The electroreflectance (ER) and current–voltage (J–V) of InAs/InGaAs dots in a well (DWELL) solar cell (SC) were measured to examine the optical and electrical properties. To investigate the carrier capturing and escaping effects in the quantum dot (QD) states the above and below optical biases of the GaAs band gap were used. In the reverse bias region of the J–V curve, the tunneling effect in the QD states was observed at low temperature. The ideality factors (n) were calculated from the J–V curves taken from various optical bias intensities (Iex). The changes in the ideality factor (n) and short circuit current (JSC) were attributed mainly to carrier capture at low temperature, whereas the carrier escaping effect was dominant at room temperature. ER measurements revealed a decrease in the junction electric field (FJ) due to the photovoltaic effect, which was independent of the optical bias source at the same temperature. At low temperature, the reduction of photovoltaic effect could be explained by the enhancement carrier capturing effect due to the strong carrier confinement in QDs.  相似文献

The pivalates RZnOPiv?Mg(OPiv)X?n LiCl (OPiv=pivalate; R=aryl; X=Cl, Br, I) stand out amongst salt‐supported organometallic reagents, because apart from their effectiveness in Negishi cross‐coupling reactions, they show more resistance to attack by moist air than conventional organometallic compounds. Herein a combination of synthesis, coupling applications, X‐ray crystallographic studies, NMR (including DOSY) studies, and ESI mass spectrometric studies provide details of these pivalate reagents in their own right. A p‐tolyl case system shows that in [D8]THF solution these reagents exist as separated Me(p‐C6H4)ZnCl and Mg(OPiv)2 species. Air exposure tests and X‐ray crystallographic studies indicate that Mg(OPiv)2 enhances the air stability of aryl zinc species by sequestering H2O contaminants. Coupling reactions of Me(p‐C6H4)ZnX (where X=different salts) with 4‐bromoanisole highlight the importance of the presence of Mg(OPiv)2. Insight into the role of LiCl in these multicomponent mixtures is provided by the molecular structure of [(THF)2Li2(Cl)2(OPiv)2Zn].  相似文献

Understanding the molecular determinants of the relative propensities of proteins to aggregate in a cellular environment is a central issue for treating protein‐aggregation diseases and developing peptide‐based therapeutics. Despite the expectation that protein aggregation can largely be attributed to direct protein–protein interactions, a crucial role the surrounding water in determining the aggregation propensity of proteins both in vitro and in vivo was identified. The overall protein hydrophobicity, defined solely by the hydration free energy of a protein in its monomeric state sampling its equilibrium structures, was shown to be the predominant determinant of protein aggregation propensity in aqueous solution. Striking discrimination of positively and negatively charged residues by the surrounding water was also found. This effect depends on the protein net charge and plays a crucial role in regulating the solubility of the protein. These results pave the way for the design of aggregation‐resistant proteins as biotherapeutics.  相似文献

Vortioxetine is currently used as the first-line therapy drug for major depressive disorder (MDD). In the present study, we aimed to develop and fully validate an ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) method for the simultaneous quantification of vortioxetine and its major metabolite Lu AA34443 in plasma and to investigate the effects of dronedarone and amiodarone on vortioxetine metabolism in rats. After protein precipitation with acetonitrile, the separation of vortioxetine, Lu AA34443 and duloxetine (internal standard, IS) were finished on an Acquity BEH C18 (2.1 mm × 50 mm, 1.7 μm) column and their detections were conducted by a Xevo TQ-S triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometer in the positive ion mode. The assay displayed excellent linearity in the range of 0.5–50 ng/mL for vortioxetine, and 5–1000 ng/mL for Lu AA34443. The results of this method exhibited that the precision, accuracy, matrix effect, recovery, and stability of vortioxetine and Lu AA34443 met all requirements for the quantitation in plasma samples. The validated assay was further successfully employed to study the effects of dronedarone (80 mg/kg) and amiodarone (60 mg/kg) on vortioxetine metabolism in rats. The results showed that dronedarone and amiodarone could increase the concentration of vortioxetine and have inhibitory effect on vortioxetine metabolism. Thus, vortioxetine dose interruption or reduction may be considered.  相似文献

