Co(II) complexes with 4,6-di(tert-butyl)-2-aminophenol (HLI) and 2-anilino-4,6-di(tert-butyl)phenol (HLII) have been synthesized and characterized by means of physico-chemical methods. The compounds HLI and HLII coordinate in their singly deprotonated forms and behave as bidentate O,N-coordinated ligands; their low-spin Co(II) complexes are characterized by CoN2O2 coordination modes and square planar geometry. Both the free ligands and their Co(II) and Cu(II) complexes (we have produced and characterized the latter before) exhibit a pronounced antifungal activity against Aspergillus niger, Fusarium spp., Mucor spp., Penicillium lividum, Botrytis cinerea, Alternaria alternata, Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, Monilia spp., which in a number of cases is comparable with that of Nystatin and Terbinafine or even higher. The reducing properties of the ligands and their metal(II) complexes, as well as their antifungal activities, were found to decrease in the order: Cu(LI)2 > Cu(LII)2 ? Co(LI)2 > Co(LII)2 > HLI > HLII.  相似文献

The complex-forming properties of monoethyl 8-quinolylmethylphosphonate (8-Hmqmp) towards palladium(II) ion have been investigated by reactions of the hydrochloride, 8-Hmqmp · HCl · H2O, and sodium salt, Na(8-mqmp) · 2H2O, of this monoester with palladium(II) halide compounds in aqueous solution over a wide pH range. Depending on pH and initial quinolinium and palladium salts, four types of complexes have been formed. Under acidic solution the ion-pair salt complexes [8-H2mqmp]2[PdX4] (1 and 2, pH < 3) and [8-H2mqmp]2[Pd2X6] (3 and 4, pH ∼ 3), with protonated quinoline ligand as cation and tetrahalopalladate or hexahalodipalladate complex as anion (X = Cl, Br), were isolated. By heating in methanol the chloro complexes 1 and 3 as well as bromo complexes 2 and 4 were converted into the quinolinium salt complexes, [8-H2mqmp][Pd(8-Hmqmp)X3], 5 and 6, respectively, containing as anion the quinoliniummethylphosphonatetrihalopalladate complex with palladium bonded at the phosphonic acid moiety. The chelate complex 7, [Pd(8-mqmp)2], with ligand bonded through the quinoline nitrogen and the deprotonated phosphonic acid oxygen and forming two seven-membered {N,O} chelate rings, was obtained in neutral and basic media. The complexes were identified and characterized by elemental analysis, magnetic and conductance measurements, spectroscopic studies (IR, 1H NMR, UV–Vis, positive/negative ion FAB MS) and thermal analysis (TG, DTA). As a preliminary screening for their biological activity, complexes were investigated for their ability to inhibit the cancer growth in vitro in the human KB and murine L1210 cell lines. The results obtained were compared with those obtained for the complexes of diethyl 8-quinolylmethylphosphonate (8-dqmp) and monoethyl 2-quinolylmethylphosphonate (2-Hmqmp), and structural factors that determine the complex activity were discussed.  相似文献

以2-胺基苯甲酸为原料,通过环化、缩合、肼解、环化、硫醚化和氧化等步骤,合成了10个含喹唑啉酮取代1,3,4-噁二唑(噻二唑)化合物。通过1H NMR、13C NMR、MS 和元素分析进行确证其结构。初步抑菌活性测试表明,化合物浓度在50 μg/mL时,对葡萄座腔菌(Botryosphaeria dothidea)、拟茎点霉菌(Phomopsis sp.)和灰霉菌(B. cinerea)具有中等抑制活性。另外,目标化合物对猕猴桃溃疡病(Pseudomonas syringae pv. actinidia)均具有一定的抑制活性,其中化合物6a和6b对猕猴桃溃疡病的EC50值为11.7 μg/mL和20.5 μg/mL,优于对照药剂叶枯唑(24.5 μg/mL)。这类化合物具有较好抗菌的生物活性,在此基础上进行结构优化,有望发现较高活性化合物。  相似文献

