似文献

二氧化碳既(CO2)是令人头疼的温室气体,更是有价值的碳资源,因此二氧化碳的固定和利用具有重要的理论与现实意义。以二氧化碳和环氧环己烷为原料合成的聚碳酸亚环己酯(PCHC)是一种新型的脂环类可生物降解聚酯材料,相比传统的二氧化碳-环氧烷聚合物,其机械和耐热性能更为优良,有望拓展脂肪类聚碳酸酯的使用范围。本文对PCHC的基本性能及潜在应用领域、合成工艺路线以及交替共聚反应催化剂的发展进行了综述,以期为优质PCHC材料的高效制备提供参考。  相似文献

In this paper a carbon ionic liquid electrode (CILE) was fabricated by using ionic liquid 1‐ethyl‐3‐methylimidazolium ethylsulphate ([EMIM]EtOSO3) as the modifier and further used as the working electrode for the sensitive anodic stripping voltammetric detection of Pb2+. The characteristics of the CILE were investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). In pH 4.5 NaAc‐HAc buffer Pb2+ was accumulated on the surface of CILE due to the extraction effect of IL and reduced at a negative potential (‐1.20 V). Then the reduced Pb was oxidized by differential pulse anodic stripping voltammetry with an obvious stripping peak appeared at ?0.67 V. Under the optimal conditions Pb2+ could be detected in the concentration range from 1.0 × 10?8 mol/L to 1.0 × 10?6 mol/L with the linear regression equation as Ip(μA) = ?0.103 C (μmol/L) + 0.0376 (γ = 0.999) and the detection limit as 3.0 × l0?9 mol/L (3σ). Interferences from other metal ions were investigated and Cd2+ could be simultaneously detected in the mixture solution. The proposed method was further applied to the trace levels of Pb2+ detection in water samples with satisfactory results.  相似文献
