壳聚糖是甲壳素脱乙酰基的产物,具有良好的成膜性、生物相容性、环保以及价格低廉等特点。作为一种碱性高分子膜材料,近年来已成为聚电解质研究领域中的研究热点。本文综述了壳聚糖固体聚合物电池用膜的研究现状,其改性工艺主要包括共混、化学改性、质子酸掺杂、无机盐掺杂等方法,比较了各种工艺处理后壳聚糖固体聚合物电解质膜的性能差异,并就壳聚糖固体聚合物电解质膜中离子传导机理中有待解决的问题进行探讨,并提出了进一步改进壳聚糖固体聚合物电解质膜性能的研究思路。  相似文献

A theoretical study using density functional theory was performed to understand the structure/property relationship of the cationic conjugated polyelectrolytes, poly[9,9-bis-(6′-N,N,N-trimethylammonium) hexyl] fluorene-alt-4,7-(2,1,3-benzothiadiazole)] (PFBT-X, where X = Br). The torsion angle between the fluorene and benzothiadiazole units in the PFBT monomer was found to substantially affect the structural and electronic properties of the cationic PFBT monomer. The changes of geometrical parameter, HOMO and LUMO energy levels, and band gap, as well as the absorption maximum are discussed in terms of the torsion in the PFBT monomer structure. For comparison, its neutral analogue, the monomer of poly(9,9-di-n-octylfluorene-alt-benzothiadiazole) (F8BT) was also studied. The length of conjugation backbone was also examined.  相似文献

We investigate the construction of long, stable hybrid threadlike micelles consisting of polyelectrolytes and oppositely charged surfactants in aqueous solution and examine the physicochemical features such as their structure and viscoelastic behavior in aqueous solution. The most important point for their construction is the careful control of interactions, especially electrostatic interactions, caused between the surfactants and polyelectrolytes. Incorporated polyelectrolytes are fully extended in these hybrid threadlike micelles irrespective of the molecular weight of the polymer. The viscoelastic behavior of the hybrid threadlike micellar solution is similar to that of ordinary threadlike micellar systems consisting of low‐molecular‐weight substances. However, the inclusion of polymers in the micelles causes differences in their mechanical properties.  相似文献

Five novel monoazo disperse dyestuffs based on N‐ester‐1,8‐naphthalimide were synthesized. Acenaphthene was nitrated, then oxidized to 4‐nitro‐1,8‐naphthalic anhydride. 4‐Nitro‐1,8‐naphthalic anhydride was reacted with methyl and ethyl glycinate in alcoholic media, followed with reduction. 4‐Amino‐N‐methyl and ethyl glycinate‐1,8‐naphthalimide were obtained. These products were diazotized and coupled with appropriate aromatic amines to give bluish‐red or violet dyestuffs. All intermediates and dyestuffs were purified and characterized by 1H‐NMR, FTIR, DSC, UV‐VIS and Elemental Analysis. Dispersion of dyestuffs was prepared in water and applied to polyester fabrics. The dyed fabrics showed that four of the synthesized dyestuffs were suitable for coloring polyester fibers, producing deep bluish red with very good build up properties.  相似文献

This paper describes the formation of patterned cell co-cultures using the layer-by-layer deposition of synthetic ionic polymers and without the aid of adhesive proteins/ligands such as collagen or fibronectin. In this study, we used synthetic polymers, namely poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride) (PDAC) and sulfonated polystyrene (SPS) as the polycation and polyanion, respectively, to build the multilayer films. We formed SPS patterns on polyelectrolyte multilayer (PEM) surfaces either by microcontact printing PDAC onto SPS surfaces or vice-versa. To create patterned co-cultures on PEMs, we capitalize on the preferential attachment and spreading of primary hepatocytes on SPS as opposed to PDAC surfaces. In contrast, fibroblasts readily attached to both PDAC and SPS surfaces, and as a result, we were able to obtain patterned co-cultures of fibroblast and primary hepatocytes on synthetic PEM surfaces. We characterized the morphology and hepatic-specific functions of the patterned cell co-cultures with microscopy and biochemical assays. Our results suggest an alternative approach to fabricating controlled co-cultures with specified cell-cell and cell-surface interactions; this approach provides flexibility in designing cell-specific surfaces for tissue engineering applications.  相似文献

The swelling behavior of polyelectrolyte gels based on poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride) (copolymers of diallyldimethylammonium chloride and acrylamide with the variable composition) and poly(methacrylic acid, sodium salt) in the presence of organic water soluble dyes (alizarin, naphthol blue black, rhodamine) was studied. The collapse of the polyelectrolyte gels in the presence of oppositely charged dyes together with the effective absorption of dyes was observed. The shrinking degree and the dye absorption by the gel depend on the charges of the polymer network and the dye, and also on the dye concentration. Stability of the gel–dye complexes in a salt solution of NaCl and Al2(SO4)3 was studied. It was shown that the complex stability in the salt solution depends on the charge density of the polymer chains forming the gel. The increase of charge density of polymer generally leads to the enhancement of the complex stability. For the systems with the fraction of charged poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride) monomer units above 0.5 the release of alizarin to the external solution of Al2(SO4)3 reservoir is practically completely suppressed. The obtained results show that oppositely charged dyes are generally from stable complexes with polyelectrolyte gels. © 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. Xylan from birch wood was characterized regarding both the supramolecular structure (X-ray, CP/MAS 13C-NMR) and the sugar composition. The reaction of the birch wood xylan with 2,3-epoxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride in 1,2-dimethoxyethane as slurry medium yields water-soluble, cationic 2-hydroxypropyltrimethylammonium xylan derivatives with high degree of substitution (DS). The DS values up to 1.6 can be controlled by adjusting the molar ratio in a one step synthesis. The structure of the cationic xylan derivatives was confirmed by means of DEPT(135) NMR spectroscopy. Film forming properties of cationic xylan derivatives were investigated with SEM measurements.  相似文献

利用偶氮聚电解质上的偶氮苯基团作为“探针”,研究了支化侧链偶氮聚电解质PMAPB6P-AA的偶氮生色团H-聚集动力学过程.研究发现,在不同THF/H2O配比情况下,H-聚集的速率有很大差别,THF比例越小,生色团发生H-聚集的速率越大,即偶氮聚电解质在溶剂体系中的疏水聚集对发生H-聚集有重要推动作用.通过测定偶氮聚电解质上的“孤立”生色团和H-聚集体的紫外光谱最大吸收值变化,表征了H-聚集过程的动力学,并分别用一级和二级动力学方程进行了拟合.结果表明,偶氮聚电解质的H-聚集过程具有二级动力学过程的特点.  相似文献

Eight benzotriazoles and (4-methoxy)benzotriazoles, mono- or di-substituted derivatives of 2,4-dihydroxyaceto(or benzo)phenone were synthesized by azo coupling of (4-methoxy)2-nitrobenzenediazonium chloride with 2,4-dihydroxyaceto(or benzo)phenone followed by reductive cyclization. Pure mono-substituted compounds were very difficult to prepare. Careful selection of thepH for the azo coupling and selection of the proper reagents for the reductive cyclization were essential. All compounds were characterized by their ultraviolet, infrared1H and13C NMR spectra and their elemental analysis. These compounds have both the 2(2-hydroxyphenyl)2H-benzotriazole unit and a 2-hydroxyaceto(or benzo)phenone unit in the same molecule and are effective and useful ultraviolet absorbers.Dedicated to Prof. Dr.K.
