针对不同种类的中药样品,采取不同的微波消解程序,建立了氢化物发生-原子荧光法测定中药中痕量汞的分析方法.在最佳工作条件下,线性方程为IF=809.1X-3.327 5,相关系数r=0.999 998,线性范围为0~80 ng·mL-1,仪器检出限为0.014 ng·mL-1(n=11),RSD为2.03%.样品回收率为96.8%~102.80%(n=6),方法检出限为1.17 ng·g-1.对于不同种类的中药样品,分别选择大米(GBW08508)、杨树叶(GBW07604)、贻贝(GBW08571)国家标准物质,对方法的准确度进行了验证.实验结果表明,该方法简便灵敏、快速准确,应用于29种不同种类的中药中汞的测定,结果令人满意.  相似文献

The studies on the concentration of total nitrogen, phosphorus, sulphur, chlorine, iodine and boron as well as on the thermal decomposition of commercial raw plant materials used in medicine were performed. The 50 independent samples of herbs originating from 25 medicinal plant species collected in 1986–92 were analysed. The content of non-metallic elements was determined spectrophotometrically after previous mineralization of plant sample. The thermal decomposition was performed using the derivatograph with the application of 100 mg samples and heating rate of 5°C min−1. In order to obtain more clear classification of the analysed plant materials principal component analysis (PCA) was applied. Interpretation of PCA results for two databases (non-metals and thermoanalytical data sets) allows to state, that samples of herbs from the same plant species in majority of cases are characterized by similar elemental composition and similar course of their thermal decomposition. In this way the differences in general chemical composition of medicinal plants raw materials can be determined. The phenomenon known as "matrix-induced enhancement effect" is not only observed in the analysis of pesticides in food, but also in Chinese herbs. Several approaches have been proposed to overcome the matrix-induced effect, but each method has serious limitations. Compared with standard calibration methods, the procedure with adding analyte protectants offers a more convenient and effective route to solve the problem. In the current study, we have analyzed 195 types of pesticides in Chinese herbs by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), and the compounds that are susceptible to matrix effect were picked up and confirmed. In addition, several analyte protectants were evaluated and the most effective combination was determined. D-ribonic acid-γ-lactone (2 mg/ml) and D-sorbitol (1 mg/ml) were shown to be the best analyte protectants for the analysis of most pesticides.  相似文献

利用免疫亲和萃取结合超高效液相色谱-串联四极杆质谱技术(UHPLC-ESI/QqQ-MS/MS)建立了中成药及中药材中5种黄曲霉毒素(B1、B2、G1、G2和M1)的提取、分离、确证与定量方法。样品经80%(体积分数)的甲醇水溶液提取和免疫亲和固相萃取后,采用UHPLC-ESI/QqQ-MS/MS的多反应监测模式实现分离、鉴定和外标法定量。5种目标毒素标准溶液的检出限(LOD)为0.05~0.3 μg/L。在0.5~100 μg/L的基质添加浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系(r2>0.99);以甘草为例,当添加水平为1.0 μg/kg和5.0 μg/kg时,得到62.3%~82.4%的回收率(相对标准偏差(RSD)<10%, n=6)。该方法灵敏度高、选择性和重复性好、回收率较高、检测速度快,适用于中成药及中药材等复杂基体中多种黄曲霉毒素的快速分析与筛查。  相似文献

The present study investigated the effect of spray-dried algae-rosemary particles against pollution-induced damage using ex-vivo human biopsies exposed to diesel engine exhaust (DEE). For this, the complexation of hydroalcoholic rosemary extract with Chlorella (RCH) and Spirulina (RSP) protein powders was conducted. The process efficiency and concentration of rosmarinic acid (RA), carnosic acid (CA), and carnosol (CR) phenolic compounds of both products were compared. The RSP spray-dried production was more efficient, and RSP particles presented higher CR and CA and similar RA concentrations. Therefore, spray-dried RSP particles were prioritized for the preparation of a gel formulation that was investigated for its ability to mitigate pollution-induced skin oxinflammatory responses. Taken altogether, our ex-vivo data clearly demonstrated the ability of RSP gel to prevent an oxinflammatory phenomenon in cutaneous tissue by decreasing the levels of 4-hydroxynonenal protein adducts (4HNE-PA) and active matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) as well as by limiting the loss of filaggrin induced by DEE exposure. Our results suggest that the topical application of spirulina-rosemary gel is a good approach to prevent pollution-induced skin aging/damage.  相似文献

