聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯和聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯化学扩链反应

综述了用于聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯（ＰＥＴ）、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯（ＰＢＴ）化学扩链反应的羧基加成型和羟基加成型扩链剂，以及缩合型扩链反应、羧基加成型扩链反应和羟基加成型扩链反应、羧羟基同时加成型扩链反应。讨论了扩链反应、反应特性和扩链产物的性能，并简要介绍了国内研究概况。参考文献２０篇。     

Catalytic Hydroetherification of Unactivated Alkenes Enabled by Proton‐Coupled Electron Transfer

We report a catalytic, light‐driven method for the intramolecular hydroetherification of unactivated alkenols to furnish cyclic ether products. These reactions occur under visible‐light irradiation in the presence of an Ir^III‐based photoredox catalyst, a Brønsted base catalyst, and a hydrogen‐atom transfer (HAT) co‐catalyst. Reactive alkoxy radicals are proposed as key intermediates, generated by direct homolytic activation of alcohol O?H bonds through a proton‐coupled electron‐transfer mechanism. This method exhibits a broad substrate scope and high functional‐group tolerance, and it accommodates a diverse range of alkene substitution patterns. Results demonstrating the extension of this catalytic system to carboetherification reactions are also presented.     

Selective Synthesis of Z‐Cinnamyl Ethers and Cinnamyl Alcohols through Visible Light‐Promoted Photocatalytic E to Z Isomerization

A photocatalytic E to Z isomerization of alkenes using an iridium photosensitizer under mild reaction conditions is disclosed. This method provides scalable and efficient access to Z‐cinnamyl ether and allylic alcohol derivatives in high yields with excellent stereoselectivity. Importantly, this method also provides a powerful strategy for the selective synthesis of Z‐magnolol and honokiol derivatives possessing potential biological activity.     

Fluorobenziodoxole−BF3 Reagent for Iodo(III)etherification of Alkynes in Ethereal Solvent

A combination of fluorobenziodoxole (FBX) and BF₃ ? OEt₂ in cyclopentyl methyl ether promotes regio‐ and stereoselective addition of benziodoxole and methoxy groups to alkynes. This difunctionalization reaction tolerates a variety of functionalized internal and terminal alkynes to afford trans‐β‐alkoxyvinylbenziodoxoles, which represent versatile precursors to stereochemically well‐defined multisubstituted vinyl ethers. The reaction is proposed to involve cleavage of the I?F bond of FBX by BF₃, followed by electrophilic activation of the alkyne by the resulting cationic I^III species that triggers the nucleophilic addition of the ethereal oxygen.     

Regioselective Synthesis of Trichloromethyl‐Substituted Salicylates and Cyclohexenones by One‐Pot Cyclizations of 1,3‐Bis(trimethylsilyloxy)buta‐1,3‐dienes

A variety of 6‐(trichloromethyl)salicylates (=2‐hydroxy‐6‐(trichloromethyl)benzoates) were prepared by TiCl₄‐mediated cyclization of 1,3‐bis(trimethylsilyloxy)buta‐1,3‐dienes with 1,1,1‐trichloro‐4,4‐dimethoxybut‐3‐en‐2‐one. The employment of trimethylsilyl trifluoromethanesulfonate (Me₃SiOTf) as Lewis acid resulted in the formation of trichloromethyl‐substituted cyclohexenones. The cyclizations proceeded with good‐to‐very‐good regioselectivities.     

Efficient Method for Demethylation of Aryl Methyl Ether Using Aliquat-336

A rapid method for selective cleavage of aryl methylethers can be achieved in the presence of a protic acid and a catalytic amount of phase-transfer catalyst (Aliquat-336). Aliquat-336 accelerates the rate of reaction and affords the corresponding phenols in excellent to good yields on a wide variety of substrates.

A General, Highly Efficient Ullmann C-O Coupling Reaction under Microwave Irradiation and the Effects of Water

A general, rapid and highly efficient method for the synthesis of diaryl ethers under the assistance of microwave irradiation was described. A series of diaryl ethers were prepared by direct coupling of phenols and aryl halides in good to excellent yields in anhydrous DMF or NMP at 150 ℃ within 20 rain. The presence of water was found to have a significant impact on the Ullmann C-O coupling reaction between aryl halides and phenols under microwave irradiation.     

Synthesis of 6-(perfluoroalkyl)salicylates by [3+3] cyclization of 1,3-bis(silyl enol ethers) with 3-ethoxy-1-(perfluoroalkyl)prop-2-en-1-ones

6-(Perfluoroalkyl)salicylates were prepared by [3+3] cyclization of 1,3-bis(silyl enol ethers) with 3-ethoxy-1-(perfluoroalkyl)prop-2-en-1-ones.     

A two-step procedure for the preparation of mono-protected bis-N-heterocyclic alkyl ether systems

A two-step convenient sequence for the synthesis of previously inaccessible mono-Boc-protected bis-N-heterocyclic alkyl substituted ether derivatives 4 is described. Mitsunobu protocol was applied to the preparation of pyridinyl ether precursor 5. The reduction of the electron rich pyridinyl system 5 has been achieved catalytically using the combination of PtO₂-H₂SO₄ or PtO₂-pTsOH under a hydrogen atmosphere maintained by a gas balloon at ambient temperature.     

Synthesis of the LMN-ring fragment of the Caribbean ciguatoxin C-CTX-1

Ciguatoxin C-CTX-1 was isolated as a principal causative toxin of ciguatera seafood poisoning in the Caribbean Sea, and is structurally classified as a ladder-shaped polycyclic ether. In this Letter, we report the synthesis of the tricyclic LMN-ring system of C-CTX-1. SmI₂-mediated reductive cyclization efficiently constructed the seven-membered M-ring with the axially oriented 1,3-dimethyl structure.
