利用数字示波器,通过观察李萨如图形,在弱交变磁场信号下,验证了InSb磁电阻的倍频效应;通过改变信号源的频率,得到了李萨如图形随频率的变化规律。从李萨如图形的变化规律可以发现,随信号源频率的升高,磁电阻的交流分量减小;与信号源的相位差趋于-π。通过对不同励磁频率下,励磁电流、磁电阻的变化规律的研究分析,解释了李萨如图形随频率变化的原因。  相似文献

New antibacterial films are designed with the capability to reversibly regulate their killing and repelling functions in response to variations in environmental pH. These systems consist of porous polystyrene surfaces as the main components and a copolymer bearing pH‐sensitive thiazole and triazole groups as the minor components. These pH‐sensitive groups, located on the surfaces, can be partially protonated at acidic pH levels, increasing the positive charge density of the surfaces and their antibacterial activity. Similarly, their bacterial adhesion and killing efficiencies in response to changes in pH are evaluated by analyzing the bacterial viability of Staphylococcus aureus bacteria on the surfaces under acidic and neutral pH values. It is demonstrated that after only 1 h of incubation with the bacterial suspension in acidic conditions, the surfaces killed the bacteria, while at pH = 7.4, some of the adhered bacteria are removed. Furthermore, the surface topography exerts an important role by intensifying this response.  相似文献

Carbon isotopes of breath CO2 vary depending on diet and fuel substrate used. This study examined if exercise-induced δ13C-CO2 changes in substrate utilization were distinguishable from baseline δ13C-CO2 variations in a population with uncontrolled diet, and compared hair isotope values and food logs to develop an isotope model of diet. Study participants included nine women with diverse Body Mass Index (BMI), age, ancestry, exercise history, and diet. Breath samples were collected prior to and up to 12?h after a 5- or 10?K walk/run. Indirect calorimetry was measured with a smartphone-enabled mobile colorimetric device, and a field-deployable isotope analyzer measured breath δ13C-CO2 values. Diet was assessed by food logs and δ13C, δ15N of hair samples. Post-exercise δ13C-CO2 values increased by 0.54?±?1.09‰ (1 sd, n?=?9), implying enhanced carbohydrate burning, while early morning δ13C-CO2 values were lower than daily averages (p?=?0.0043), indicating lipid burning during overnight fasting. Although diurnal δ13C-CO2 variation (1.90?±?0.77‰) and participant baseline range (3.06‰) exceeded exercise-induced variation, temporal patterns distinguished exercise from dietary isotope effects. Hair δ13C and δ15N values were consistent with a new dietary isotope model. Notwithstanding the small number of participants, this study introduces a novel combination of techniques to directly monitor energy balance in free-living individuals.  相似文献

Analytical instruments that can measure small amounts of chemicals in complicated biological samples are often useful as diagnostic tools. However, it can be challenging to optimize these sensors using actual clinical samples, given the heterogeneous background and composition of the test materials. Here we use gas chromatography-differential mobility spectrometry (GC/DMS) to analyze the chemical content of human exhaled breath condensate (EBC). Ultimately, this system can be used for non-invasive disease diagnostics. Many parameters can be adjusted within this instrument system, and we implemented a factorial design-of-experiments to systematically test several combinations of parameter settings while concurrently analyzing effects and interactions.We examined four parameters that affect sensitivity and detection for our instrument, requiring a 24 factorial design. We optimized sensor function using EBC samples spiked with acetone, a known clinical biomarker in breath. Two outputs were recorded for each experiment combination: number of chemicals detected, and the amplitude of acetone signal. Our goal is to find the best parameter combination that yields the highest acetone peak while also preserving the largest number of other chemical peaks in the spectra. By optimizing the system, we can conduct further clinical experiments with our sensor more efficiently and accurately.  相似文献

Abstract

Fluorescamine has been shown to be a promising derivatizing reagent for the room temperature phosphorescence analysis of primary amino acids. The fluorescamine concentration used for derivatization in solution was 600 μg/ml and for direct derivatization, 1160 μg/ml. For derivatized primary amino acids the limits of detection were found to be between 0.8 ng and 2.9 ng with linear dynamic ranges between 2 and 3 orders of magnitude.  相似文献

以聚苯乙烯和正硅酸乙酯的有机溶液为铸膜溶液, 利用Breath Figure法制备了PS/SiO2Honeycomb结构复合膜. 采用SEM对复合膜进行了形貌分析, 探讨了聚合物浓度、 PS/TEOS配比、聚合物的结构、溶剂等对膜Honeycomb结构的影响. 研究结果表明, 聚合物浓度在20~50 mg/mL, PS/TEOS质量比大于2∶1的条件下可以制备结构完整的多孔膜, 且制备的Honeycomb结构在0.8 cm2内无缺陷; 采用双羧基封端的聚苯乙烯成膜效果好于单羧基封端的成膜效果; 以氯仿和苯作为溶剂均可以制备完全Honeycomb结构的复合膜, 但以苯为溶剂制备的多孔膜孔径较大. 成膜中TEOS水解不完全, 复合膜中混杂着未完全水解的TEOS以及SiO2. EDS面扫描分析表明, Si和O均匀地分散在复合膜中.  相似文献

In-phase and quadrature-phase (I/Q) signals often need to be formed in the laser interferometric vibration measurement technique. To avoid the disadvantages of traditional I/Q signals forming methods such as effect of piezoelectric ceramic (PZT) for generating high frequency carrier, or optical configuration with complicated structure, a novel interferometric vibration measurement sensor with quadrature detection is proposed. The sensor utilizes simple optical configuration which contains 1/8 wave plate to generate two I/Q signals, then the signals were processed by arctangent algorithm which is compiled by Labview software through data acquisition card. Theoretical analysis and experimental Lissajous figures synthesis prove the phase orthogonality of the two signals. The experimental results indicate that the system can measure the vibration displacement accurately.  相似文献
