Microstructures are usually fabricated on the surface of optical sheets to improve the optical characteristics. In this study, a new fabrication process with UV (ultraviolet) laser direct writing method is developed to embed microstructures inside the glass. Then the optical properties of glass such as reflection and refraction indexes can be modified. Single- and multi-layer microstructures are designed and embedded inside glass substrate to modify the optical characteristics. Both luminance and uniformity can be controlled with the embedded microstructures. Thus, the glass with inside pattern can be used as a light guide plate to increase optical performance. First, an optical commercial software, FRED, is applied to design the microstructure configuration. Then, UV laser direct writing with output power 2.5-2.6 W, repetition rate 30 kHz, wave length: 355 nm, and pulse duration 15 ns is used to fabricate the microstructures inside the glass. The effect of dot pattern in the glass such as the dot pitch, the layer gap, and the number of layer on the optical performance is discussed. Machining capacity of UV laser ranges from micron to submicrometer; hence with this ultrafast laser pulse, objectives of various dimensions such as dot, line width, and layers can be easily embedded in the glass by one simple process. In addition, the embedded microstructures can be made with less contamination. Finally, the optical performance of the glasses with various configurations is measured using a Spectra Colorometer (Photo Research PR650) and compared with the simulated results. 相似文献

A phase-shifting point diffraction interferometer (PS/PDI) with point sources of two single mode optical fibers has been developed,
which will be appropriate for the surface figure measurement of large aperture optics on a sub-nanometer scale. To reduce
the measurement error factors, a fiber optic plate (FOP) is used as a projection plane for interference pattern. Errors caused
by imperfection of optical alignment, such as position of point sources and tilt of FOP, are minimized by analyzing the measured
phase data with an original method. Measurement accuracy in the PS/ PDI is estimated with the interference pattern produced
by the two optical fiber sources. If inhomogeneity of the FOP and a systematic error of the PS/PDI are eliminated, the measurement
accuracy of the present system is estimated to be less than 4nm P-V and 0.7nm rms, respectively, at a measurement wavelength

The effect of passive plates on vertical displacement control in the EAST tokamak is investigated by open loop experiments and numerical simulations based on a rigid displacement model.The experiments and simulations indicate that the vertical instability growth rate is reduced by a factor of about 2 in the presence of the passive plates,where the adjacent segments are not connected to each other.The simulations also show that the vertical instability growth rate is reduced by a factor of about 10 if all adjacent segments on each passive plate loop are connected to each other.The operational window is greatly enlarged with the passive plates. 相似文献

光学多普勒层析术(ODT)是一种高分辨、非侵入的生物医学成像手段,能同时得到组织的结构信息和组织内血管的流速信息.提出了一种新型的基于相位分辨技术的ODT三维矢量测速方法.在ODT系统样品臂的准直镜和聚焦透镜之间加入窄带相位片,形成三个不同的相位延迟,通过计算多普勒频移和不同相位延迟下的多普勒展宽,可得到毛细管内的三维矢量流场分布.对已知浓度的聚苯乙烯溶液进行了一系列不同角度和不同流速的实验,结果证明这种新型的ODT矢量测速方法可以较精确的实现三维矢量流速的测量. 相似文献

We consider the question of the existence of stationary solutions for the Navier Stokes equations describing the flow of a
incompressible fluid past a semi-infinite flat plate at zero incidence angle. By using ideas from the theory of dynamical
systems we analyze the vorticity equation for this problem and show that a symmetry-breaking term fits naturally into the
downstream asymptotic expansion of a solution. Finally, in order to check that our asymptotic expressions can be completed
to a symmetry-breaking solution of the Navier–Stokes equations we solve the problem numerically by using our asymptotic results
to prescribe artificial boundary conditions for a sequence of truncated domains. The results of these numerical computations
a clearly compatible with the existence of such a solution.

Modelling of spall damage in ductile materials and its application to the simulation of the plate impact on copper 下载免费PDF全文
A statistical model of dynamic spall damage due to void nucleation and growth is proposed for ductile materials under intense loading, which takes into account inertia, the elastic-plastic effect, and initial void size. To some extent, void interaction could be accounted for in this approach. Based on this model, the simulation of spall experiments for copper is performed by using the Lagrangian finite element method. The simulation results are in good agreement with experimental data for the free surface velocity profile, stress record behind copper target, final porosity, and void concentrations across the target. The influence of elastic-plastic effect upon the damage evolution is explored. The correlation between the damage evolution and the history of the stress near the spall plane is also analyzed. 相似文献

介绍了基于微通道板和楔条形阳极的紫外单光子成像系统的组成和工作原理.利用该系统分别研究了两块和三块微通道板在不同电压下的暗计数特性.实验和拟合结果表明微通道板的暗计数脉冲幅度呈负指数型分布,暗计数率随电压升高而增大.通过测试不同电压下的脉冲幅度分布曲线,发现微通道板增益在较高电压下更加均匀.研究了两块微通道板情况下,微通道板电压和间距对系统分辨率的影响.结果表明,系统分辨率随微通道板电压增加而提高;另外,适当增加微通道板间距也可以提高系统分辨率.

We report both experimentally and numerically that ultra-broadband asymmetric acoustic transmission is realized by a brass plate and a right triangle reflector immersed in water. This exotic phenomenon arises from the asymmetric excitation of the leaky asymmetric zero-order Lamb mode in the brass plate induced by the incident angle of external bulk waves. The results show that the bandwidth of the asymmetric acoustic transmission could reach 2000 k Hz, and the positive transmitted wave is only a single acoustic beam. The device has the advantages of ultra-broadband, single transmitted beam,and simpler structure, which has great potential applications in ultrasonic devices. 相似文献

Continuous phase plate(CPP),which has a function of beam shaping in laser systems,is one kind of important diffractive optics.Based on the Fourier transform of the Gerchberg-Saxton(G-S) algorithm for designing CPP,we proposed an optical diffraction method according to the real system conditions.A thin lens can complete the Fourier transform of the input signal and the inverse propagation of light can be implemented in a program.Using both of the two functions can realize the iteration process to calculate the near-field distribution of light and the far-field repeatedly,which is similar to the G-S algorithm.The results show that using the optical diffraction method can design a CPP for a complicated laser system,and make the CPP have abilities of beam shaping and phase compensation for the phase aberration of the system.The method can improve the adaptation of the phase plate in systems with phase aberrations. 相似文献

The present study demonstrates ultrasound-induced cell injury using a nickel–titanium dioxide (Ni–TiO2) alloy plate as a sonocatalyst and a cell culture surface. Ultrasound irradiation of cell-free Ni–TiO2 alloy plates with 1 MHz ultrasound at 0.5 W/cm2 for 30 s led to an increased generation of hydroxyl (OH) radicals compared to nickel–titanium (Ni–Ti) control alloy plates with and without ultrasound irradiation. When human breast cancer cells (MCF-7 cells) cultured on the Ni–TiO2 alloy plates were irradiated with 1 MHz ultrasound at 0.5 W/cm2 for 30 s and then incubated for 48 h, cell density on the alloy plate was reduced to approximately 50% of the controls on the Ni–Ti alloy plates with and without ultrasound irradiation. These results indicate the injury of MCF-7 cells following sonocatalytic OH radical generation by Ni–TiO2. Further experiments demonstrated cell shrinkage and chromatin condensation after ultrasound irradiation of MCF-7 cells attached on the Ni–TiO2 alloy plates, indicating induction of apoptosis. 相似文献
