A novel poly(vinyl chloride)-supported Pd complex was found to be a highly active catalyst for the Heck and Sonogashira reactions of aryl halides under aerobic conditions. The complex is thermally stable, and can be easily recovered and reused. The catalyst was recycled for the Heck and Sonogashira reactions for five runs without appreciable loss of its catalytic activity, and with negligible metal leaching. 相似文献

The nitrile functionality is a key building block in synthetic chemistry, and has wide applications in pharmaceuticals. However, traditional methodologies for the synthesis of nitriles are limited to harsh reaction conditions. Herein, we report a new and efficient access to aryl nitriles by an electrochemical synthesis. Conditions to allow and avoid smooth hydrolysis could be identified. 2-Deoxyribose, an aryl amine and acetyl acetone undergo smooth cyclocondensation in the presence of 10 mol % of InCl3 under mild conditions to afford the corresponding sugar-derived bicyclic aminols in good yields with moderate diastereoselectivity. This reaction is reminiscent of the celebrated tropinone synthesis of Robinson. An efficient method for palladium-catalyzed Suzuki cross-coupling reaction with simultaneous reduction of nitro- to amino-group has been developed. This method allows nitro-substituted aryl halides to readily react with arylboronic acids, to afford aryl substituted aniline in low to excellent yields. A direct C−H arylation of free-(NH2) adenines using Pd(OH)2/C (Pearlman’s catalyst) and stoichiometric amount of copper iodide under ligandless microwave activation is described. This new protocol proved to be highly effective to synthesize a variety of 8-aryladenine derivatives 3 without prior protection of the amino substituent.
