Xyloglucan (XG), a water‐soluble food grade polysaccharide is reported as a substrate for the graft copolymerization of acrylonitrile (AN). XG was extracted from tamarind seed mucilage. Polymerization was initiated both by ceric ion in aqueous medium under N2 atmosphere and with microwave (MW) irradiation. The progress of the reaction was monitored gravimetrically. The effect of different reaction parameters such as monomer concentration, level of ceric ammonium nitrate/HNO3 (CAN) initiator, reaction time and temperature, and MW power on the percent grafting (PG) was studied. Grafting of polyacrylonitrile (PAN) onto XG was confirmed by Fourier‐transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and scanning electron microscope (SEM) techniques have been used to study the thermal and morphological changes in the materials. A bienzymatic supramolecular assembly of CAT and SOD is reported. CAT was chemically glycosilated with CD branched CMC and then associated with SOD modified with 1-adamantane carboxylic acid. SOD was remarkably resistant to inactivation by H(2)O(2) and its anti-inflammatory activity was 4.5-fold increased after supramolecular association with the modified CAT form. 基于聚砜中空纤维超滤膜分离技术精制枸杞多糖(Lycium barbarum polysaccharide),通过COMSOL软件对枸杞多糖膜阻塞逆流提取及超声设备参数进行修正,获得更优的纯化工艺。采用微波-超声法提取枸杞多糖,并利用聚砜中空纤维超滤膜对枸杞多糖进行分离,采用单因素分析及正交实验考察枸杞多糖提取和分离过程中的重要参数,通过COMSOL软件对重要膜阻塞参数进行修正。结果表明,枸杞多糖提取较优工艺条件为:提取温度50~70 ℃之间,超声功率50 W,固液比例1∶8~1∶12(mg∶mL),提取时间40~60 min;当超滤膜截留相对分子质量为1×104时,膜通量较好;正交实验结果表明,膜通量与料液温度关系最大,其次是膜pH值和分离操作压;COMSOL软件对枸杞多糖连续逆流提取设备进行仿真计算,结果发现与全封闭叶片相比,开孔叶片能够显著降低溶剂短路现象,使得最低流速提升高达65倍。基于COMSOL软件数据修订,枸杞多糖分离效率得到大幅度提升,为枸杞多糖工业化生产提供必要的数据积累。  相似文献

采用管式炉对硫酸盐法竹子、阔叶木混合制浆黑液固形物(BLS)及其三种主要组分碱木素(AL)、多糖(PLS)和木素-碳水化合物复合体(LCC),在400~800℃进行热解,全面分析了各相热解产物组成与分布规律。结果表明,BLS及其三种主要组分的热解产物组成与分布规律存在明显差异。AL、PLS和LCC对BLS热解产生H2和CO的产率影响不大,PLS热解生成CO2的能力明显高于BLS、AL和LCC。BLS热解液相产物中的酚类和醚类主要是来自AL和LCC;酮类和酸类是由AL、PLS和LCC共同贡献的。BLS、AL、PLS和LCC热解半焦表面形貌存在明显差异。在BLS热解过程中,AL、PLS和LCC会相互影响、相互制约,共同决定着BLS的热解特性。  相似文献

A two-step process was developed for the purification of polysaccharides from the pulp of Aloe varavia using aqueous two-phase system (ATPS) extraction and a novel copolymer ultrafiltration membrane. The first step was ATPS under optimal separations conditions using a total composition of 18% PEG2000, 25% ammonium sulfate, pH 3.0, and 0.3 M NaCl. To form the copolymer membrane, poly(acrylonitrile-acrylamide-styrene) was prepared by solution polycondensation using azoisobutyronitrile as initiator. Then, membranes were formed from the dissolved copolymer by the phase inversion method. Copolymer structure was investigated by infrared spectrum and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The copolymer membrane surface and cross section were observed by scanning electron microscopy. The water flux of this membrane was 26.33 mL/(cm2 h), and retention was 96% for bovine serum albumin and 34% for dextran T40000. The separation and purification of aloe polysaccharide were carried using this copolymer membrane following ATPS. The TGA of aloe polysaccharide demonstrated a high purity of the polysaccharide. By gas chromatographic analysis, it was shown that mannose is the main monosaccharide in the aloe polysaccharide, and only a few glucose residues are present.  相似文献

Phosphodiesters quaternary ammonium salt (PQAS) displayed quite intense light scattering in aqueous solution under the optimum condition. In addition, the resonance light scattering (RLS) signal of PQAS was remarkably decreased after adding trace amount polysaccharide with the maximum peak located at 391 nm. It was found that the decreased RLS intensity of the PQAS − PPGL system (ΔIRLS) was in proportion to PPGL concentration in the range of 0.1-30 ng mL−1, with a lower detection limit of 0.05 ng mL−1. Based on this rare decreased RLS phenomenon, the novel method of the determination of purified polysaccharide of Gracilaria Lemaneiformis (PPGL) at nanogram level was proposed in this contribution. The proposed approach was used to determine purified polysaccharide extracted from Gracilaria Lemaneiformis with satisfactory results. Compared with the reported polysaccharide assays, this proposed method has good selectivity, high sensitivity and is especially simple and convenient. Moreover, the mechanism of the reaction between PQAS and polysaccharide was investigated by RLS, fluorescence, and fluorescence lifetime spectra.  相似文献

以蒸馏水为溶剂提取,通过单因素实验和正交实验,研究料液比、超声功率、超声提取温度和超声作用时间对木贼多糖提取效果的影响。超声提取法的优化工艺条件为:料液比(g/mL)1∶20,提取温度70℃,超声功率100 W,作用时间50 min。在此条件下,木贼多糖的平均提取率为12.33%,RSD为0.16%。超声波强化提取木贼多糖省时高效。  相似文献

Electrically responsive biomaterials are an important and emerging technology in the fields of biomedical and material sciences. A great deal of research explores the integral role of electrical conduction in normal and diseased cell biology, and material scientists are focusing an even greater amount of attention on natural and hybrid materials as sources of biomaterials which can mimic the properties of cells. This review establishes a summary of those efforts for the latter group, detailing the current materials, theories, methods, and applications of electrically conductive biomaterials fabricated from protein polymers and polysaccharides. These materials can be used to improve human life through novel drug delivery, tissue regeneration, and biosensing technologies. The immediate goal of this review is to establish fabrication methods for protein and polysaccharide-based materials that are biocompatible and feature modular electrical properties. Ideally, these materials will be inexpensive to make with salable production strategies, in addition to being both renewable and biocompatible.  相似文献

比较了超声提取与回流提取法在提取牛膝中活性成分蜕皮甾酮的提取效率,在频率为1100kHz时超声提取40min可获得稳定的提取效率。采用Shim-Pack CLC-ODS色谱柱,甲醇:水=40:60(V/V,%)为流动相,在波长248nm下,测定牛膝中蜕皮甾酮,线性范围为2-200μg/mL(r=0.9998),检出限为0.052μg/mL(S/n=3),加标加收率为98.3%-103%。  相似文献
