Thermal behavior of the maleic anhydride modified poly(3-hydroxybutyrate)

Poly(3-hydroxybutyrate), PHB has been structurally modified through reaction with maleic anhydride, MA. Transesterification reaction was carried out fixing the PHB and MA and besides time and temperature the concentration of the triethylamine (used as catalyst) was changed. Glass transition, melting and crystallization temperature obtained from DSC curves and thermal degradation temperatures obtained from TG traces were used to evaluate the influence of the reaction conditions on the modification of PHB according to factorial design. On the base of the results the optimum conditions are to perform the PHB modification reaction with MA reaction at 110°C for 1 h with 5% v/v triethylamine.     

Effect of External Acidity of Mordenite-Supported Catalysts on the 2,2-Dimethylbutane Content in Hydroisomerization Products of n-Hexane

We have used potentiometric titration with tetrabutylammonium hydroxide to determine the acid center content on the outer surface of dealuminated natural and synthetic mordenites. We have established a symbatic relationship between the 2,2-dimethylbutane content in the hydroisomerization products of n-hexane on dealuminated palladium-containing mordenites and the number of their external acid centers. We have studied the possibility of partial deactivation of such centers during ion-exchange deposition of palladium on the catalysts, using a tetraammine palladium solution.     

Conversion of acids to benzimidazoles with transition metal/zeolites

Transition metal/Y zeolites were prepared using microwave solid state and aqueous solution ion exchange methods. The activity of these zeolites was investigated in a conversion of acids to benzimidazoles reaction between 4-methyl-1, 2-phenylenediamine and 3-nitrobenzoic acid. The yield of these reactions increased in order of CuY < Fe²⁺Y < NiY < CoY < NaY < CrY < MnY < ZnY for both methods. The solid state ion-exchanged zeolites showed higher activity in comparison to the aqueous solution exchange. Yields of products in the presence of the ZnY zeolite were of the order of 69–83%. It seems that the Lewis sites are better sites compared to the Bronsted sites for this reaction.     

ICP－AES同时测定土壤和沉积物中全硼与其它微量及常量元素

本文阐述了用Ｈ３ＰＯ４、ＨＦ、ＨＮＯ３及ＨＣｌＯ４消化土壤及水系沉积物样品。其中磷酸的作用是避免在样品消化过程中硼的挥发损失。应用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱（简称ＩＣＰ－ＡＥＳ）同时测定样品中全硼及其它微量、常量元素的含量。该法具有高的准确度及精密度。方法快速、简便、适合土壤和沉积物的多元素测定。     

抗坏血酸同顺磁离子Mn~(2+)、Gd~(3+)络会的~(13)C NMR研究

该文用顺磁离子对其近邻~(13)C核的NMR吸收增宽效应,系统地研究了抗坏血酸在不同溶剂中对金属离子Mn~(2+)、Gd~(3+)的配合行为.在水溶液中,抗坏血酸可通过两种配合方式与Mn~(2+)作用,但与Gd~(3+)的作用只有一种稳定的结构.在水中抗坏血酸对金属的配位活性部位分别是1位羟基氧,3位离解的羟基氧和6位羟基氧.在DMSO中,3位羟基由于H~+对该基团的静电遮蔽而变得对金属离子Mn~(2+)表现为配位惰性,同时6位羟基配位活性较大增强.对Gd~(3+)来说,此时没有优势配位活性部位存在.文章还讨论了抗坏血酸在H_2O-DMSO混合溶剂中的~(13)C NMR谱及在DMSO中NaOH对其~(13)C NMR谱及其与金属络合结构的影响.     

卡尔曼滤波紫外光度法同时测定酱油、食醋中的山梨酸和苯甲酸

在酸性条件下，采用乙酸乙酯萃取、Na2HPO4溶液反萃取分离酱汪、食醋中的山梨酸、苯甲酸，卡尔曼滤波法计算结果，并与比值导数波谱法进行比较。结果表明，卡尔曼滤波法较地数波谱法有较高准确度和精密度，并能监测干扰物质存在与否。用于实际样品分析有更高的可靠性。     

HPLC法测定阿奇霉素葡萄糖注射液中阿奇霉素的含量

利用高效液相色谱法，以VP-ODS型色谱柱，乙腈-异丙醇-水-氨水（60：25：15：0.1)为流动相，于210nm波长处测定了阿奇霉素葡萄糖注射液中阿奇霉素葡萄糖注射液中阿奇霉素的含量。阿奇霉素的浓度在0.75-1.75mg/mL线性关系良好，线性方程的A=881910.4c-16208.2，相关系数r=0.9999。阿奇霉素的平均回收率为99.59%，测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.31%。     

Time saving fluid dynamic predictions in a wetting-drying process: A hypothesis for vertisols

This paper is aimed at investigating the effect of the initial water content in a vertisol sample on the whole wetting-drying process leading the system to a change in volume. In order to do this, an experimental setup was realized and employed with very thin soil layers wetted from below (“per ascensum”). The results show that the effect of the initial water content on the swelling-shrinkage process is to shift the corresponding curve e-ϑ towards bigger-smaller values of the humidity but does not seem to affect the dynamics of the process.
