可循环疏水性铜酞菁催化咪唑的N-芳基化反应

研究了二价铜酞菁(CuPc)催化咪唑与芳基碘或溴的N-芳基化反应.结果表明,CuPc表现出高的催化活性,并且能够重复使用3次活性无明显降低.采用傅里叶变换红外光谱、X射线光电子能谱和紫外-可见光谱对催化剂样品进行了表征.     

有氧条件下聚(氯乙烯)负载Pd(II)配合物高效催化Heck和无铜Sonogashira反应Mohammad Bakherad,Ali Keivanloo,Shahrzad Samangooei简

A novel poly(vinyl chloride)-supported Pd complex was found to be a highly active catalyst for the Heck and Sonogashira reactions of aryl halides under aerobic conditions. The complex is thermally stable, and can be easily recovered and reused. The catalyst was recycled for the Heck and Sonogashira reactions for five runs without appreciable loss of its catalytic activity, and with negligible metal leaching.     

A green and efficient access to aryl nitriles via an electrochemical anodic oxidation

The nitrile functionality is a key building block in synthetic chemistry, and has wide applications in pharmaceuticals. However, traditional methodologies for the synthesis of nitriles are limited to harsh reaction conditions. Herein, we report a new and efficient access to aryl nitriles by an electrochemical synthesis. Compared with the conventional synthetic methods, this electrochemical synthesis is more environmentally friendly and easier to handle.     

Study of the microwave-assisted hydrolysis of nitriles and esters and the implementation of this system in rapid microwave-assisted Pd-catalyzed amination

Microwave-assisted hydrolysis of benzonitriles and methyl benzoates has been studied using a toluene/concd aq KOH two phase system in the presence and absence of phase transfer catalyst. Conditions to allow and avoid smooth hydrolysis could be identified. Based on the latter, the first microwave protocol which allows the rapid Pd-catalyzed amination of aliphatic amines with chlorobenzenes containing sensitive functional groups has been developed.     

(S)-Pyrrolidine sulfonamide catalyzed asymmetric direct aldol reactions of aryl methyl ketones with aryl aldehydes

A (S)-pyrrolidine sulfonamide catalyzed asymmetric direct aldol reaction of aryl methyl ketones with aromatic aldehydes has been developed with moderate to good enantioselectivities. The study considerably broadens the substrate scope of chiral amines promoted aldol processes.     

A novel biomimetic condensation of 2-deoxyribose, aryl amine and acetyl acetone to bicyclic aminols catalyzed by InCl3

2-Deoxyribose, an aryl amine and acetyl acetone undergo smooth cyclocondensation in the presence of 10 mol % of InCl₃ under mild conditions to afford the corresponding sugar-derived bicyclic aminols in good yields with moderate diastereoselectivity. This reaction is reminiscent of the celebrated tropinone synthesis of Robinson. The structures of the products are established by using various NMR experiments and X-ray crystallographic studies.     

Simultaneous reduction of nitro- to amino-group in the palladium-catalyzed Suzuki cross-coupling reaction

An efficient method for palladium-catalyzed Suzuki cross-coupling reaction with simultaneous reduction of nitro- to amino-group has been developed. This method allows nitro-substituted aryl halides to readily react with arylboronic acids, to afford aryl substituted aniline in low to excellent yields. The reaction was catalyzed by Pd(OAc)₂ (3 mol %) at 150 °C under atmospheric pressure in the presence of K₂CO₃ (3 equiv) in DMF/H₂O (5/1).     

New synthesis of t-butyl arylpropiolates using diazo(trimethylsilyl)methylmagnesium bromide

Diazo(trimethylsilyl)methylmagnesium bromide smoothly reacted with t-butyl aryl(oxo)acetates to afford the corresponding arylpropiolates via alkylidenecarbene intermediates. In this reaction system, the magnesium bromide salt of trimethylsilyldiazomethane was significantly efficient compared to the lithium one, commonly known as a reagent for the conversion of aldehydes and aryl ketones into acetylenes.     

Efficient ligand-free nickel-catalyzed C-S cross-coupling of thiols with aryl iodides

NiCl₂·6H₂O efficiently catalyzes the C-S bond formation by the cross-coupling of aryl iodides with thiols in tetrabutylammonium bromide (TBAB) in excellent yield. The reaction functions in air and the NiLn-TBAB can be recovered and recycled without the loss of activity.     

Microwave-assisted Pd(OH)2-catalyzed direct C−H arylation of free-(NH2) adenines with aryl halides

A direct C−H arylation of free-(NH₂) adenines using Pd(OH)₂/C (Pearlman’s catalyst) and stoichiometric amount of copper iodide under ligandless microwave activation is described. This new protocol proved to be highly effective to synthesize a variety of 8-aryladenine derivatives 3 without prior protection of the amino substituent. The arylation reaction takes place rapidly within few minutes and allows the coupling to proceed regioselectively at the 8-position with a wide range of aryl halides including aryl iodides, bromides and the less reactive aryl chlorides.
