β‐Cyclodextrin (β‐CD) is negligibly soluble in organic liquids and can be modified to achieve a higher solubility in water. In this paper, racemic α‐cyclohexyl‐mandelic acid (α‐CHMA) was separated by chiral reactive extraction with aqueous β‐cyclodextrin derivatives. Hydroxypropyl‐β‐cyclodextrin (HP‐β‐CD), hydroxyethyl‐β‐cyclodextrin (HE‐β‐CD), and methyl‐β‐cyclodextrin (Me‐β‐CD) were selected as chiral selectors for reactive extraction of α‐CHMA enantiomers from organic phase to aqueous phase. Factors affecting the extraction efficiency were investigated, including the types of organic solvents and β‐CD derivatives, the concentrations of the chiral selector and α‐CHMA enantiomers, pH and temperature. The experimental results demonstrate that HP‐β‐CD, HE‐β‐CD, and Me‐β‐CD have stronger recognition abilities for Sα‐CHMA than for Rα‐CHMA. Among the three derivatives, HP‐β‐CD shows the strongest separation factor for α‐CHMA enantiomers. A high enantioseparation efficiency with a maximum separation factor (α) of 2.02 is observed at pH 2.5 and 5°C.  相似文献

设计并合成了含有核酸碱基腺嘌呤的双亲聚合物, 聚[聚乙二醇600-5-氧-(6-腺嘌呤代己烷基)-异酞酸酯](PPEAHI), 研究了其在水溶液中的自组织行为, SEM观测了该聚合物在水溶液中的聚集形态, 表明PPEAHI在水溶液中自组织成纳米球. 将纳米球水溶液冻干后, 用FTIR研究了PPEAHI聚合物上的腺嘌呤与底物胸腺嘧啶间的相互作用, 结果表明受体与底物的互补基团间形成了氢键, 发生了分子识别, 并用变温红外光谱进一步证实了氢键的形成.  相似文献

采用紫外分光光度法研究了两种壳层悬挂β-环糊精单元的两亲性超支化聚合物在缓冲溶液(25 ℃, pH=11)中的分子包合与识别行为. 结果表明, 两种聚合物具有来自环糊精单元和两亲性超支化聚合物的双重包合能力, 可分别与水溶性染料分子酚酞(PP)、甲基橙(MO)、有机小分子对硝基苯酚(p-NP)等3种客体分子发生单客体包合效应, 而且其包合能力强于单一的环糊精或两亲性超支化聚合物; 通过客体分子PP和MO证实了这两种聚合物还具有双重识别能力, 可以与PP和MO发生双客体包合效应.  相似文献

Amphiphilic diblock copolymers consisting of 2-(N, N-dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate (DMAEMA, abbreviated as DMA) and stearyl methacrylate (SMA) with different degrees of polymerization and compositions were prepared by reversible addition–fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) copolymerization. The composition and chemical structures of (co)polymers were confirmed by the measurements of 1H NMR spectroscopy and gel permeation chromatography (GPC). The self-aggregating structures of amphiphilic diblock copolymers with the concentration of 0.1~0.3 wt.% in THF/water mixed solvent was investigated by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and dynamic light scattering (DLS). It was found that both the morphologies and aggregating particle size resulted from the amphiphilic diblock copolymers depended on the variation of pH values, the lengths of the hydrophobic PSMA chains, and the weight ratio of THF/water mixed solvent.  相似文献

The star-shaped amphiphilic block copolymer (DPEA-PCL-PEG) was prepared through ring opening polymerization of ε-caprolactone (CL) initiated by hydroxyl end-capped dendritic poly(ether-amide) (DPEA-OH), then coupling with monomethoxy-terminated poly(ethylene-glycol) (PEG) via an esterification process. The molecular structure was verified by FT-IR, 1H NMR and gel permeation chromatography (GPC). The number average molecular weight of the PCL arm was calculated to be about 1910 g mol−1 by 1H NMR analysis. The number average molecular weight of the copolymer was determined to be 74,020 with the molecular weight distribution of 1.15 by GPC. The DSC and X-ray diffraction analysis indicated that the copolymer possesses double melting and crystallization peaks, attributed to PCL and PEG segments in DPEA-PCL-PEG. The corresponding melting and crystallization temperature, and value of crystallinity are much lower than that of their individual homopolymers. The copolymer easily formed the core-shell structural nanoparticles as micelles in water with a lower critical micelle concentration of 5.524 mg l−1.  相似文献

Molecular imprinted polymers (MIP) were prepared by the copolymerization of styrene (S) or methyl methacrylate (MMA) and methacrylic acid (MAA) using ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA) as the crosslinker with molar ratios of [monomer]/[crosslinker] and [MAA]/[template] of 3:7 (to obtain a rigid structure) and 1:6 (to optimise hydrogen interactions), respectively. The polymerizations occurred in presence of the template molecule (MIP) - GlcNcouma - an amphiphilic monosaccharide. The same materials, non-imprinted polymers (NIP), were also prepared in absence of the template. These MIPs were characterized and used as SPE supports for selective enrichment. 研究了酮与环糊精手性协同催化作用下,用非手性酮与过氧硫酸氢钾(商品名Oxone)原位产生的二氧杂环丙烷实现了对包合在环糊精手性微反应器中苯乙烯的不对称环氧化反应,考察了α-环糊精、β-环糊精、γ-环糊精与不同的酮协同催化反应效果,并对协同催化反应机理进行了探讨.结果表明,β-环糊精和甲基异丁基酮(MIBK)及Oxone原位形成的二氧杂环丙烷具有较好的协同催化作用;MIBK用量、碳酸氢钠用量、反应时间和温度等因素对反应产物的收率和对映体选择性有一定的影响.在优化条件下,环氧苯乙烷的ee值可达46%.  相似文献