Alternating and random copolymers of 2-(9-carbazolyl)ethyl methacrylate with aromatic vinyl monomers were synthesized and their fluorescence properties were compared in good and poor solvents. Contraction of the polymer coils induced the hypochromic effect, i.e., the mutual interaction of the ground-state chromophores, but caused little quenching of their excited state. This is sharp in contrast with the vinyl-type of polymers, exhibiting large interactions in both the ground and excited states. Introduction of bulky groups on the comonomers in the alternating copolymers further suppressed these interactions. © 1996 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

Four kinds of water-soluble, nonionic azo compounds were studied in terms of their decomposition rate and initiator efficiency in radical polymerization, and then used for emulsion polymerization. They had relatively low initiator efficiency from 0.09 to 0.46. It was attributed to the susceptibility to a cage effect, depending on their molecular size and hydrophobicity. Four azo compounds initiated emulsion polymerization but nonionic latex particles were not obtained unexpectedly. Methanol-containing medium results in the formation of a bimodal particle size distribution as well as a bimodal molecular weight distribution. © 1996 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

Gas chromatrography (GC) with sulfur chemiluminescence detection (SCD) is an outstanding combination for selectively determining trace concentrations of sulfur compounds in hydrocarbon samples. GC peaks can be identified by retention times when reproducible, automated injection techniques are used. However, as described in this work, analysts should be on the look out for retention shifting due to solvent effects from sample components. Three examples of retention shifting are presented: (1) thiophene by benzene; (2) methylthiophenes by toluene; and (3) dibenzothiophene by gas oil. Depending on samples and analysis conditions, retention shifts from a few hundredths to 1.5 min have been observed. Such retention shifts are likely to cause errors in peak identifications. Therefore, when using SCD, simultaneous FID monitoring is recommended as an aid in evaluating chromatograms for possible retention shifting due to solvent effects.  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了不同颗粒尺寸的Pr0.5(Ca0.47Ba0.03)MnO3多晶样品.对样品进行电阻测量发现,随颗粒边界的减小,其电阻率随磁场的变化即ρ(H)曲线上台阶数目和位置发生变化;实验同时发现,热循环对样品低温下的基态也有很大的影响.实验结果表明,颗粒尺寸大小,可以有效地调节反铁磁相(AFM)和铁磁相(FM)之间的相互作用,从而对台阶效应产生影响.进一步证明了台阶效应与相应力有关.  相似文献

Fe3GeTe2 是一种具有稳定长程磁有序的准二维范德瓦尔斯磁性材料, 范德瓦尔斯材料的稳定性和可调性使其在自旋电子器件的应用方面具有巨大潜力. 本文用助熔剂法生长了 Mg 原子掺杂Fe2 位的 Mg0.3Fe2.7GeTe2单晶样品, 并对 Mg 掺杂Fe3GeTe2 的结构、磁性和输运性质的影响进行了研究. 磁性数据表明 Mg 掺杂后铁磁转变温度不变, 但样品的饱和磁矩减小. 输运性质的测量中观察到各向异性的反常霍尔效应, 与Fe3GeTe2 相比, Mg掺杂后的反常霍尔电阻率减小, 同时各向异性发生了变化.  相似文献

随着光通信技术与光子集成电路的发展,非互易性器件作为光通信系统中重要的组成部分得到了越来越广泛的研究与应用。基于磁光效应制成的磁光隔离器和环行器是目前应用最为广泛的非互易性器件,为了将非互易性器件整块集成在硅片上,需制备性能与块状磁光材料相当的磁光薄膜。在近红外通信波段(1 550 nm),以钇铁石榴石(Y3Fe5O12,YIG)为代表的稀土铁石榴石(RIG)具备优良的磁光效应,是最具应用前景的磁光材料之一。研究发现,使用稀土离子对YIG薄膜进行掺杂可以有效改善其磁光性能,尤其是Bi3+和Ce3+掺杂的YIG表现出巨法拉第效应。本文首先介绍了法拉第效应原理,介绍了三种常见磁光薄膜的生长方法,回顾了近年来的主要研究成果,介绍了磁光薄膜在光隔离器和环行器中的应用,最后对磁光薄膜的未来发展趋势进行了展望。  相似文献
