A new class of monocrystalline diamond paste-based electrodes is proposed for the determination of chromium(III) at trace levels in vitamins. Three types of monocrystalline diamond—natural diamond 1 (natural diamond), synthetic diamond 50 (synthetic-1), and synthetic diamond 1 (synthetic-2)—were used for electrode construction. The linear concentration ranges are between 10–10 and 10–8; 10–9 and 10–7, and 10–10 to 10–8 mol L–1, with limits of detection of 10–12, 10–12, and 10–11 mol L–1, when natural diamond, synthetic-1, and synthetic-2, respectively, are used as electrode materials. For electrodes based on natural diamond and synthetic-1 it was found that Cr(III) yields a peak at about +0.275±0.015 V (vs. Ag/AgCl) within a predetermined positive potential range situated between +0.4 and +0.2 V, while for the electrode based on synthetic-2 the peaks are found at +0.300±0.015 V (vs. Ag/AgCl). The proposed method is reliable for the determination of chromium(III) at trace levels in two vitamin tablets (RSD<0.2%).  相似文献

Two digestion-free methods for trace analysis of boron nitride based on graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS) and electrothermal vaporization inductively coupled plasma spectrometry optical emission (ETV-ICP-OES) using direct solid sampling have been developed and applied to the determination of Al, Ca, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mg, Mn, Si, Ti and Zr in four boron nitride materials in concentration intervals of 1–23, 54–735, 0.05–21, 0.005–1.3, 1.6–112, 4.5–20, 0.03–1.8, 6–46, 38–170 and 0.4–2.3 μg g− 1, respectively. At optimized experimental conditions, with both methods, effective in-situ analyte/matrix separation was achieved and calibration could be performed using calibration curves measured with aqueous standard solutions. In solid sampling GFAAS, before sampling, the platform was covered with graphite powder and, for determination of Si, also the Pd/Mg(NO3)2 modifier was used. In the determination of all analyte elements by solid sampling ETV-ICP-OES, Freon R12 was added to argon carrier gas. For solid sampling GFAAS and ETV-ICP-OES, the achievable limits of detection were within 5 (Cu)–130 (Si) ng g− 1 and 8 (Cu)–200 (Si) ng g− 1, respectively. The results obtained by these two methods for four boron nitride materials of different purity grades are compared each with the other and with those obtained in analysis of digests by ICP-OES. The performance of the two solid sampling methods is compared and discussed.  相似文献

The new 11-vertex nido-diphosphaborane, 7,9-Ph2-nido-7,9-P2B9H9, has been synthesized by the reaction of Me4N+[nido-B9H12] with PhPCl2 in the presence of NaH. A single crystal X-ray diffraction determination and DFT/GIAO/NMR methods have both established that the compound has an open cage structure containing the phosphorus atoms in non-adjacent positions on the open face.  相似文献

The first examples of the directed, boron-mediated aldol reaction between different ketones are presented. Transformation of a variety of ketones to their corresponding boron enolates with Chx2BCl/Et3N, followed by reaction with acceptor ketones in diethyl ether, and oxidation of the resultant boron aldolate (H2O2, MeOH/pH 7 buffer), provided the aldol addition products. The reaction was most facile when cyclic ketones were used, with the highest yields obtained for the reaction of boron enolates with cyclohexanone as the acceptor.  相似文献

The crystal structure of one of the simplest organoboron compounds, trimethyl borate does not appear to have been determined hitherto. The compound is of interest for the study of π‐donor ligands and their interaction with the π‐acceptor behavior of trigonal boron and the consequences of such interactions on molecular structure. We used powder neutron (with isotopically labeled material) and X‐ray diffraction to determine the crystal structure of trimethyl borate at 15 K and 200 K (neutron) and 200 K (X‐ray). The material is hexagonal (Z = 2) with a = b = 6.950(8) Å and c = 6.501(3) Å at 15 K. The unit cell volume is 272.00(1) Å3. The space group is P63/m (SG 176) at 15 K and 200 K. This is the first crystal structure solved on the Neutron Powder Diffractometer (NPDF) at the Lujan Center.  相似文献

Cerium-doped mesoporous TiO2 nanoparticles with high surface area and thermal stable anatase wall were synthesized via hydrothermal process in a cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB)/Ti(SO4)2/Ce(NO3)4/H2O system. The obtained materials were characterized by XRD, FESEM, HRTEM, FTIR spectroscopy, nitrogen adsorption and DRS spectra. Experimental results indicated that the doping of cerium not only increased the surface area of mesoporous TiO2 nanoparticles, but also inhibited the mesopores collapse and the anatase-to-rutile phase transformation. Moreover, the undoped, doped anatase mesoporous nanoparticles exhibit higher photocatalytic activity than commercial photocatalyst (Degussa, P25), but the maximum photodegradation rate corresponds to the undoped mesoporous TiO2 nanoparticles. The lower photocatalytic activities of cerium-doped samples compared with undoped one may be ascribed to that the doped cerium partially blocks titania's surface sites available for the photodegradation and absorption of Rhodamine B (RB).  相似文献

