Abstract

The photopolymerization of triallylidene sorbitol (TAS) was carried out in benzene at 40°C without the usual initiator. The polymerization of TAS was found to be initiated with the ester radical generated via the acetal radical from TAS by means of photoirradiation. The rate of polymerization and the molecular weight of polymer were small due to the degradative chain transfer, It was kinetically investigated from the standpoints of the degradative chain transfer by the allylidene group and the cyclization by three double bonds. The following results were obtained: (1) The relation between the rate of polymerization, Rp, the monomer concentration, [M], could be expressed by [M] /Rp = (A[M] + B)/(3[M] + C), where A, B, and C were constant; (2) the ratio of the rate constant of unimolecular cyclization to the total rate constant of bimolecular propagation and the chain transfer of uncyclized radical was estimated to be 3.0 mol/dm3. A small amount of cyclopolymerization took place.  相似文献

Citric acid (CAc) moieties containing acrylamide (AAm) hydrogels were prepared by gamma irradiation of their aqueous solutions. A possible polymerization and crosslinking mechanism for acrylamide/citric acid (AAm/CAc) hydrogels is proposed. The effects of irradiation dose and citric acid content on swelling behavior were investigated. Swelling took place in water at 25°C and was followed gravimetrically. Incorporation of a relatively low amount of citric acid to acrylamide hydrogel increased its swelling up to 950% from 700%. The diffusion of water into AAm/CAc hydrogels was found to be a non-Fickian type. Diffusion coefficients of AAm/CAc hydrogels found as 5 × 10?7? 10 × 10?7 cm2 sec?1. It has also been found that the number average molar mass between crosslinks is increased with the CAc content and decreased with irradiation dose.  相似文献

We developed a solid‐phase microextraction coupled to GC with electron‐capture detection method for the detection of acrylamide in food samples. Single‐walled carbon nanotubes and polypyrrole were electropolymerized onto a stainless‐steel wire as a coating, which possessed a homogeneous, porous, and wrinkled surface, chemical and mechanical stability, long lifespan (over 300 extractions), and good extraction efficiency for acrylamide. The linearity range between the signal intensity and the acrylamide concentration was found to be in the range 0.001–1 μg/mL, and the coefficient of determination was 0.9985. The LOD, defined as three times the baseline noise, was 0.26 ng/mL. The reproducibility for each single fiber (n = 6) and the fiber‐to‐fiber (n = 5) repeatability prepared in the same batch were less than 4.1 and 11.2%, respectively.  相似文献

采用油酸失水山梨醇酯(SPAN)-壬基酚聚氧化乙烯醚(OP)复合乳化剂与K2S2O8-Na2SO3氧化还原引发剂,进行二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵-丙烯酰胺反相乳液共聚合,测得单体的竞聚率为γDADMAC=0.14±0.11,γAM=5.05±0.66;在单体浓度为25─45%,引发剂浓度0.06—0.1%,乳化剂浓度为5—9%,聚合温度303K条件下,得到了共聚反应动力学方程:Rp=k[M]0.68[I]1.31[E]0.73,文中对上述结果做了解释.  相似文献

建立了一种测定市售锅巴中的丙烯酰胺含量的方法.该法样品前处理不必经过溴化衍生,样品脱脂后用水提取丙烯酰胺,提取液过活性炭柱,再用乙酸乙酯将活性炭柱中吸附的丙烯酰胺洗脱.洗脱液浓缩后经气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)定量分析,检测限为0.06 mg/kg,适合测定市售锅巴中的丙烯酰胺的含量.还考察了丙烯酰胺在水的固液两相中的分配比.  相似文献

采用膨胀计法研究了以过硫酸铵为引发剂,二乙基二烯丙基氯化铵(DEDAAC)在水溶液中的均聚及其与丙烯酰胺(AM)和丙烯酸(AA)共聚动力学,测定了相应的聚合表观活化能;采用元素分析法测定了DEDAAC分别与AM和AA在低转化率下共聚物的组成,并采用氯离子选择性电极法测定了DEDAAC-AM共聚物中的氯离子含量,按Kelen-Tudos方法求得了相应的竞聚率.结果表明,DEDAAC均聚速率方程为RP=k[M]0.99[I]0.76,表观活化能Ea=77.00kJ/mol,说明链终止为单基终止和双基终止并存,引发过程与单体浓度无关;DEDAAC与AM在摩尔比为4∶1时,共聚动力学方程为RP=[M]2.53[I]0.90,表观活化能Ea=67.06kJ/mol,单体竞聚率为rDE=0.31±0.02、rAM=5.27±0.53;DEDAAC与AA在摩尔比为4∶1时,共聚动力学方程为RP=k[M]2.94[I]0.83,表观活化能Ea=70.07kJ/mol,竞聚率为rDE=0.28±0.03、rAA=5.15±0.28;DEDAAC与AM和AA等共聚为非理想共聚,得到的产物均为无规共聚物.  相似文献

Superabsorbent polymers (SAPs) and composites (SAPCs) were prepared entirely by graft copolymerization of polyacrylamide (PAM) onto hydroxyethyl cellulose (HEC), using potassium persulfate (KPS) as an initiator, and N,N′-methylenebisacrylamide (MBA) as a crosslinker, in an aqueous solution. The extent of grafting was evaluated from % grafting efficiency (%GE) for various HEC/AM ratios, and a near optimal ratio was determined. Influences of various preparation parameters, i.e., the ratio of HEC/AM, amount of initiator and crosslinker, reaction temperature and time, and amount of filler on water swelling capacity of SAPs and SAPCs were studied. An FT-IR determination confirmed that the PAM was successfully grafted onto the HEC backbone, by showing absorption bands of the HEC backbone and new absorption bands from the grafted copolymer. The swelling capacity of SAPs and SAPCs depended strongly on different parameters, and the maximum swelling capacity was over 426 g/g and 538 g/g for the SAPs and SAPCs, respectively.  相似文献

A confirmatory method for the determination of low levels of acrylamide in different food products is presented. The method entails extraction of acrylamide with water, precipitation of matrix constituents with acetonitrile, and two clean-up steps consecutively over Isolute Multimode and cation-exchange cartridges. The final extract is analyzed by liquid chromatography (LC) coupled to positive electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry employing [13C3]-acrylamide as internal standard. For the chromatographic step, a LC column based on a polymethacrylate gel is employed which shows good retention of acrylamide under isocratic flow conditions (k' = 1.2). Mass spectral acquisition is done by selected reaction monitoring, choosing the characteristic transitions m/z 72-->55, 72-->54 and 72-->27. In-house validation data for breakfast cereals and crackers show good precision of the method, with intra- and interassay variation below 10%. The limits of detection for crackers and breakfast cereals, respectively are estimated at 15 and 20 microg/kg, and recoveries of fortified samples ranged between 58 and 76%. Furthermore, the method is applicable to a number of different food products, including biscuits, crisp bread, wafers, confectionery cocoa liquor, and nuts. Finally, the good results obtained in several small-scale interlaboratory tests provided additional confidence in the performance of the method.  相似文献
