We prepared hyper-oxidized graphene (HOG) as a form of graphene derivative by additional oxidation of graphene oxide (GO) sheets. HOG, which formed more functional groups and isolated conjugated clusters on the sheets, accordingly showed high solubility in water and alcohols, high transmittance and film transparence, longer fluorescence decay constant time, and enhanced fluorescence in states of solution and solid. By contrast, GO has much weaker fluorescence in solution and its fluorescence is totally quenched in solid. The influences of concentration, metallic ions, and pH on HOG fluorescence in aqueous solution were also investigated in detail. Due to HOG’s strong fluorescence, direct visualization was realized on substrates and in solution. In addition, direct 3D fluorescence visualizations of HOG phase in polymer composites were achieved. These results show the great potential of HOG in a broad range of applications, from biological labeling, probes, and drug carriers to high-performance composites and nanomanipulation. 相似文献

Conoideoxime A (1), a prenyl-tryptophan dimer possessing bis-oxime functionality, was isolated from cultures of the whitefly pathogenic fungus Conoideocrella luteorostrata BCC 76664. The structure was elucidated by spectroscopic analyses. ability and the large memory of computer; the image processing method is investigated for the digitalization of an axisymmetric
schlieren interferogram and the determination of the density field. This method includes the 2-D low-pass filtering, the thinning

Titanium does not react well with the human tissues and due to its bio-inert nature the surface modification has yet to be well-studied. In this study, the sonoelectrochemical process has been carried out to generate TiO2 nanotube arrays on implantable Ti 6–4. All the prepared nanotubes fill with the vancomycin by immersion and electrophoresis method. Drug-releasing properties, antibacterial behavior, protein adsorption and cell attachment of drug-modified nanotubes are examined by UV–vis, flow cytometry, modified disc diffusion, BSA adsorption, and FESEM, respectively. The most uniform morphology, appropriate drug release, cell viability behavior and antibacterial properties can be achieved by samples anodized in the range of 60–75 V. Also improves the adsorption of BSA protein in bone healing and promotes osteoblast activity and osseointegration. Drug loading efficiency increases up to 60% via electrophoresis comparing the immersion method for anodized sample in 75 V. While electrophoresis does not affect the amount of vancomycin adsorption for lower voltages. Besides, the present study indicates that an anodized sample without drug loading has no antibacterial activity. Moreover, 28-days drug releasing from nanotubes is investigated by mathematical formula according to Fickian’s law to find an effective dose of loaded drug. 相似文献

Based on genome-mining, a new thiopeptide globimycin was discovered from the extract of Streptomyces globisporus subsp. globisporus, along with known one radamycin. The structure of globimycin was established by a combination of 2D NMR and ESI-MS experiments, and globimycin was identified to be a structural isomer of a known thiopeptide methylsulfomycin. Abstract The concept of statistical strategy is introduced and used to develop a structured graphical user interface for guiding data analysis. The interface visually represents statistical strategies that are designed by expert data analysts to guide novices. The representation is an abstraction of the expert's concepts of the essence of a data analysis. We argue that an environment that visually guides and structures data analysis will improve data analysis productivity, accuracy, accessibility, and satisfaction in comparison to an environment without such aids, especially for novice data analysts. Our concepts are based on notions from cognitive science, and can be empirically evaluated. The interface consists of two interacting windows—the guidemap and the workmap. Each window contains a graph that has nodes and edges. The guidemap graph represents the statistical strategy for a specific statistical task (such as describing data). Nodes represent potential data analysis actions that can be taken by the system. Edges represent potential actions that can be taken by the analyst. The guidemap graph exists prior to the data analysis session, having been created by an expert. The workmap graph represents the complete history of all steps taken by the data analyst. It is constructed during the data analysis session as a result of the analyst's actions. Workmap nodes represent data sets, data models, or data analysis procedures that have been created or used by the analyst. Workmap edges represent the chronological sequence of the analyst's actions. Two new ent‐kaurane diterpenoids, taihangexcisoidesin C (1) and its acetonide, taihangexcisoidesin D (2), along with 9 known compounds were isolated from the leaves of Isodon excisoides. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated using 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy analysis. Compounds 3‐6 and 8‐9 were tested for their antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, S. epidermidis and S. saprophyticus. Compound 6 showed inhibitory effects on Staphylococcus aureus, S. epidermidis and S. saprophyticus MIC values 32, 16 and 16 μg/mL, respectively. All of the compounds didn't show effects on Escherichia coli (MIC > 10 mg/mL). 相似文献