Herbal medicines are still widely practiced in Kurdistan Region-Iraq, especially by people living in villages on mountainous regions. Among plants belonging to the genus Teucrium (family Lamiaceae), which are commonly employed in the Kurdish traditional medicine, we have analyzed, for the first time, the methanol and aqueous methanol extracts of T. parviflorum aerial parts. The plant is mainly used by Kurds to treat jaundice, liver disorders and stomachache. We aimed to determine the phytochemical profile of the extracts and the structures of the main components, so to provide a scientific rationale for the ancient use of the plant in the ethno-pharmacological field. TLC analysis of the two extracts on silica gel and reversed phase TLC plates, using different visualization systems, indicated similar contents and the presence of phenolics, flavonoids, terpenoids and sugars. The chlorophyll-free extracts exhibited weak/no antimicrobial activities against a panel of bacteria (MICs = 800–1600 µg/mL) and fungal strains (MICs ≥ 5 mg/mL). At the concentration of 600 µg/mL, the methanol extract showed moderate antiproliferative effects against A549 and MCF-7 cancer cell lines in the MTS assay. Moreover, both extracts exhibited a significant dose-dependent free radical scavenging action against the 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical (EC50 = 62.11 and 44.25 μg/mL, respectively). In a phytochemical study, a high phenolic content (77.08 and 81.47 mg GAE/g dry extract, respectively) was found in both extracts by the Folin–Ciocalteu assay. Medium pressure liquid chromatographic (MPLC) separation of the methanol extract on a reversed phase cartridge eluted with a gradient of MeOH in H2O, afforded two bioactive iridoid glucosides, harpagide (1) and 8-O-acetylharpagide (2). The structures of 1 and 2 were established by spectral data, chemical reactions, and comparison with the literature. Interestingly, significant amounts of hepatotoxic furano neo-clerodane diterpenoids, commonly occurring in Teucrium species, were not detected in the extract. The wide range of biological activities reported in the literature for compounds 1 and 2 and the significant antiradical effects of the extracts give scientific support to the traditional use in Iraqi Kurdistan of T. parviflorum aerial parts for the preparation of herbal remedies.  相似文献

A method of finding the activity coefficients of salts, anhydrous or hydrated, in binary solid solutions, described in an earlier paper as it applies to continuous series, has been applied to discontinuous series. The salts must differ with respect to only one ion. The method requires isothermal distribution data for equilibria between liquid (aqueous) and solid solutions in the ternary system consisting of the two salts and water. The following salt pairs were used for illustration: K(I/Br) at 0, 15, 25, 35, and 50°C., (NH4/K)SCN at 0, 30, 60, and 90°C., (K/Tl)C103 at 10°C., and (NH4/K)SO3NH2, (NH4/K)Br, (Mg/Co)SO4-7H2O, and (Mn/Cu) SO4.n H2O-all at 25°C. Two kinds of behavior were noted and treated differently: systems in which the two series have the same, and those in which they have different crystal lattices. For two salts, A and B, which have the same lattice, and whose rational activity coefficients, f A and f B , can be described by 2-suffix Margules equations (regular solutions), lnf A =Bsx B 2 and lnf B =Bsx A 2 to be partially miscible, Bs>2, but this requirement does not apply if the lattices are different. In each series, distribution constants for the equilibria were also determined. Where possible, the calculated activities of the salts or the Gibbs excess energies of the solid solutions were compared with values reported by others who determined them by other methods. All the salt pairs studied show slight or strong positive deviations from ideality.  相似文献

通过取代噁二唑硫酮、噻二唑硫酮及三唑硫酮分别和头孢菌素母体7-ACA反应,制得14种7-氨基-3-杂环硫亚甲基头孢菌素新母体2a-2n,用1-芳基-5-甲基-1H-1,2,3-三唑-4-甲酰氯与头孢菌素新母体缩合,制得2种新的7β-(1-芳基-5-甲基-1H-1,2,3-三唑-4-甲酰胺基)-3-(2-取代1,3,4-bI二唑-5-硫亚甲基)头孢菌素4c,4d.新化合物结构经元素分析、IR、1HNMR及FAB-MS确认.初步体外抗菌结果表明,新母体化合物2对革兰氏阳性菌有抑制活性且在相同浓度下比7-ACA强20倍,而头孢菌素4c,4d对革兰氏阳性和阴性菌都有显著抑制活性.  相似文献

合成了配合物[Cu(NTB)Cl]ClO4·2.5CH3OH(NTB为N,N,N-三(2(-苯并咪唑甲基)胺),并进行了紫外可见光谱、元素分析、循环伏安和单晶X射线衍射分析等表征.用UV-Vis.研究了以邻苯二酚、邻苯三酚为底物时配合物的多酚氧化酶活性,结果表明:配合物的多酚氧化酶活性符合米氏方程曲线;在pH为8.0和30℃的条件下,配合物催化邻苯三酚和邻苯二酚反应的转化数分别为88.2 h-1和0.54 h-1.通过动力学数据比较发现,邻苯三酚比邻苯二酚更容易氧化,而且它们的催化氧化速率都随着pH的升高而增大.  相似文献

Solanopubamine (3β-amino-5α, 22αH, 25βH-solanidan-23β-ol), a steroidal alkaloid was isolated from the alkaloidal fraction of Solanum schimperianum in significant yield. Its structure was established by IR, positive ESI-MS, 1D and 2D NMR. The presence of -3β-NH2 and -23β-OH groups was achieved through methylation, acetylation or coupling with octadecanoic and undec-11-enoic acids to produce six derivatives (27). Their structures were confirmed by spectroscopic analyses. Solanopubamine and semi-synthetic analogs are investigated for their in vitro cytotoxicity against a panel of human cancer cell lines and anti-microbial activity. Solanopubamine showed good antifungal activity only against Candida albicans and C. tenuis with MIC of 12.5 μg/mL. Semi-synthesized compounds (27) have failed to show anti-tumor and anti-microbial activities.  相似文献
