An easy, rapid, and simple nonaqueous capillary electrophoresis (NACE) method was developed for the identification and determination of three aconitine alkaloids, hypaconitine (HN), aconitine (AN), and mesaconitine (MN) within 6 min. The most suitable running buffer was composed of 60 mM ammonium acetate, 0.5% acetic acid, and 15% acetonitrile (ACN) in methanol with a fused-silica capillary column (50 cm x 75 microm ID). In the concentration range 12.5-1000 mg/L the calibration curves reveal linear relationships between the peak area for each analyte and its concentration (correlation coefficients: 0.9997 for HN, 0.9999 for AN, and 0.9995 for MN). The relative standard deviations of the migration time and peak area of the three alkaloids were 0.13, 0.57, 0.33 and 2.87, 1.06, 3.49%, respectively. The method was successfully applied to determine the three alkaloids in two commonly used traditional Chinese herbal medicines, the recoveries of the three constituents ranging between 94.7-101.9% for HN, 98.3-102.3% for AN, and 98.1-104.6% for MN.  相似文献

Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) is a noteworthy worldwide public health problem. It represents a complex metabolic disorder, mainly characterized as hyperglycemia and lipid dysfunction. The gut microbiota dysbiosis has been proposed to play a role in the development of diabetes. Recently, there has been considerable interest in the use of medicine food homology (MFH) and functional food herbs (FF) to ameliorate diabetes and lead to a natural and healthy life. Hence, this review compiles some reports and findings to demonstrate that the practical use of the MFH/FF can modulate the homoeostasis of gut microbiota, thereby ameliorating the development of T2DM. The results provided useful data to support further investigation of the functional basis and application of MFH/FF to treat T2DM through maintaining intestinal homeostasis.  相似文献

建立了超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)同时测定甘草、西洋参、三七、人参、丹参5种中药材中10种三唑类杀菌剂、18种三嗪类除草剂(包括有毒代谢物)残留量的分析方法。采用QuEChERS前处理方法,样品经1%(v/v)醋酸乙腈提取,乙二胺-N-丙基硅烷(PSA)净化处理,以Shim-pack XR-ODSII(75 mm×2.0 mm)为色谱柱,0.05%(v/v)甲酸溶液-乙腈为流动相梯度洗脱,在多反应监测(MRM)模式下测定。25种农药及其3种有毒代谢物的定量限(S/N≥10)为0.20~5.52 μg/kg;检出限(S/N≥3)为0.10~2.57 μg/kg;在各自的考察浓度范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.999);在0.20~55.2 μg/kg添加水平内,平均加标回收率为70.6%~125.7%,RSD为0.7%~14.2%。该方法样品前处理简单、快速、灵敏,可用于中药材中三唑类杀菌剂和三嗪类除草剂农药残留量的快速筛查。  相似文献

本文建立了氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定中草药中的微量硒的分析方法。研究了仪器的工作条件、试剂对硒原子荧光强度的影响及硒(Ⅵ)的还原条件,探讨了共存离子对硒测定的干扰和消除方法,方法的检出限为0.21μg·L~(-1)。利用本方法成功地测定了10种中草药中的微量硒,回收率为95%~105%。方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确。  相似文献

A simple, quick method is described for GC head space evaluation of herbs and drugs. The proposed procedure consists of milling a weighed sample of a certain herb in a glass device like a Braun MXK coffee grinder, modified in such a way that a special gas-tight valve allows the direct sampling of the vapors. Glass capillary columns are used to analyze the head space volatiles. Some preliminary applications of the method are given.  相似文献

Studies on the thermal decomposition of commercial raw plant materials used in medicine were performed. 144 independent samples of plant materials — herbs, leaves,flowers, inflorescences, fruits, roots, rhizomes and barks, collected by Medicinal Plant Works‘Herbapol’, were analyzed. Thermal decomposition was performed using OD-103 Derivatograph. As a result of analysis, it was established, that thermal decomposition of majority of samples proceeds through three stages. The analysis of fruits revealed, that their thermal decomposition proceeds in four stages. In order to obtain a more clear classification of the analyzed plant materials principal component analysis (PCA) was applied. Interpretation of the PCA results allows to state, that samples of raw materials from the same plant species in majority of cases are characterized by similar course of thermal decomposition due to similar chemical composition. In this way the differences in general chemical composition of medicinal plants raw materials can be determined.
