炉内结渣是影响火电机组和气化工艺可靠运行的关键因素之一,准确预测灰熔点可以提前调整炉膛出口温度以避免结渣。本论文采用激光诱导击穿光谱(LIBS)采集煤灰样中金属元素的光谱,分别建立煤灰中的金属元素的谱线强度与煤灰熔点的随机森林模型、支持向量机回归模型和线性回归模型,直接预测煤灰熔点温度。采用基于马氏距离(MD)的异常数据剔除算法和基于稀疏矩阵的基线估计与降噪算法(BEADS),对粉煤灰样的全光谱数据进行了预处理。随机森林模型对粉煤灰熔点的预测平均相对误差(MRE)为54.74%,支持向量机回归模型的预测平均相对误差为60.08%,而线性回归模型的预测平均相对误差达到了9.78%。研究结果表明,线性回归模型对煤灰熔点的预测结果更准确。 相似文献

为准确了解不同产区桑白皮中多种元素分布及含量情况,用65%硝酸溶液对其样品进行微波消解处理,后采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS/MS)法测定桑白皮样品中21种元素的含量。得到21种元素的线性关系良好,R2 > 0.999,方法学考察试验的RSD均小于3%,加样回收率在91.32%~108.84%之间,RSD均小于4%;Al、Ga、Sr、Ba相比而言含量较大,且不同产区的特异性较明显;主成分分析中17批样品得到4个主成分,累计方差贡献率达 87.380%,确定V、Co、Al、Li、As、Se、Pb、U、Zn、Cr、Cd、Ga、Ba、Cs、Ni等15种元素为桑白皮药材的特征元素;相关性分析可知,元素间的相关性较强, P≤0.05的元素与主成分分析的特征元素基本一致。参照2020年版《中国药典》中对中药材中有害元素的限量规定,发现桑白皮样品中Pb、Cd、As、Cu有害元素的含量均未超过限量要求。ICP-MS/MS能准确快速测定桑白皮中21种元素含量情况,这对评价不同产区桑白皮质量,完善桑白皮质量标准具有一定参考价值。 相似文献

One of the effective treatments for diabetes is to reduce and delay the absorption of glucose by inhibition of α-amylase and α-glucosidase in the digestive tract. Currently, there is a great interest in natural inhibitors from various part of plants. In the present study, the phenolic compounds composition of V. opulus bark and flower, and their inhibitory effects on in vitro potato starch digestion as well as on α-amylase and α-glucosidase, have been studied. Bark and flower phenolic extracts reduced the amount of glucose released from potato starch during tree-stage simulated digestion, with IC50 value equal to 87.77 µg/mL and 148.87 µg/mL, respectively. Phenolic bark extract showed 34.9% and 38.4% more potent inhibitory activity against α-amylase and α-glucosidase, respectively, but the activity of plant extracts was lower than that of acarbose. Chlorogenic acid (27.26% of total phenolics) and (+)-catechin (30.48% of total phenolics) were the most prominent phenolics in the flower and bark extracts, respectively. Procyanidins may be responsible for the strongest V. opulus bark inhibitory activity against α-amylase, while (+)-catechin relative to α-glucosidase. This preliminary study provides the basis of further examination of the suitability of V. opulus bark compounds as components of nutraceuticals and functional foods with antidiabetic activity. 相似文献

A procedure for the determination of several coplanar and non coplanar PCBs in ash samples is described. Analytes were extracted from the samples using dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) under the action of a microwave field, and then they were concentrated on a PDMS-DVB solid-phase microextraction (SPME) fibre using the headspace mode, after water dilution of the DMSO extract. Determinations were carried out using GC-ECD and GC-MS detection. Influences of microwave extraction (solvent volume, temperature and time) and SPME conditions (stirring, kind of SPME fibre, salt and water addition, sampling time and temperature) on the performance of the whole analytical procedure were systematically investigated. Working under optimal conditions quantification limits from 0.2 to 1.5 ng g−1 were obtained for all the compounds, except for PCB 209, which could not be consistently extracted from the sample using the proposed conditions. 相似文献

A new acridone alkaloid, 5‐hydroxynoracronycine alcohol (4), along with six known acridone alkaloids, glycocitrine‐I (1), 5‐hydroxynoracronycine (2), citrusinine‐I (3), grandisine‐I (5), natsucitrine‐II (6), and citracridone‐III (7), were isolated from the stem bark of Citrus maxima f. buntan. This paper describes the effects of 60 W High Power Diode Laser (HPDL) beams on the removal of chlorinated rubber (CR) paint from concrete surfaces and the ash particles generated from this process. The physical characteristics, including shape and size distribution of the removed and collected airborne CR particles, down to a size of around 1 μm in diameter, were determined using optical microscopy and image analysis. The shape of the particles observed was highly irregular, displaying no symmetry. The size distribution of the collected particles was found to range between 1–2000 μm, with the maximum concentration being found between 29 and 60 μm. The chemical characteristics of the CR ash particles were investigated by means of ESEM and EDX techniques. From a comparative analysis, it was found that the concentration of chlorine within the CR material was significantly reduced after HPDL treatment. This, together with DTA/TGA results indicated a combustive degradation of the CR polymer through the interaction with the process gas, oxygen, and the laser irradiation. Also, a strong correlation between laser power and average particle sizes has been found, with higher powers generally producing larger particle sizes. Opposite effects have been found by changing the oxygen flow rate, with higher oxygen flow producing, on average, smaller particles. An interpretation of the combustion process, as well as a brief discussion on operational safety and environmental impact of the products is attempted. 相似文献

The effects of pH on separation parameters such as migration mobility, resolution, sensitivity, column efficiency and peak shape were emphatically studied. Better separation of magnolol and honokiol using capillary zone electrophoresis was achieved by optimizing pH in the range 5.0–11.7. The influences of applied voltage and temperature were also investigated. We adopted a better sample extraction procedure by which higher contents of honokiol and magnolol with sample compositions unchanged were obtained. The analysis was performed with direct UV detection using a 10 mM borate-10 mM phosphate buffer at pH of 11.6. 应用偏最小二乘法(PLS)结合近红外光谱(NIR)对烟草灰分(ash)、总挥发酸(TVA)和总挥发碱(TVB)建立校正模型。烟草灰分、总挥发酸和总挥发碱模型相关系数分别为0.97312、0.96220和0.98050;均方预测残差(RMSECV)分别为0.41227、0.00688和0.09790;预测范围分别为1.74~31.31、0.0570~0.2336和0.042~1.136;通过对模型进行t-检验,在显著性水平大于0.05的条件下,其预测结果与行业标准方法的测定结果对比,结果令人满意。 相似文献
