In this Letter, we report the polarization-enhanced bulk photovoltaic effect (BPV) in pristine BiFeO3 (BFO) epitaxial film under standard 1 sun AM 1.5 G illumination. High-quality epitaxial BFO films are grown on (001)-oriented niobium doped-SrTiO3 substrates by pulsed laser deposition. The best BFO film based photovoltaic device achieves a power conversion efficiency of 0.0062% under standard illumination. Besides, it is found that the number of bipolar pulses plays a key role in improving the short-circuit current density and open-circuit voltage. These results are beneficial for further understanding of physical origin of the photovoltaic properties in ferroelectric oxides.  相似文献

Algae in drinking water supplies often bring about impact on the water treatment. In this study, a bipolar pulsed dielectric barrier discharge system in three-phase discharge plasma reactor was constructed for investigating its ability to control excessive growth of cyanobacteria, Microcystis aeruginosa. Experimental results show there was almost no change in optical density immediately after the interruption of electrical discharge, but the decreasing trend of optical density, cell density and chlorophyll-a content was obvious during the incubation period, indicating a significant residual effect of electrical discharge process on the algal growth inhibition. Scanning electron microscopy investigation of algae revealed surface damage, apparent leakage of intracellular contents and pores formed after electrical discharge process, which showed that algal cells had no potential to survive and grow. Compared with the control sample, it was observed that electrical discharge on the algal extracellular products has almost no residual effect and the growth rate of algae slightly decreased before three days storage. Hydrogen peroxide was produced by electrical discharge in the μM level and showed a first-order decay. But at such level, the external addition of hydrogen peroxide alone is not likely to cause the residual effect. These results implicated that the growth inhibition of M. aeruginosa was mainly caused by electrical discharge process, and it made the algal cells lose ability to survive, demonstrating the considerable potential of such an alternative process for efficient water purification.  相似文献

将双极性半导体钝化膜空间电荷电容等效为钝化膜/溶液界面处电容和内层钝化膜/外层钝化膜界面处的np结电容的串联, 根据前期研究建立的半导体富集态、耗尽态以及反型态空间电荷电容的统一计算公式, 给出了双极性钝化膜Mott-Schottky(M-S)曲线的非线性拟合方法. 并将这一方法应用于镍基合金G3高温高压H2S/CO2腐蚀后的钝化膜半导体特征研究. M-S曲线非线性拟合结果显示, 温度升高外层p型半导体钝化膜多数载流子浓度明显增高, 而内层n型半导体钝化膜的多数载流子浓度基本未变. 通过非线性拟合, 证明本文所给出的M-S曲线非线性拟合方法能够同时给出钝化膜内外层多个半导体性质参数,为揭示钝化膜形成及破坏机制提供更多信息. 结合X射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析, 讨论了钝化膜结构变化机制及np结在抑制腐蚀过程中的作用.  相似文献

设计和合成了一种新型的有机空穴传输材料N,N'-二苯基-N,N'-双(2-氟苯基)-[1.1'-联苯]-4,4'-二胺(FTPB),通过熔点测试、元素分析、FTIR光谱和1H NMR谱等手段对其分子结构进行了表征.采用循环伏安法(CV)结合UV-Vis吸收光谱测试了其能级结构.结果表明,其HOMO能级为-5.36eV,带隙为3.20eV,有望成为优良的空穴传输材料.  相似文献

Novel self activated green phosphors; K2ZnV2O7 (KZV) and K2MgV2O7 (KMV) have been prepared and characterized in details. Both KZV and KMV were prepared by solid state reaction and systematically characterized by a number of techniques like X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transformed Infrared (FTIR), Raman spectroscopy, Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (DRS) and time resolved photoluminescence spectroscopy (TRPLS). XRD studies confirm tetragonal melilite type layered phase for both of them. The presence of pyrovanadate group in both is supported by FTIR and Raman spectroscopic investigations. Raman bands of KMV are blue shifted w.r.t to KZV which may be due to shorter bond lengths of MgO compared to ZnO and lower atomic weight of magnesium compared to zinc. DRS measurements indicated the optical band gap of KMV and KZV are 3.14 and 3.12 eV, respectively. Optical measurements on these samples show the emission of green color on ultra violet light irradiation. The origin of such emission is attributed to electronic transition (charge transfer) from filled 2p orbital of oxygen ion (O2−) to vacant 3d orbital of vanadium ion (V5+). In KZV there are dual emission band (PL1 and PL2) which are respectively attributed to 3T2 → 1A1 and 3T1 → 1A1transition, and the emission zone varies slightly compared to KMV. KZV emits bluish green (cool green) where KMV emits in yellowish green (warm green) region. This is indeed an important step towards realization of cost effective rare earth free luminescence material. It is also oberved that PL intensity of KZV is very high compared to KMV which is supported by the lifetime measurements.  相似文献

Summary The effect of weight loss on the dimensional stability of some addition-polysiloxanes used as impression materials in dentistry is studied. We show that polymerization is not the only factor affecting the shrinkage of these materials. An explanation for the time-dependent weight function is given.  相似文献

The influence exerted by the specimen proportions on the measured performance of angle-ply [+45°/–45°]s composite laminates is studied. Three kinds of specimens are considered, having different length-to-width ratios, made with glass/epoxy unidirectional or fabric laminae. The static tensile characteristics are measured by means of load cells, electric strain gauges and through the Moiré fringes method. The strain fields are analysed and the effects of stress concentration at the laminate-free edges are evaluated, as well as their influence on the strain distribution and the measured strength and stiffness. The results are summarized as diagrams of ultimate load and elastic modulus versus length-to-width ratio of the different specimens investigated. These diagrams allow the designer to evaluate the influence exerted by specimen proportions on the measured performance, as well as to compare characteristics which are heterogeneous, as obtained with different kinds of specimen.  相似文献
