建立了用荧光法快速鉴别五味子和部分含五味子制剂中五味子是属于北五味子还是南五味子的方法,探明了南北五味子荧光光谱差异的主要原因。研究了五味子的五种活性成分五味子醇甲、五味子酯甲、五味子甲素、五味子乙素和安五脂素的荧光性质和五味子以及护肝片乙醇提取液的荧光光谱,并用高效液相色谱测定了供试品五种活性成分的含量。研究表明:发光效率按安五脂素、五味子乙素、五味子甲素和五味子醇甲依次减弱,五味子酯甲不具有荧光性;北五味子的主要荧光物质为五味子乙素,而南五味子的主要荧光物质是安五脂素,它们是导致南北五味子荧光光谱差异的主要原因。用荧光法鉴别南北五味子具有简单、快速和灵敏的特点  相似文献

玉米须提取液对尿液中草酸钙晶体形成的影响   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
本文采用X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等方法分析了玉米须提取液对正常人尿液中草酸钙晶体形成的影响,通过电导率法研究了草酸钙晶体生长的动力学过程,以及从生物矿化的角度对玉米须提取液影响尿液中草酸钙晶体的可能机理进行了探讨。由于玉米须提取液中有机酸或多糖的羟基、羰基等通过配位作用与Ca2+结合形成可溶性配位化合物,减少了Ca2+与Oxa2-的结合能力,从而抑制了CaOxa的成核和生长。同时,可能由于玉米须提取液中有效成分与二水草酸钙(COD)的吸附点键合,增强了COD晶体在溶液中的热力学稳定性,进而抑制了COD晶体向热力学更稳定态的一水草酸钙(COM)晶体转变。结果显示,这种抑制作用随玉米须浓度增大而增大,且COD晶体尺寸随着玉米须浓度的增大而减小。玉米须抑制COD晶体向COM晶体转变的作用为开发预防和治疗尿结石的药物提供了启示。  相似文献

Natural herbal medicines are an important source of enzyme inhibitors for the discovery of new drugs. A number of natural extracts such as green tea have been used in prevention and treatment of diseases due to their low‐cost, low toxicity and good performance. The present study reports an online assay of the activity and inhibition of the green tea extract of the Glucose 6‐phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PDH) enzyme using multilayer capillary electrophoresis based immobilized enzyme microreactors (CE‐IMERs). The multilayer CE‐IMERs were produced with layer‐by‐layer electrostatic assembly, which can easily enhance the enzyme loading capacity of the microreactor. The activity of the G6PDH enzyme was determined and the enzyme inhibition by the inhibitors from green tea extract was investigated using online assay of the multilayer CE‐IMERs. The Michaelis constant (Km) of the enzyme, the IC50 and Ki values of the inhibitors were achieved and found to agree with those obtained using offline assays. The results show a competitive inhibition of green tea extract on the G6PDH enzyme. The present study provides an efficient and easy‐to‐operate approach for determining G6PDH enzyme reaction and the inhibition of green tea extract, which may be beneficial in research and the development of natural herbal medicines. 建立了一种高效液相色谱法测定水产品中土霉素、四环素、去甲基金霉素、金霉素、脱氧土霉素的分析方法。样品用5.0%高氯酸溶液提取,上清液用OasisHLB固相萃取柱净化,用紫外检测器于355nm测定。土霉素、四环素、去甲基金霉素检测限为0.01mg/kg,金霉素、脱氧土霉素检出限为0.02mg/kg。5种药物的回收率在74.8%~89.3%之间,相对标准偏差为3.95%~9.95%。方法适用于水产品中四环素类抗生素残留的检测。  相似文献

A kinetic model was developed, based on the power law of growth and Avrami’s nuclei growth concepts, to describe the heterogeneous nature of pulping kinetics, taking into account the effects of chemical concentration and temperature. The general form of the kinetic equation is first order with a time-dependent rate coefficient. The model was statistically tested using published data obtained from delignification of lignocellulosic materials (hemp woody core, giant reed, wheat straw, cottonwood, bamboo and flax fibres). The activation energies of the delignification range from 71 to 136 kJ/mol. The p-values obtained from the regression analysis are significantly small indicating that all the estimates of the model parameters were significant with very high levels of confidence. The correlation coefficients R 2 for these models range from 0.76 to 0.98.  相似文献

对银杏叶提取物进行酸水解,然后利用正相硅胶柱色谱及重结晶法从银杏叶水解物中分离出染料木素,经紫外光谱(UV)、质谱(MSn)、核磁共振(1H NMR、13C NMR)等波谱学方法鉴定证实了其结构。高效液相色谱分析表明,所提纯的染料木素纯度达到了98%以上。  相似文献

In this study porous glass fiber membranes were modified by reaction with octadecyl-trichlorosilane to form C18 hydrophobic membranes. The contact angle and the CH2 vibration bands at 2855 and 2920 cm(-1) found by FTIR measurements verified the successful immobilization of C18 groups on the glass fiber membranes. The resulting C18 hydrophobic membranes were used to adsorb terpene lactones from crude Ginkgo biloba L. extracts. In batch adsorption processes, the modified C18 membranes exhibited a better adsorption performance than commercial C18 solid phase extraction adsorbents. Different desorption solvents were tested and ethyl acetate was found to preferentially desorb terpene lactones from the modified C18 membranes. In flow adsorption experiments at 1 mL/min, terpene lactone contents higher than 6 wt% (the standardized content) could be achieved in the elution step using ethyl acetate.  相似文献

The fruits of Pistacia khinjuk Stocks were collected from Ilam province, Iran. The aim of this study was to analyse antioxidant capacity and phenolic composition of different parts of P. khinjuk fruit. The antioxidant capacity of extracts was measured using different assays: ferric reducing ability of plasma, 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl and nitric oxide radical scavenging. The phenolic composition of P. khinjuk fruit is reported for the first time. Amongst different parts of the fruit analysed in this study, hull extract contained the highest total phenolic and flavonoid contents. We observed a high correlation between different antioxidant activity and total phenolic and flavonoid contents. Therefore, antioxidant capacity can be related to total phenolic and flavonoid contents. A correlation analysis revealed that ascorbic acid, gallic acid, rutin, caffeic acid, ferulic acid and sinapic acid were the phenolic compounds mainly responsible for antioxidant power of the fruit extracts.  相似文献

Deep eutectic solvents (DESs) were applied as eco-friendly solvents in this study for the extraction of alkaloids from lotus leaf, including O-nornuciferine, N-nornuciferine, nuciferine and roemerine. A series of hydrophilic and hydrophobic DESs with different hydrogen bond donors and a acceptors were synthesized and screened for a suitable DESs for extraction of alkaloids from lotus leaf. The study results showed that the hydrophilic DES with choline chloride and propanediol had the highest extraction yield. The main factors affecting the extraction efficiency—choline chloride–propanediol ratio, water content in deep eutectic solvents, solid–liquid ratio and extraction time—were investigated via a single-factor experiment. The optimized extraction conditions were 30% of water in choline chloride–propanediol (1:4) for heated extraction for 30 min and solid–liquid ratio 1:100 g/ml. Under optimum conditions, the extraction yields of O-nornuciferine, N-nornuciferine, nuciferine and roemerine were 0.069, 0.152, 0.334 and 0.041 g/100 g respectively, which were higher than those of methanol in acidified aqueous solution. This study suggests considerable potential for DESs as promising materials for the green and efficient extraction solvents for bioactive alkaloids from natural sources.  相似文献
