Synthesis and structure of novel derivatives of thieno[2,3-b]thiocine. An unusual product of intramolecular cycloaddition of 2-homomethallylthio-5-methyl-3-thiophenecarbonitrile oxide

9-Methyl-3,3a,4,5-tetrahydro-6H-thieno[2,3-b]thiocino[4,5-c]isoxazole and 9-hydroxyimino-2-methyl-7-methylene-6, 7,8,9-tetrahydro-5H-thieno[2,3-b]thiocine have been prepared for the first time by the oxidation of 2--alkenylthio-3-thiophenecarbaldoximes with NaOCl. X-ray structural investigations of thieno[2,3-b]thiocine and 2-homomethallylthio-5-methyl-3-thiophenecarbaldoxime have been carried out.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. Structure of 2-Amino-4-phenyl-9H-pyrimido[4,5-b]indole and Its Nitrate in Crystal and Solution

The crystal structures of 2-amino-4-phenyl-9H-pyrimido[4,5-b]indole and its nitrate were determined by XRD analysis. ¹³C NMR, XRD, and quantum-chemical data indicate that the acid proton is predominantly localized at the N(3) atom of the pyrimidine ring in both isolated nitrate molecules and in molecules in crystal and solution.     

Rapid Mo(CO)6 catalysed one-pot deoxygenation of heterocyclic halo-benzyl alcohols with Lawesson’s reagent

A fast and efficient microwave promoted one-pot method for deoxygenation of heterocyclic halo-benzyl alcohols has been developed. The method does not cause dehalogenation of the substrates and provides the deoxygenated products in high yield after only 30 min.     

6—磺酰氯香豆素用作发光标记物的初探

过量C6SCl与丙氨酸在pH 9.11(H_3BO_3-NaOH)缓冲体系中,40℃反应40min,经乙酸乙酯萃取分离后,点样在层析聚酰胺膜上,用甲酸+水(1+1)展开,衍生产物得到很好的分离。斑点经1 mol·L~(-1)NaOH喷雾,紫外灯预光照10 min和干燥后,荧光强度与在4～60×10~(-11)mol范围内的丙氨酸量呈良好线性关系。在滤纸基质上,以Pb(AC)_2作重原子微扰剂,标记产物还能产生较强的室温磷光发射。研究表明,C6SCl不仅能作为氨基酸等的荧光标记物,而且可望作为其室温磷光的标记物。     

First isolation of 1,3,2-dithiaphosphetane 2-sulfide

The treatment of tert-alkyl phenyl thioketones with Lawesson’s reagent (LR) gave two diastereomeric 1,3,2-dithiaphosphetane 2-sulfides in high yields. The structure of one of the major diastereomers was determined by X-ray crystallography. The reaction of 2-adamantanethione with LR yielded the corresponding spiro-1,3,2-dithiaphosphetane 2-sulfide derivative in 87% yield.

手性噁唑啉的合成及其在不对称还原反应中的应用

由多元羧酸和手性2-氨基-1-丁醇经由相应的多元酰胺醇缩合制备了6个新型手性多噁唑啉,其结构经1H NMR谱、IR谱、MS谱和元素分析确证;并应用这些手性多噁唑啉配体,初步探讨了苯乙酮在KBH4或NaBH4作用下的不对称还原反应.
