Monodisperse dye-containing crosslinked particles are promising for application in novel optical chemical sensors due to their intrinsic sensitivity. However, preparation of these particles in aqueous media still remains a challenge, since luminophores inhibit radical processes or else cannot embed into polymer chains because of difference in monomer reactivity ratios. In this work, novel dye-containing monodisperse crosslinked particles were prepared and characterized. In order to obtain dye-containing monodisperse crosslinked particles, we studied seed copolymerization of styrene in the presence of divinylbenzene. The influence of nature and concentration of the used comonomers and co-solvents on shape, size distributions and surface characteristics of the particles formed was investigated. Shapes and diameters of the particles were analyzed by DLS, TEM and SEM. The data of SEM and optical spectroscopy studies demonstrated that the synthesized particles were able to self-assemble into thin-film three-dimensional ordered structures. Finally, the structures under study are promising for development of sensor devices with optical response to acetone.  相似文献

The acid-catalyzed condensation of 1-benzylindole with acetone in the presence of N-phenylmaleimide gave a tetrahydrocarbazole, (4,5,10,10b-tetrahydro-5-methyl-2-phenyl-10-(phenylmethyl)pyrrolo[3,4-a]carbazole-1,3[2H, 3aH]-dione (1), as the major product and a novel spiro compound, 1,3,4,4-tetrahydro-1,1,3,3-tetramethyl-4,4-bis(phenylmethyl)-1,3(2H, 2H)-spiro[cyclopent[b]indole] (2), as the minor product. The structure of the spiro compound was determined by an X-ray crystallographic determination. The acid-catalyzed condensation of 1-benzylindole with acetone in the absence of N-phenylmaleimide gave a bisindole, (1,1-bis(phenylmethyl)-3,3-(1-methylethylidene)diindole (3), as the major product and the spiro-compound as the minor product.  相似文献

利用气相色谱/燃烧/同位素比值质谱(GC/C/IRMS)分析技术,研究了具有不同碳同位素组成的丙酮与衍生剂2,4-二硝基苯肼(DNPH)的液相反应及其相应的气相反应实验过程中的碳同位素效应,探讨了以该方法测定大气丙酮碳同位素组成的可行性。研究结果表明,在衍生化过程中不会产生碳同位素分馏。本实验通过测定衍生剂DNPH与相应的衍生物的碳同位素值,大气中丙酮碳同位素组成通过质量平衡方程计算而求得。采用该方法对大气丙酮碳同位素组成的初步测定结果表明,具有相同排放源的大气丙酮碳同位素比值基本不变。本方法实验重现性好,测定精度高,可以用于分析大气丙酮的排放源研究。  相似文献

The stable structures and vibrational spectra of protonated acetone molecule clusters with different sizes (CH3COCH3)nH +(n=1-7)are calculated at the 6-31G(d)level by means of density functional theory (B3LYP)quantum chemical calculations. The corresponding energies are analyzed at the level B3LYP/6-311+G(3df,2p)in order to obtain more accurate results. The proton affinity of neutral cyclic acetone molecule clusters increases with the increasing of cluster size. The calculated results show that the protonated acetone clusters have certain growth regularity with forming a solvation shell at the beginning and then new added acetone molecule attacking different active sites including the middle carbon atoms and the different methyl in solvation shell. The IR spectra of the protonated clusters are more complicate than that of neutral ones. The strongest peaks result from the movement of the proton between the two oxygen atoms in solvant shell apart from the case of n=1. Carbonyl stretching vibraional peaks split into the more and more and in general the corresponding intensities are weakened due to the protonation with the increasing of cluster size.  相似文献

基于盐酸羟胺对丙酮的吸收使体系pH减小,体系中丙酮浓度与吸光度之间呈线性关系,建立火场残留无痕迹助燃剂丙酮的定性和定量分析方法。定性分析的检出限为6.15μg,最低浓度为0.53 mg.L-1。定量分析的检出限为1.53 mg.L-1,线性范围4.0~60.0 mg.L-1。将方法用于火灾现场残留物中丙酮的分析,结果满意。  相似文献

A new three-component reaction between alkyl aryl(hetaryl)ketoximes, acetylene, and aliphatic ketones in the superbasic systems KOH/DMSO and LiOH/CsF/DMSO (70-90 °C, initial acetylene pressure 13-15 atm, 5-60 min) affords novel 4-methylene-3-oxa-1-azabicyclo[3.1.0]hexanes in yields of up to 75%. Using KOH/DMSO, the side products of the reaction are O-vinylketoximes and 2-aryl(hetaryl)pyrroles, while with LiOH/CsF/DMSO, the reaction proves to be selective, only minor amounts of the corresponding alkyl aryl(hetaryl) ketones being detectable.  相似文献