采用EACVD(Electron Assisted Chemical Vapor Deposition)方法制备了掺硼金刚石膜, 并用扫描电镜、拉曼光谱及霍尔效应等测试方法对其表面形貌、生长特性、载流子浓度以及导电性能进行了分析. 测试结果表明, 掺硼金刚石膜是由微米级晶粒组成的多晶膜, 其载流子浓度为4.88×1020 cm-3, 电阻率为0.03 Ω·cm, 是高品质金刚石膜. 用该金刚石膜制作电化学电极, 利用循环伏安法分别测量了金刚石膜电极在氯化钾空白底液、亚铁氰化钾溶液和左旋半胱氨酸溶液中的循环伏安曲线, 发现该金刚石膜电极在水溶液中具有宽的电化学窗口(约为3.7 V)和接近零的背景电流, 在生物制剂的检测中具有很高的灵敏度和良好的稳定性, 是一种理想的电化学电极材料.  相似文献

掺铁纳米TiO_2的制备及其光催化性能   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
以TiC l4为原料,采用微波加热与常规加热2步合成法制备掺铁纳米TiO2。用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)、紫外可见吸收光谱(UV-V is)、光电子能谱(XPS)等测试技术对其进行了表征。结果表明,所制得的掺铁纳米TiO2是以锐钛矿为主相的混晶,平均粒径约为10 nm,适量Fe3+的掺杂能促进金红石相变,抑制锐钛矿晶粒的生长,使Ti2p电子结合能升高0.3 eV,并使TiO2吸光能力增强,带边吸收向可见光区移动。在UVA段(320~400 nm)光照下,通过对维生素VB12的光催化降解,发现掺入摩尔分数为0.5%的Fe3+的纳米TiO2能明显提高其光催化活性,使维生素B12的降解速率提高2.3倍。  相似文献

The surface of boron‐doped diamond (BDD) electrode is modified by the polymer film for the first time. The cationic polymer film of N,N‐dimethylaniline (DMA) is electrochemically deposited on BDD electrode surface. This polymer (PDMA) film‐coated BDD electrode is used as a sensor which selectively detect dopamine (DA) in the presence of ascorbic acid (AA). This electrode also can detect both DA and its metabolite, 3,4‐dihydroxy phenyl acetic acid (DOPAC) in the presence of AA in the range of the physiological concentrations of these species. Favorable ionic interaction (i.e., electrostatic attraction) between the PDMA film and AA or DOPAC lowers their oxidation potentials and enhances the current response for AA and DOPAC compared to that at the bare electrode. The PDMA film also shows a hydrophobic interaction with DA and DOPAC. In cyclic voltammetric measurements, the PDMA film‐coated electrode can successfully separate the oxidation potentials for AA and DA coexisting in the same solution and the separation is about 200 mV. AA oxidizes at more negative potential than DA. In square‐wave voltammetry, the sensitivity of the PDMA film‐coated BDD electrode for DA in the presence of higher concentration of AA is higher than that of the PDMA film‐coated glassy carbon electrode. The hydrodynamic amperometric experiments confirm that the oxidation of AA is not affected by the oxidized product of DA and vice versa. So, unlike the bare electrode the catalytic oxidation of AA by the oxidized DA is eliminated at the PDMA film‐coated BDD electrode. The sensitivities of the modified electrode for AA, DA and DOPAC, which are present in the same solution with their physiological concentration ratios, are calculated to be 0.070, 0.363 and 0.084 μA μM?1, respectively. The modified electrode exhibits a stable and sensitive response to DA.  相似文献

A new family of quaternary carbon and nitrogen containing Rare Earth (RE: Sc, Y, Ho, Er, Tm and Lu) borides: REB15.5CN, has been synthesized and structurally characterized by powder X-ray diffraction data. They are all isotypic with Sc1−xB15.5CN whose structure was solved based on single-crystal X-ray data and HRTEM investigations. The structure refinement converged at a R(F2) value of 0.044 for 364 reflections. The new structure type of Sc1−xB15.5CN is composed of a three-dimensional network based on interconnected slabs of boron (B12)ico icosahedra and (B6)oct octahedra. A linear [CBC] chain and nitrogen tightly bridges icosahedra. Sc partially occupies voids in the sheets of boron octahedra. It crystallizes with the trigonal space group P3m1, with Z=2. Lattice parameters (nm) are as follows: for RE: Sc, a,b=0.5568(4), c=1.0756(2); Y, a,b=0.55919(6), c=1.0873(2); Ho, a,b=0.55883(7), c=1.0878(6); Er, a,b=0.55889(5), c=1.0880(6); Tm, a,b=0.5580(1), c=1.0850(6); Lu, a,b=0.55771(9), c=1.0839(4). Magnetic characterization of ErB17C1.3N0.6 has been performed.  相似文献
