比较了有机溶剂的加入及温度变化对染料高效吸附青霉菌(BX1)解吸染料效果的影响,并对解吸过程的动力学进行了研究.结果表明,染料的解吸效果与有机溶剂的极性,以及溶剂的官能团有关,丙酮和甲醇解吸效果最好.解吸过程与吸附过程类似,可分为快速解吸和缓慢解吸两个阶段,整个过程可用二级动力学方程较好的拟合,其表观活化能约为10.64kJ/mol.△H°和△G°的计算表明,在甲醇作用下RB19染料的解吸为吸热和自发的过程.  相似文献

The Crystal Structure of the Hydrated Cyano Complexes NMe4MnII[(Mn, Cr)III(CN)6] · 3 H2O and NMe4Cd[MIII(CN)6] · 3 H2O (MIII = Fe, Co): Compounds Related to Prussian Blue The crystal structures of the isotypic tetragonal compounds (space group I4, Z = 10) NMe4MnII · [(Mn, Cr)III(CN)6] · 3 H2O (a = 1653.2(4), c = 1728.8(6) pm), NMe4Cd[Fe(CN)6] · 3 H2O (a = 1642.7(1), c = 1733.1(1) pm) and NMe4Cd[Co(CN)6] · 3 H2O (a = 1632.1(2), c = 1722.4(3) pm) were determined by X‐rays. They exhibit ⊥ c cyanobridged layers of octahedra [MIII(CN)6] and [MIIN4(OH2)2], which punctually are interconnected also || c to yield altogether a spaceous framework. The MII atoms at the positions linking into the third dimension are only five‐coordinated and form square pyramids [MIIN5] with angles N–MII–N near 104° and distances of Mn–N: 1 × 214, 4 × 219 pm; Cd–N: 1 × 220 resp. 222, 4 × 226 resp. 228 pm. Further details and structural relations within the family of Prussian Blue are reported and discussed.  相似文献

An amperometric glucose biosensor was developed based on the immobilization of glucose oxidase in the organically modified silicate (ormosil)-polyvinyl acetate (PVA) matrix onto a Prussian Blue (PB)-modified glassy carbon electrode. A higher stability PB-modified electrode was prepared by the electrochemical deposition of FeCl3, K3[Fe(CN)6] and ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid (EDTA) under cyclic voltammetric (CV) conditions. The effects of the potential range of CV conditions, electrolyte cations, applied potential, pH, temperature and co-existing substances were investigated. The detection limit of the glucose biosensor was 8.1 μmol·L−1 (S/N = 3) with a linear range from 20 μmol·L−1 to 2 mmol·L−1 (R = 0.9965). The biosensor presented a fast response and good selectivity. Additionally, excellent reproducibility and stability of the biosensor were observed. A copper containing Prussian Blue analogue was incorporated into a conducting polypyrrole film. The modified electrode was synthesized through an electrochemical two-step methodology leading to very stable and homogeneous hybrid films. These electrodes were proved to show excellent catalytic properties towards H2O2 detection, with a performance higher than those observed for Prussian Blue and other analogues. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy experiments demonstrated that the excellent performance of these hybrid films is strongly related to the electronic conductivity of the polymeric matrix that is wiring the copper hexacyanoferrate sites. A glucose biosensor was built-up by the immobilization of glucose oxidase; the sensitivity obtained being higher than other biosensors reported in the literature even in Na+ containing electrolytes.  相似文献

研究了LED照明器件的蓝光特性。针对我国的LED照明现状,通过测试LED照明器件的光谱成分,根据现行国内外标准GB/T 20145—2006/CIE S009/E:2002和IEC62471:2006,以及CTL-0744_2009-laser决议,分析了LED光生物安全性,给LED照明灯具制造和相关安全性标准、法律制定提供参考。LED中蓝光的辐亮度值低于100 W·m-2·Sr-1时对人眼属于无危害类型,正常使用情况下不会对人眼造成伤害,但是应该注意对特殊人群(小孩)的保护,避免长时间直视光源。灯具富蓝化也会影响人的作息规律,因此色温4 000 K以下,显色指数80的LED灯具适合在室内使用,同时还要根据不同的使用距离选择不同的参数的灯具。  相似文献