Detection and immediate quantification of microbial metabolic activities is of high interest in fields as diverse as biotechnology and infection biology. Interestingly, the most direct signals of microbial metabolism, the evolution of volatile metabolites, is largely ignored in the literature, and rather, metabolite concentrations in the microbial surrounding or even disruptive methods for intracellular metabolite measurements (i.e., metabolome analysis) are favored. Here, the development of a multi capillary column coupled ion mobility spectrometer (MCC-IMS) was described for the detection of volatile organic compounds from microbes and the MCC-IMS was used for characterization of metabolic activity of growing Escherichia coli. The MCC-IMS chromatogram of the microbial culture off-gas of the acetone-producing E. coli strain BL21 pLB4 revealed four analytes that positively correlated with growth, which were identified as ethanol, propanone (acetone), heptan-2-one, and nonan-2-one. The occurrence of these analytes was cross-validated by solid-phase micro-extraction coupled with gas chromatography mass spectrometry analysis. With this information in hand, the dynamic relationship between the E. coli biomass concentration and the metabolite concentrations in the headspace was measured. The results suggest that the metabolic pathways of heptan-2-one and nonan-2-one synthesis are regulated independent of each other. It is shown that the MCC-IMS in-line off-gas analysis is a simple method for real-time detection of microbial metabolic activity and discussed its potential for application in metabolic engineering, bioprocess control, and health care.  相似文献

采用静电纺丝法制备了PVP/FeC6H5O7复合纳米纤维, 并将复合纤维在500 ℃高温烧结3 h, X射线衍射分析(XRD)表明, 烧结后的产物为正尖晶石结构的γ-Fe2O3晶体. 扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观测结果表明, 制得了直径均匀、 连续的复合纳米纤维, 其平均直径约为1000 nm; 烧结后的γ-Fe2O3纳米纤维保持了其连续性, 但纤维发生了收缩, 直径较烧结前小, 平均约为600 nm. 比表面积分析表明, γ-Fe2O3纳米纤维比表面积为57.18 m2/g. 气敏性能测试结果表明, 230 ℃为γ-Fe2O3纳米纤维检测丙酮气体的最佳工作温度. 在此温度下, γ-Fe2O3纳米纤维对丙酮气体表现出高响应度[S=6.9, c(Acetone)=7.88×104 mg/m3]和线性度(7.88×102~1.58×105 mg/m3浓度范围内). 同时, γ-Fe2O3纳米纤维气体传感器件还表现出良好的长期稳定性.  相似文献

Abstract

An improved method was developed for determining highly toxic 2,3,7,8-substituted polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins and polychlorinated dibenzo-p-furans (PCDD/Fs) in sanitary napkins. Samples were extracted by Soxhlet (50% dichloromethane/hexane) and sonication (hexane), and a multi-layer silica column was used for clean-up after acetone precipitation to separate the superabsorbent polymers. Improved separation efficiency of PCDD/Fs from sanitary napkins with a high level of superabsorbent polymers was achieved using the acetone precipitation method. Hexane was then applied as an alternative solvent to remove residual interfering substances including sticky components contained on sanitary napkins via alumina column chromatography in the second clean-up step. Recoveries approached 100% with an average relative standard deviation of less than 15%, and recoveries of internal standards were from 70.5 to 114.8% and 0.6 to 13.6% for the two extraction methods. The mean method detection limit was 0.075–0.968?pg/g for Soxhlet extraction and 0.0032–0.091?pg/g for sonication extraction. The established method meets the quality criteria for the screening of dioxins stated in EU Regulations 589/2014 and 709/2014, and therefore provides a suitable alternative for the determination of dioxins in sanitary napkins containing superabsorbent polymers.  相似文献

A thin layer of un-cured resin over metal substrates applied by using an acetone-diluted resin solution (without hardener) has been found to be beneficial to strong adhesive bonding. The resin pre-coating (RPC) solution can effectively seal sub-surface micro-cavities and increase the substrate wettability. This study examines possible aftermath effects of the acetone dilution on mechanical properties of epoxy through comparison of samples made from as-received resin and resins diluted once and twice by acetone. RPC can be accepted with confidence in substrate pre-treatments for strong adhesive bonding if no detrimental effect on epoxy properties is observed. Fourier transform infrared spectrum (FTIR) was conducted, showing the spectrogram of the resin previously diluted by acetone was the same as that of as-received resin, i.e. no change in epoxy molecular structures after complete evaporation of acetone. Strength and modulus of elasticity measured by flexural and compressive tests were compared using samples made from as-received resin, and resins diluted once and twice by acetone. Variations among results from the three groups were less than 2%, or negligible, affirming the RPC method can be used for substrate pre-treatments and stronger adhesive bonding.  相似文献
