在任意拉格朗日-欧拉算法模拟等温惰性颗粒两相流的基础上,增加对能量方程的联立求解,在热对流条件下对固体颗粒在不同雷诺数下的沉降规律进行了直接数值模拟.结果表明:热对流引起了流场流动的变化和不对称,颗粒在热流体中沉降,热对流产生的力加速了冷颗粒的运动,尾部形成了涡脱落;颗粒在冷流体中沉降,热对流产生的力阻碍了冷颗粒的运动,尾部形成了羽流. 随着雷诺数的增大,颗粒经历了稳定沉降、周期性摆动到不稳定、无规则运动3个阶段.   相似文献

We derive necessary and sufficient conditions for tangent plane and C k -continuity of stationary subdivision schemes near extraordinary vertices. Our criteria generalize most previously known conditions. We introduce a new approach to analysis of subdivision surfaces based on the idea of the universal surface . Any subdivision surface can be locally represented as a projection of the universal surface, which is uniquely defined by the subdivision scheme. This approach provides us with a more intuitive geometric understanding of subdivision near extraordinary vertices. February 16, 1998. Date revised: January 27, 1999. This paper presents an extension of the generalized multipole technique (GMT) for 2D anisotropic scatterers. New expansions similar to the Bessel multipole expansion are derived for arbitrary anisotropic media. Numerical simulations prove the accuracy and the rapid convergence of these expansions. As the results obtained are extremely accurate, this technique is most helpful for the evaluation of reference solutions and for the understanding of the physical interaction of light with arbitrary anisotropic media.  相似文献

Massively parallel sequencing (MPS) technologies, also termed as next‐generation sequencing (NGS), are becoming increasingly popular in study of short tandem repeats (STR). However, current library preparation methods are usually based on ligation or two‐round PCR that requires more steps, making it time‐consuming (about 2 days), laborious and expensive. In this study, a 16‐plex STR typing system was designed with fusion primer strategy based on the Ion Torrent S5 XL platform which could effectively resolve the above challenges for forensic DNA database‐type samples (bloodstains, saliva stains, etc.). The efficiency of this system was tested in 253 Han Chinese participants. The libraries were prepared without DNA isolation and adapter ligation, and the whole process only required approximately 5 h. The proportion of thoroughly genotyped samples in which all the 16 loci were successfully genotyped was 86% (220/256). Of the samples, 99.7% showed 100% concordance between NGS‐based STR typing and capillary electrophoresis (CE)‐based STR typing. The inconsistency might have been caused by off‐ladder alleles and mutations in primer binding sites. Overall, this panel enabled the large‐scale genotyping of the DNA samples with controlled quality and quantity because it is a simple, operation‐friendly process flow that saves labor, time and costs.  相似文献

We present a new method for tracking an interface immersed in a given velocity field which is particularly relevant to the simulation of unsteady free surface problems using the arbitrary Lagrangian–Eulerian (ALE) framework. The new method has been constructed with two goals in mind: (i) to be able to accurately follow the interface; and (ii) to automatically achieve a good distribution of the grid points along the interface. In order to achieve these goals, information from a pure Lagrangian approach is combined with information from an ALE approach. Our implementation relies on the solution of several pure convection problems along the interface in order to obtain the relevant information. The new method offers flexibility in terms of how an “optimal” point distribution should be defined. We have proposed several model problems, each with a prescribed time-dependent velocity field and starting with a prescribed interface; these problems should be useful in order to validate the accuracy of interface-tracking algorithms, e.g., as part of an ALE solver for free surface flows. We have been able to verify first, second, and third order temporal accuracy for the new method by solving these two-dimensional model problems.  相似文献

In this paper, we study the stability property for a class of switched linear systems whose subsystems are normal. The subsystems can be continuous-time or discrete-time ones. We show that when all the continuous-time subsystems are Hurwitz stable and all the discrete-time subsystems are Schur stable, a common quadratic Lyapunov function exists for the subsystems and thus the switched system is exponentially stable under arbitrary switching. We show that when unstable subsystems are involved, for a desired decay rate of the system, if the activation time ratio between stable subsystems and unstable ones is less than a certain value (calculated using the decay rate), then the switched system is exponentially stable with the desired decay rate.  相似文献
