蜜蜂外激素9－ODA和9－HDA的合成

６－溴－２－己酮在Ｌｉ２ｃｕＣｌ４催化下与γ－溴代巴豆酸甲酯进行格氏偶联，合成了蜂王物质９－羰基－（Ｅ）－２－癸烯酸（９－ＯＤＡ），将其还原得到另一蜂王物质９－羟基－（Ｅ）－２－癸烯酸（９－ＨＤＡ）。该法是合成９－ＯＤＡ和９－ＨＤＡ的新路线。     

Oxidative Coupling in a Series of Derivatives of 4a,9-Diaza-1,2,4a,9a-tetrahydrofluorene. 6. Reactions with Substituted 2-Aminoethanols

Oxidative coupling of derivatives of 4a,9-diaza-1,2,4a,9a-tetrahydro-9H-fluorene with 2-ethyl-, 2,2-dimethyl-, and 2-hydroxymethyl-2-methylaminoethanol in the presence of MnO₂ led to the selective formation of the corresponding mono- and di(hydroxymethyl)quinonediimines, subsequent cyclization of which gave the products of 6,7-annelation. Coupling with 2,2-di(hydroxymethyl)aminoethanol gave the annelation products directly.     

An ab initio molecular orbital study of the grignard reagents CH3MgCl and [CH3MgCl]2: The Schlenk equilibrium

Ab initio molecular orbital calculations are used to study the modified Schlenk equilibrium: 2RMgCl (RMgCl)² MgR₂ + MgCl₂ Mg(Cl₂)MgR₂ with R=H and CH₃. In the absence of any solvents, calculations indicate that the formation of the various possible bridged dimers (RMgCl)₂ is substantially exothermic. However, using dimethylether as a model solvent, we show that the formation of the dimer (Me₂O)(CH₃)Mg(Cl₂)Mg(CH₃)(OMe₂) is exothermic only when entropic effects are included.     

Regioselective synthesis of polysubstituted benzenes from Baylis-Hillman adducts via [4+2] annulation protocol

A new and regioselective [4+2] benzannulation protocol toward polysubstituted benzenes was developed. A nitroalkane derivative, which was prepared from Baylis-Hillman adduct, served as the four-carbon unit and a Michael acceptor as a two-carbon unit. Vinyltriphenylphosphonium salt could also be used as a Michael acceptor efficiently.     

Transformation of thioacetals to cyclopropanes

Cyclopropanes were obtained by the titanocene(II)-promoted reaction of thioacetals with vinyl pivalate. It was also found that vinycyclopropanes were produced by a similar treatment of thioacetals with the titanocene(II) species in the presence of 1,3-dienes.     

微波辐射下无催化剂一锅法合成N-甲基十氢吖啶-1,8-二酮化合物

为了研究从简单易得的原料在无催化剂的条件下一锅法合成N-甲基十氢吖啶-1,8-二酮化合物，我们以各类醛（脂肪醛、芳香醛、二醛）、达咪酮或1,3-环己二酮和甲胺为原料，以乙二醇或水为溶剂，经微波辐射，一步反应得到了一系列N-甲基十氢吖啶-1,8-二酮化合物。反应时间从传统热反应的4-5小时缩短至2-10分钟，产率较高（56-95%），并且不需要使用催化剂。该反应后处理方便，只需要简单洗涤，环境友好，为合成此类化合物提供了一种简便、有效的合成方法。该方法不仅适用于一元脂肪醛、芳香醛，还适用于芳香二醛，因此可以合成含有一个或两个十氢吖啶结构单元的杂环化合物。     

金属有机化合物的分析（Ⅷ）：氢硼酸金属有机络合物的反相色谱机理

本文研究了具有特殊结构的氢硼酸金属有机络合物的反相色谱及机理。在MicropakC_(18)柱上,加入含离子试剂的甲醇-水作为流动相,通过用电导法测定流动相电性能,Break-through法测定离子试剂在固定相上的吸附量及制备色谱法研究各流分组成,认为此类化合物的保留机理为动态离子交换过程。     

The regioselectivity of the formation of 2-pyrazolylthiazoles and their precursors from the reaction of 2-hydrazinothiazoles with 4,4,4-trifluoro-1-hetaryl-1,3-butanediones

Reaction of 2-hydrazinothiazoles 1 with 1-thienyl- and 1-furyl-1,3-butanediones 2a,b in methanol in the presence of hydrochloric acid mainly leads to a mixture of pyrazoles 3 and pyrazolines 4 or pyrazoles 3 and 5 in strong acidic conditions. Isomeric hydrazones 6 and pyrazolines 4 were formed and isolated in these reactions in the absence of hydrochloric acid. It has been shown that the regioselectivity in the reaction of diketones 2 with hydrazine 1 is governed by both the concentration of acid and the nature of substituents in the 1,3-diketones 2. Cyclization of hydrazones 6 is shown to occur under milder conditions than dehydration for pyrazolines 4. The new heterocyclic compounds were prepared and fully characterized by NMR spectra and by X-ray analysis for 3c.     

用动力学方法研究8,9-苯并-2-亚甲基-1,4,6-三氧螺[4,4]壬烷的聚合反应机理

根据在自由基引发剂存在下,8,9-苯并-2-亚甲基-1,4,6-三氧螺(4,4)壬烷(Ⅰ)可能存在的竞争反应,推导了动力学方程式。用红外光谱法测定了单体的消失速率和苯酞的生成速率。实验结果与推导动力学方程式相符。进一步证明了单体(Ⅰ)的增长反应由加成聚合和开环—异构化—加成这两个反应组成。这两个反应对总速率的相对贡献与单体浓度有关。得到了共聚物的结构。     

Synthesis of a novel silicon-bridged [2.2]metacyclophan-9-ene and its photolytic transannular reaction

A novel [2.2]metacyclophane in which two benzene rings are linked together with a carbon-carbon double bond and a disilane unit was prepared. Photolysis of the cyclophane in the presence of oxygen afforded the 4,5-dihydro-4,5-disilapyrene derivative via a transannular dehydrogenation reaction.
