A capacitive sensing method based on electropolymerized o-phenylenediamine film doped with pentoxyverine ion-pair complex as selective element was successfully developed for the determination of pentoxyverine. Ion-pair complex, pentoxyverine-tetraphenylborate or pentoxyverine-picrolonate, was embedded in electropolymerized o-phenylenediamine film by electropolymerizing technique. The effects of working frequency and test solution pH on the detection of pentoxyverine were investigated in detail and optimized. For the sensor modified with pentoxyverine-tetraphenylborate, calibration curve was linear over the concentration range of 5.0×10−7 to 1.0×10−4 M with a detection limit of 1.0×10−7 M at pH 7. The proposed sensor exhibited high selectivity and sensitivity to pentoxyverine. The results in sample analysis confirmed the usefulness of the proposed ISC sensor for quantitative analysis, and also indicated that this method might find applications in the assay of other drugs. 相似文献

报道了利用反射谱带宽调制和光强差分探测技术实现单一光纤光栅温变无补偿位移精确测量的新方法。设计了一种结构新颖的曲臂梁位移传感装置,结合光波导理论与材料力学原理分析了光纤光栅在高斯应变作用下光栅反射谱侧向梯度展宽的成因,理论推导了特殊结构梁在外力作用下光栅反射谱带宽/反射光强与压力之间的响应关系。光栅反射谱侧向梯度展宽的同时反射光强线性增加,利用光强差分检测方法消除光源出光抖动的影响,提高了位移测量精度。基于带宽调制的光纤光栅位移传感方法免受温度变化的影响,在-10℃~80℃的温度变化范围内,测量误差小于1.2%,实现了单光纤光栅温变无补偿位移测量。 相似文献

Vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers (VCSELs) showing continuous-wave operation with emission wavelengths ranging between 717 and 790 nm have been fabricated. The samples are grown by solid source molecular beam epitaxy on GaAs substrates and are entirely based on the AlGaAs material system. The prediction of infrared spectral radiance from high temperature media such as combustion gases requires spectroscopic data for triatomic molecules like water vapor and carbone dioxyde. At temperature above 2000 K, water vapor spectrum is composed of hundreds of thousands lines making practical computations uneasy. We have set up a spectroscopic database for water vapor, based on three existing lines compilations. This database is well suited to computation of remote sensing spectra where hot gases emission is seen through atmospheric paths. The database enables efficient computation of water vapor spectra between 600 and 6600 cm−1 at moderate spectral resolution (5 cm−1). The pure rotational spectrum of chlorine nitrate in its v6 = 1 excited vibrational state has been studied. A total of 2901 lines, with Ka extending to 33 in the 35Cl isotopologue and 30 in the 37Cl isotopologue, respectively, have been recorded and assigned. This analysis, along with our recently reported study of the ν5/ν6ν9 dyad and the improved energy levels of ν9 reported in this paper, should make possible accurate simulation of the corresponding ν6 band and its complex hot band structure near 435 cm−1. 相似文献

The capability to classify, recognize and to identify objects from spatially low resolution images has high significance in security related applications especially in a case that recognition of camouflaged object is required.In this paper we present a novel approach in which the scenery containing obscured objects which we wish to classify, recognize or identify is illuminated by spatially coherent beam (e.g. laser) and therefore secondary speckles pattern is reflected from the objects. By special image processing algorithm developed for this research and which is basically based upon temporal tracking of the random speckle pattern one may extract the temporal signature of the object. And right after, to use it for its classification (e.g. its separation from the other objects in the scenery), its recognition and identification even in a case that the imager provides poor spatial resolution that by itself does not allow doing the specified detection related operations. 相似文献
