同轴快沿脉冲源研制与测试

 利用脉冲高压陶瓷电容器和高气压小间隙开关，研制了60 kV同轴式高压快沿脉冲源。利用自行研制的薄膜式电容分压器和同轴式电阻分压器对快沿脉冲源的输出参数进行测量，分析了薄膜式电容分压器的测试原理，对电容分压中二级电阻分压器元件的参数进行了优化。当脉冲源负载为50 W时，测得脉冲源输出电压的前沿小于2.3 ns，半高宽约28 ns，符合IEC电磁脉冲的最新标准。     

以二乙氨基乙基交联葡聚糖凝胶为基质的铝荧光传感层

本文基于Ａｌ＾３＋离子对电价键固定在二乙氨基乙基交联葡聚糖凝胶上的水杨基荧光 酮的可逆荧光淬灭作用，研制了测定Ａｌ＾３＋离子浓度的荧光传感层。     

Enhanced Ratiometric pH Sensing Using SNAFL-2 on Silver Island Films: Metal-enhanced Fluorescence Sensing

We have explored the opportunities for enhanced ratiometric pH sensing using the well-known carboxy seminaphthofluorescein (SNAFL-2) and silver island films (SiFs). Our results show that the metallic surfaces can provide up to a 40-fold increase in probe fluorescence intensity as compared to nonmetallic surfaces with the same probe coverage. However, while the S/N is significantly better for pH sensing, the emission wavelength ratiometric values are similar to that obtained in solution, due to the fact that the emission of both the acidic and basic forms of the probe are enhanced to similar extents. To the best of our knowledge this is the first report of enhanced ratiometric fluorescence sensing on metallic surfaces.     

Capacitive sensors using electropolymerized o-phenylenediamine film doped with ion-pair complex as selective elements for the determination of pentoxyverine

A capacitive sensing method based on electropolymerized o-phenylenediamine film doped with pentoxyverine ion-pair complex as selective element was successfully developed for the determination of pentoxyverine. Ion-pair complex, pentoxyverine-tetraphenylborate or pentoxyverine-picrolonate, was embedded in electropolymerized o-phenylenediamine film by electropolymerizing technique. The effects of working frequency and test solution pH on the detection of pentoxyverine were investigated in detail and optimized. For the sensor modified with pentoxyverine-tetraphenylborate, calibration curve was linear over the concentration range of 5.0×10⁻⁷ to 1.0×10⁻⁴ M with a detection limit of 1.0×10⁻⁷ M at pH 7. The proposed sensor exhibited high selectivity and sensitivity to pentoxyverine. The results in sample analysis confirmed the usefulness of the proposed ISC sensor for quantitative analysis, and also indicated that this method might find applications in the assay of other drugs.

微透镜阵列是夏克-哈特曼波前探测器的关键器件。利用液晶器件的空间相位调制特性,可实现微透镜阵列功能,且具有孔径和焦距可变的优点。论述了基于液晶光调制的夏克-哈特曼波前探测校正技术的特征、技术进展、及应用前景。     

High-performance AlGaAs-based VCSELs emitting in the 760 nm wavelength range

Vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers (VCSELs) showing continuous-wave operation with emission wavelengths ranging between 717 and 790 nm have been fabricated. The samples are grown by solid source molecular beam epitaxy on GaAs substrates and are entirely based on the AlGaAs material system. A maximum single-mode output power of 2.0 mW is obtained at 754 nm wavelength by using the inverted surface relief technique.     

A spectroscopic database for water vapor adapted to spectral properties at high temperature, and moderate resolution

The prediction of infrared spectral radiance from high temperature media such as combustion gases requires spectroscopic data for triatomic molecules like water vapor and carbone dioxyde. At temperature above 2000 K, water vapor spectrum is composed of hundreds of thousands lines making practical computations uneasy. We have set up a spectroscopic database for water vapor, based on three existing lines compilations. This database is well suited to computation of remote sensing spectra where hot gases emission is seen through atmospheric paths. The database enables efficient computation of water vapor spectra between 600 and 6600 cm⁻¹ at moderate spectral resolution (5 cm⁻¹). It has been used to compute parameters of a statistical narrow band model which are used in practical applications.     

The millimeter-wave spectrum of chlorine nitrate (ClONO2): The ν6 vibrational state

The pure rotational spectrum of chlorine nitrate in its v₆ = 1 excited vibrational state has been studied. A total of 2901 lines, with K_a extending to 33 in the ³⁵Cl isotopologue and 30 in the ³⁷Cl isotopologue, respectively, have been recorded and assigned. This analysis, along with our recently reported study of the ν₅/ν₆ν₉ dyad and the improved energy levels of ν₉ reported in this paper, should make possible accurate simulation of the corresponding ν₆ band and its complex hot band structure near 435 cm⁻¹.     

基于荧光熄灭的硫阴离子选择性光化学敏感膜

基于Ｓ＾２－对固定于增塑的聚氯乙烯膜上的荧光素汞的荧光熄灭，研制了Ｓ＾２－选择性光化学敏感膜。该膜测定Ｓ＾２－的浓度范围为１０＾－９ｍｏｌ／Ｌ～１０＾－６ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，其荧光信号具有选择性强、重现性高且可逆的特点，适用于水相中硫化物的测定。     

Signal Level Simulation Modeling for Antenna Array of Aperture Synthesis Radiometer Based on the Equivalent Complex Baseband Representations

This paper presents a signal-level simulation model for simulating the process that antenna array of Aperture Synthesis Radiometer (ASR) collecting thermal radiation and transforming thermal radiation signal into radio frequency (RF) signal. By using the equivalent complex baseband signals to represent the practical thermal radiation and RF signals, simulation efficiency is improved significantly. The statistic characteristics of simulation results are found to match the corresponding theoretical analysis well. Results of an imaging simulation experiment show that this model can be employed in ASR system-level simulator design.
