Synthesis and Crystal Structure of 5-Amino-4-cyano-8-isobutyl-7-isopropyl-6-thiocarbamoyl-2-azabicyclo[2.2.2]oct-5-en-3-thione

5-Amino-4-cyano-8-isobutyl-7-isopropyl-6-thiocarbamoyl-2-azabicyclo[2.2.2]oct-5-en-3-thione was synthesized by the condensation of isovaleryl aldehyde with cyanothioacetamide. The structure of the product was established by X-ray crystallography.

研究了以次氯酸钠为氧化剂在两相条件下芳香醛氧化反应中锰(III)-卟啉的催化性质, 在TPPMn(III)醋酸盐, TPPFe(III)氯化物, TPPCo(II)和TPPNi(II)催化剂中(四苯基卟啉, TPP), 前二个化合物呈现催化活性, 研究表明, OXO-金属卟啉的形成是反应的关键步骤。     

Sulfur hexafluoride as a mobile phase for supercritical fluid chromatography

Summary The capabilities of sulfur hexafluoride as a mobile phase for supercritical-fluid chromatography are investigated. An evaluation of its overall utility on the basis of separations of standard aromatic hydrocarbon odel mixtures performed on a variety of bonded-phase, packed columns with UV detection is presented. The dependence of separation performance upon operational parameters is also examined. A comparative evaluation of the chroamtographic properties of supercitrical sulfur hexafluoride and those of supercritical carbon dioxide is developed from these separations under corresponding supercritical state conditions.     

CROSS-LINKING OF AROMATIC POLY（THIOETHER）S

A novel cross-linking process using two high molecular weight aromatic poly(thioether)s,which were synthesized by the reactions of 4,4′-thiobisbenzenethiol with 4,4′-difluorobenzophenone and 4,4′-difluorodiphenylsulfone,respectively, and commercially available lower molecular weight poly(p-phenylene sulfide)was investigated.These reactions were carried out in bulk by the addition of silver tetrafluroborate andα,α′-dibromo-p-xylene at 190℃over a period of 45 min. Furthermore,the same procedure could be modified to cross-link compression-molded films of these three polymers.The thermal and solubility behaviors of these polymers before and after cross-linking reactions,are presented.

芳醛、丙二腈与6-甲基-4-羟基-2-吡喃酮在微波辐射下, 一步反应得到一系列2-氨基-7-甲基-4-芳基-5-氧代-4H,5H-吡喃并[4,3-b]吡喃-3-腈, 该反应时间短、产率较高、环境友好、后处理简单. 产物的结构经红外光谱、核磁共振谱和元素分析表征, 产物4g的结构经单晶X射线衍射进一步确证; 并对反应过程提出了可能的机理.     

Cyclic vinylogous triflate hemiacetals as new surrogates for alkynyl aldehydes

Cyclic vinylogous triflate hemiacetals can serve as ‘synthetic equivalents’ for alkynyl aldehydes: treatment of a vinylogous triflate hemiacetal with excess amounts of Grignard reagents produces acyclic alkynyl alcohols in good to high yields. This transformation likely involves the Grob-type C-C bond cleaving fragmentation to form the alkynyl aldehyde in situ. Subsequent nucleophilic attack of the Grignard reagent furnishes secondary alkynols. Vinylogous triflate hemiacetals are easily prepared by DIBALH reduction of vinylogous acyl triflates, which are derived from cyclic 1,3-diketones.     

Fabrication and performance of a three-dimensionally adjustable device for the amperometric detection of microchip capillary electrophoresis

A microchip CE-amperometric detection (AD) system has been fabricated by integrating a two-dimensionally adjustable CE microchip and an AD cell containing a one-dimensionally adjustable disk detection electrode in a Plexiglas holder. It facilitates the precise 3-D alignment between the channel outlet and the detection electrode without a complicated 3-D manipulator. The performance of this unique system was demonstrated by separating five aromatic amines (1,4-phenyldiamine, aniline, 2-methylaniline, 4-chloroaniline, and 1-naphthylamine) of environmental concern. Factors influencing their separation and detection processes were examined and optimized. The five analytes have been well separated within 140 s in a 74 cm long separation channel at a separation voltage of +2500 V using a 10 mM phosphate buffer (pH 3.5). Highly linear response is obtained for the five analytes over the range 20-200 microM with the detection limits ranging from 0.46 to 1.44 microM, respectively. The present system demonstrated long-term stability and reproducibility with RSDs of less than 5% for the peak current (n = 9). The new approach for the microchannel-electrode alignment should find a wide range of applications in CE, flowing injection analysis, and other microfluidic analysis systems.     

Production of submicron-size monodisperse polymer particles having aldehyde groups by the seeded aldol condensation polymerization of glutaraldehyde (II)

Submicron-size monodisperse polystyrene/polyglutaraldehyde (PS/PGLA) composite particles having aldehyde groups at the surfaces were produced by the seeded aldol condensation polymerization of glutaraldehyde at various temperatures of 040°C. Since a part of aldehyde groups was consumed by the Cannizzaro reaction (hemiacetal formation) as a intermolecular reaction of PGLA, the amount of aldehyde groups on PS/PGLA composite particles was varied by the competition between the aldol condensation reaction and the Cannizzaro reaction at the various temperatures.Part CXXXIX of the series Studies on Suspension and Emulsion     

超声波作用下芳亚甲基丙二酸亚异丙酯的合成

在超声波辐射下，以芳香醛、丙二酸亚异丙酯为原料，乙醇作溶剂，无催化剂 作用下合成了芳亚甲基丙二酸亚异丙酯。该方法操作简便，不污染环境，产率较高 ，为该类化合的合成提供了一种有效的新方法。     

含呋喃环Schiff碱型大环化合物的合成及其与Ba^2+,Sr^2+配合行为

利用Mn^2+，Ba^2+及Sr^2+作为模板离子，合成了一类新型的含呋喃环系 Schiff碱型大环化合物，如L^1和配合物L^2Ba(ClO4)2，L^3Ba(ClO4)2和L^4Ba (ClO4)2.L^2-L^4的Ba^2+配合物经与NaSO4水溶液反应解络，得到自由配体L^2， L^3和L^4，配体L^2和L^3分别与Sr^2+作用，得到配合物L^2Sr(ClO4)2和L^3Sr (ClO4)2。上述大环配体和各种配合物均经元素分析，IR，^1H NMR，MS等证实了它 们的结构和组成。