A simple and rapid electrochemical method was established to quantify the total polyphenol (TP) content and assess their antioxidant activity (AA) in roots of three Echinacea purpurea (E. purpurea ) species using square wave voltammetry (SWV). Individual polyphenol components were identified, and then quantified by ultra‐high performance liquid chromatography coupled with mass spectrometery (UPLC‐MS). Two major polyphenols, chicoric (ChA) and caftaric (CFT) acids, were identified by mass spectroscopy in the extract of E. purpurea samples. The Accuracy of the proposed SWV electrochemical method for TP content and AA analysis was validated by the highly sensitive UPLC‐MS technique and standard ABTS method, respectively. A high correlation was noticed between the results, indicating the high sensitivity and reliability of the proposed SWV method for polyphenols analysis and AA evaluation in natural herbal samples.  相似文献

An easy, rapid method for simultaneous determination of tetrandrine (TET), fangchinoline (FAN), sinomenine (SIN) and tetrahydropalmatine (TEP) in Chinese herbs was developed by nonaqueous capillary electrophoresis without pretreatment for the first time. Optimum separation was achieved with a fused-silica capillary column ( i.d.) and a running buffer containing 50 mM ammonium acetate, 1.0% acetic acid and 20% acetonitrile in methanol medium. The applied voltage was 20.0 kV. The analytes were detected by UV at 214 nm. The effects of concentration of ammonium acetate, acetic acid and organic modifier on electrophoretic behavior of the analytes were studied. Regression equations revealed linear relationships (correlation coefficients: 0.9991-0.9999) between the peak area of each analyte and the concentration. The levels of analytes in Stephania tetrandra S. Moore, Rhizoma corydalis and Sinomenium acutum Rehd. et. Wils were easily determined with recoveries ranging from 96 to 107%.  相似文献

Oregano (Origanum vulgare L.) and thyme (Thymus vulgaris L.) have long been known for their organoleptic properties. Both plants are widely used in cuisine worldwide in fresh and dried form and as a pharmaceutical raw material. The study aimed to assess if the type of cultivation influenced chosen chemical parameters (total polyphenols by Folin-Ciocalteu method; carotenoids and chlorophyll content by Lichtenthaler method), antimicrobial activity (with chosen reference microbial strains) and shaped cytotoxicity (with L929 mouse fibroblasts cell line) in water macerates of dry oregano and thyme. Polyphenols content and antimicrobial activity were higher in water macerates obtained from conventional cultivation (independently from herb species), unlike the pigments in a higher amount in macerates from organic herbs cultivation. Among all tested macerates stronger antimicrobial properties (effective in inhibiting the growth of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Bacillus cereus and Salmonella enteritidis) and higher cytotoxicity (abilities to diminish the growth of L929 fibroblasts cytotoxicity) characterized the conventionally cultivated thyme macerate.  相似文献

建立了中草药中有机氯类农药残留量的固相萃取-毛细管气相色谱(SPE-CGC)分析方法。对丹参、黄芩、射干、白芍、白芷、天南星、牛蒡子、知母、桔梗共9种中草药中六六六的4种异构体、滴滴涕的4种异构体、七氯、艾氏剂、环氧七氯、狄氏剂、异狄氏剂共13种有机氯农药的残留量进行了测定。以丙酮-正己烷混合物作提取剂,采用超声波提取样品,然后用Florisil固相萃取小柱快速净化提取物。采用SPB-5弹性石英毛细管气相色谱柱分离样品,电化学检测器进行检测。13种农药的峰面积与其质量浓度均有良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.998。最小检测量为0.064~0.61 μg/L;样品的加标回收率为87.3%~102.3%(相对标准偏差为1.3%~6.8%)。该法简便快速、灵敏准确,具有广泛的应用前景。  相似文献

Wound healing is a complicated process, and the effective management of wounds is a major challenge. Natural herbal remedies have now become fundamental for the management of skin disorders and the treatment of skin infections due to the side effects of modern medicine and lower price for herbal products. The aim of the present study is to summarize the most recent in vitro, in vivo, and clinical studies on major herbal preparations, their phytochemical constituents, and new formulations for wound management. Research reveals that several herbal medicaments have marked activity in the management of wounds and that this activity is ascribed to flavonoids, alkaloids, saponins, and phenolic compounds. These phytochemicals can act at different stages of the process by means of various mechanisms, including anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, antioxidant, collagen synthesis stimulating, cell proliferation, and angiogenic effects. The application of natural compounds using nanotechnology systems may provide significant improvement in the efficacy of wound treatments. Increasing the clinical use of these therapies would require safety assessment in clinical trials.  相似文献
