铋酸盐铒玻璃在1.54 μm处的荧光特性研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
用高温熔融法制备了Er3+单掺和Er3+ /Yb3+共掺铋酸盐玻璃,测量了上述玻璃样品的吸收光谱、荧光光谱、荧光半高宽和荧光寿命.对高浓度掺杂Er3+时的浓度猝灭现象给出了解释.分析了Er3+ /Yb3+双掺样品中Yb3+对Er3+的敏化过程.在对Er3+ /Yb3+共掺时的研究结果发现, Er3+浓度的变化对荧光半高宽和荧光寿命有显著影响,而Yb3+浓度的变化则对吸收光谱和荧光光谱的强度影响显著.实验获得了Er3+ /Yb3+共掺铋酸盐玻璃在1. 54μm处荧光半高宽达76nm,荧光寿命为0. 55ms.  相似文献

在pH=3.8,0.4 mol/L的HCOOHHCOONa缓冲溶液中,铋与槲皮素的络合物在单扫极谱仪上能形成灵敏的络合物吸附波。该波在Bi3+离子浓度为4 × 10-8~6×10-6mol/L范围内与波高 hp成正比关系,检出限达到1×10-8mol/L。对电极反应的机理进行了研究。利用该极谱波测定了铅基轴承合金中的铋含量。  相似文献

We report on the in situ observation of temperature-driven drastic morphology evolution and surface pre-melting of the Bi(0 0 1) nanofilm deposited on the Si(1 1 1)-7 × 7 surface by use of spot-profile-analyzing low-energy electron diffraction (SPA-LEED). Surface step density of the single-crystalline, epitaxial Bi(0 0 1) film decreases above 350 K in a critical manner. On annealed Bi(0 0 1) films, we have detected surface pre-melting with a transition temperature of 350 K, which yields reversible diffraction intensity drop in addition to the harmonic Debye-Waller behavior. The observed surface flattening of the as-deposited film is driven by the increased amount of mobile adatoms created through the surface pre-melting.  相似文献

A bismuth@porous silicon (Bi/PSi) nanostructure is fabricated and used as a new highly sensitive electrochemical sensor for measurement of thioridazine. For this purpose, commercial silicon powder is converted to porous silicon using metal‐assisted chemical etching method. Then, bismuth nanoparticles are deposited on the surface of the porous silicon that synthesized in the previous step. The effects of pH and instrumental parameters are studied on the sensor response. After optimization of the parameters, differential pulse voltammetry is used to determine sub‐micro molar amounts of thioridazine. The Linear region of the electrochemical sensor is in the range of 0.1 to 260 μmol L−1 thioridazine with a detection limit of 0.03 μmol L−1, when Bi/PSi/CNTPE is used as an electrochemical sensor. The precision and accuracy of the sensor is evaluated. The Bi/PSi/CNTPE is used as an appropriated tool for accurate measurement of low amounts of thioridazine in real samples with satisfactory results.  相似文献

研究采用水热法制备了花状Bi_2WO_6与TiO_2和Bi-TiO_2相复合的光催化剂,并使用新型LED节能灯为光源催化氧化室内甲醛.研究发现,粉末态Bi_2WO_6显示出花状结构,但无光催化氧化活性,而将Bi_2WO_6粉末与TiO_2和Bi-TiO_2复合后,两者相互作用所形成异质结结构形态,尤其Bi_2WO_6/Bi-TiO_2催化剂,所制样品展示出更佳的催化氧化活性,而经浸渍法所得样品几乎无光催化氧化活性,催化剂随着TiO_2和Bi-TiO_2含量的增加,复合催化剂显现出不尽相同的氧化活性规律,其中Bi_2WO_6与Bi-TiO_2质量比为1∶2样品表现最佳,36 h催化氧化甲醛转化率高达92.2%,甲醛浓度低于我国居室空气中甲醛最高容许浓度,且催化剂显示出良好的稳定性及重复性.  相似文献

Melting reactions of copper, CuI, selenium, and Bi2Se3 yielded black, shiny needles of Cu4BiSe4I = Cu4BiSe2(Se2)I. The compound decomposes peritectically above 635(5) K and crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pnma with a = 960.1(1) pm, b = 413.16(3) pm, and c = 2274.7(2) pm (T = 293(2) K). In the crystal structure, strands ${1}\atop{{\infty}}$ [BiSeSe2/2(Se2)2/2]3– run along [010]. Therein, the bismuth(III) cation is coordinated by five selenium atoms, which form a square pyramid. The copper(I) cations are coordinated tetrahedrally by selenide, diselenide and iodide ions. Edge‐sharing of these tetrahedra results in zigzag chains of copper cations with short distances of 262.7(4) pm. Enhanced dispersion of the 3d bands, the Crystal Orbital Hamilton Populations (COHP), and disynaptic ELI‐D basins indicate weakly attractive d10···d10 interactions between the copper cations. The semiconducting properties and the calculated electronic band structure suggest an electron‐precise compound. In copper‐deficient Cu3.824(8)BiSe4I, the Cu···Cu distances are 5 pm shorter, and Raman spectroscopy indicates the presence of diselenide(1–) radical anions besides the diselenide(2–) groups. As a result, in Cu3.824(8)BiSe4I, selenium coexists in the oxidations states –II, –I, and –0.5.  相似文献

A sensitive procedure is presented for the voltammetric determination of nickel. The procedure involves an adsorptive accumulation of nickel 1-nitroso-2-napthol (NN) complex on a bismuth film electrode prepared ex situ by electrodeposition. The most suitable operating conditions and parameters such as pH, ligand concentration (CNN), adsorptive potential (Eads), adsorptive time (tads), scan rate and others were selected and the determination of nickel in aqueous solutions using the standard addition method was possible. The adsorbed Ni-NN complex gives a well defined cathodic stripping peak current at −0.70 V, which was used for the determination of nickel in the concentration range of 10.0-70.0 μg L−1 (pH 7.5; CNN 6.5 μmol L−1; Eads −0.30 V; tads 60 s) with a detection limit of 0.1 μg L−1. The relative standard deviation for a solution containing 10.0 μg L−1 of Ni(II) was 3.5% (n = 4). The proposed method was validated determining Ni(II) in certified reference waste water (SPS-WW1) and Certified Reference Water for Trace Elements (TMDA 51.3) with satisfactory results. 水系沉积物试样用盐酸-硝酸-水(3+1+4)混合溶液溶解,氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定铋和汞的含量。对介质酸度、硼氢化钾浓度、负高压和灯电流等影响铋和汞测定因素进行了试验并予以优化。铋和汞的检出限(3S/N)分别为0.02,0.01μg.L-1,相对标准偏差(n=11)均小于0.5%。应用此法分析了水系沉积物标准样品,测定值与推荐值相符。  相似文献

Recent advances in high-pressure experimental techniques have yielded high-quality x-ray diffraction data for the high-pressure phases of the group-15 elements Bi, Sb and As, and have made it possible to solve several long-standing problems in their structures. In particular, several complex incommensurate host–guest structures have been identified. This paper reviews the present state of knowledge of the structural transition sequences for these elements at high pressure and room temperature, including a summary of previous work, a detailed presentation of the new structures, and revised equations of state.  相似文献
