镁铝铬质耐火材料的X射线荧光光谱分析 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
将XRFS法应用于Mg-Al-Cr耐火材料中10元素(包括主成分及微量组分)的同时测定。对分解试样的熔剂作了系统研究,发现以1:1混合的四硼酸锂和偏硼酸锂具有最佳熔融效果,所得熔块光滑透明而均匀。选定的熔融温度和时间为1150℃和15min。试样和熔剂的质量比以1:8为好,所得试样在熔剂中的分散度(浓度)适当,可同时适合试样中高、低含量组分的测定,采用熔融法分解试样的方法有效地消除了试样的粒度效应。对仪器工作条件(包括X-光管的电流及电压、分光晶体的选用等)进行了试验并选定最佳条件,使各元素测定所要求的灵敏度和准确度得到满足。此外,采用理论α系数校正法克服了基体吸收及增强效应。用4个标准样品按所提出的方法进行分析,以考核方法的精密度和准确度。10元素的测定结果与其标准值完全相符。 相似文献

In this ppaer, it was presented that after Gibberellin-produced strains were irradiated with He-Ne laser for 10~15 minutes, high yield strains, obtained by continuous screening, increased potency (unit) by over 110% than that of control strains. More high yield strains were also obtained by the combined treatment with He-Ne laser and LiCl. The mutagenic effects were more exciting because of potency improvement rate reached 189.6%. It seemed that the effect of the combined treatment was better than that of the single one. The experimental results indicated that is important to choose suitable wavelengths dosages and power density of laser and mutagenic condition for obtaining high yield strains. 相似文献

Fungal–bacterial co-culturing is a potential technique for the production of secondary metabolites with antibacterial activity. Twenty-nine fungal species were screened in a co-culture with carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae at different temperatures. A temperature of 37 ° showed inhibition of bacterial growth. Antimicrobial susceptibility testing for K. pneumoniae was conducted to compare antibiotic resistance patterns before and after the co-culture. Genotypic comparison of the K. pneumonia was performed using next generation sequencing (NGS). It was shown that two out of five K. pneumoniae, with sequence type ST 101 isolates, lost bla-OXA48, bla-CTX-M-14, tir, strA and strB genes after the co-culture with Scopulariopsis brevicaulis fungus. The other three isolates (ST 383 and 147) were inhibited in the co-culture but did not show any changes in resistance. The total ethyl acetate extract of the fungal–bacterial co-culture was tested against K. pneumoniae using a disc diffusion method. The concentration of the crude extract was 0.97 mg/µL which resulted in total inhibition of the bacteria. Using chromatographic techniques, the purified compounds were identified as 11-octadecenoic acid, 2,4-Di-tert-butylphenol, 2,3-Butanediol and 9-octadecenamide. These were tested against K. pneumoniae using the well diffusion method at a concentration of 85 µg/µL which resulted in total inhibition of bacteria. SUMMARY: The authors investigated whether acoustic speaking voice analyses can be used to predict the beginning of mutation in 21 male members of a professional boys' choir. Over a period of 3 years before mutation, children were examined every 3 months by ear, nose, and throat (ENT) and phoniatric specialists. At the same time, the voice was evaluated acoustically using analysis features of the Goettingen Hoarseness Diagram (GHD). Irregularity component and noise component, jitter, shimmer, mean waveform correlation coefficient, and fundamental frequency were determined from recordings of the speaking voice. Significant changes of acoustic features appeared 7 and 5 months before mutation onset, which indicates that vocal function is already restricted 6 months before mutation onset. This acoustic voice analysis is therefore suitable to support the care of the professional singing voice. 相似文献

A Simple Mirror Ion Source with 75GHz pumping(SMIS 75)has been created.The confinement system is a mirror trap with magnetic field in the plug up to 5T,variable length 15—20cm and mirror ratio 3—5.The plasma of metal ions is injected into the trap by a special vacuum arc minigun.Plasma heating is performed by the microwave radiation of a gyrotron(the frequency of 75GHz,power up to 200kW,pulse duration up to 150μs).The results of the experiment have demonstrated substantial multiple ionization of metal ions.For a metal with high melting temperature(Pt),heating shifts the average ion charge from Pt~(2 ) up to Pt~(7 ).Maximum stripped observed ion is Pt~(10 ).Total current of ion beam is about 300mA. 相似文献