以芴为原料,以钯为催化剂一步合成了2-(9-苯基芴基)-9,9′螺二芴(PF-SBF)。以PF-SBF作为有机发光二极管的发光及主体材料(FIrpic为磷光客体)时,观察到了不同于PF-SBF及FIrpic发光的红光带。这分别源于PF-SBF分子间的聚集和发光层/传输层诱导的激基复合物。通过选择合适的空穴和电子传输层,有效抑制了激基复合物的发光。同时,PF-SBF和TAPC双主体的结构不仅实现了纯FIrpic和Ir(ppy)3蓝光和绿光,还大幅提升了器件性能。蓝光、绿光器件的最大电流效率和最大亮度分达到16.7、50.5 cd·A-1和7857 cd·m-2(11 V)、23390 cd·m-2(8 V)。另外,除了PF-SBF,利用相似的合成方法,我们也合成了2-(9-苯基芴基)-9,9′螺芴氧杂蒽(PF-SFX),其较大的三线态能级(2.8 eV)较PF-SBF更适合做蓝光主体。以TAPC和PFSFX为双主体的器件最大电流效率提升到了22.6 cd·A-1。所有实验结果均表明,PF-SBF和PF-SFX是构建高效绿光/蓝光磷光主体材料的有效结构单元。  相似文献

Blue phosphors Ca1 − xAl2O4: xEu2+ were prepared by high temperature solid-state method. Their structure, morphology and luminescent properties were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and fluorescence spectroscopy. The effect of different amounts of fluxing agent H3BO3 on structure, morphology and luminescent properties of blue phosphors Ca1 − xAl2O4: xEu2+ luminous intensity caused by different amount of H3BO3 was also investigated. The amount of H3BO3 doped Ca1 − xAl2O4: xEu2+ in optimal luminous intensity had been determined. The results showed that both the excitation and emission spectra of samples were all broad bands, and that the peak of emission spectra was near 442 nm, which was corresponding to the 4f65d → 4f7 transition of Eu2+ illuminating blue light. Ca1 − xAl2O4: xEu2+ (x = 3.5 mol%) could be gained with good morphology and the best luminous intensity when H3BO3 mass ratio was 0.5 wt%.  相似文献

Cibacron Blue F3GA was immobilized on poly(hydroxyethyl methacrylate) cryogel and it was used for selective and efficient depletion of albumin from human serum. The poly(hydroxyethyl methacrylate) was selected as the basic component because of its inertness, mechanical strength, chemical and biological stability, and biocompatibility. Cibacron Blue F3GA was covalently attached to the poly(hydroxyethyl methacrylate) cryogel to produce poly(hydroxyethyl methacrylate)-Cibacron Blue F3GA cryogel affinity column. The poly(hydroxyethyl methacrylate)-Cibacron Blue F3GA cryogel was characterized with respect to gelation yield, swelling degree, total volume of macropores, Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy, and scanning electron microscopy. It was found that the maximum amount of adsorption (343 mg/g of dry cryogel) obtained from experimental results is very close to the calculated Langmuir adsorption capacity (345 mg/g of dry cryogel). The maximum adsorption capacity for poly(hydroxyethyl methacrylate)-Cibacron Blue F3GA cryogel column was obtained as 950 mg/g of dry cryogel for nondiluted serum. The adsorption capacity decreased with increasing dilution ratios while the depletion ratio of albumin remained as 77% in serum sample. Finally, the poly(hydroxyethyl methacrylate)-Cibacron Blue F3GA cryogel was optimized for using in the fast protein liquid chromatography system for rapid removal of the high abundant proteins from the human serum.  相似文献

研究无封胶白光数码管衰减机理,利用蓝白比拟法测算无封胶白光数码管荧光粉转换率.对蓝白数码管分3组进行电流老化实验,老化电流分别为20、40mA和60mA.在恒定直流为20mA,老化时间为1000h实验中,通过分析蓝、白数码管光谱曲线的变化,研究了蓝光光输出功率和黄光光输出功率衰减情况,利用实验数据,分析表明了荧光粉转换率的衰减是影响无封胶白光数码管老化的重要因素.同时分析比较了在40mA和60mA不同电流老化实验下得到的荧光粉转换率,发现工作电流越大,荧光粉转化率衰减越快,符合无封胶白光数码管在大电流作用下衰减更快的实际情况,影响使用寿命.对荧光粉转换率的研究将为无封胶白光数码管的应用及进一步研究无封胶白光数码管衰减原因提供参考.  相似文献

合成了新型三溴代的含有吡啶并[3,2-b]吡嗪的化合物, 通过Suzuki缩聚反应合成了以吡啶并[3,2-b]吡嗪为核, 以9,9-二辛基芴为枝的超支化共聚物. 该共聚物在甲苯和四氢呋喃等有机溶剂中具有较好的溶解性能. 采用共聚物制备了结构为ITO/PEDOT/polymer/Ca/Al的发光器件, 其中基于共聚物PFPQ-2的器件在电流密度为3.8 mA/cm2时得到蓝光发射, 最大外量子效率为1.29%, 最大亮度为1173 cd/m2, 色坐标为(0.16, 0.11).  相似文献
