高效液相色谱-串联质谱法同时测定人尿液中7种邻苯二甲酸酯代谢物

建立了同时检测人尿液中7种邻苯二甲酸酯代谢物的高效液相色谱-串联三重四极杆质谱法。尿液经酶水解后,采用萃取柱净化,以2%(v/v)甲酸甲醇溶液为洗脱剂,经苯基柱分离,以0.1%(v/v)乙酸水溶液和0.1%(v/v)乙酸乙腈溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,采用电喷雾离子源负离子模式和多反应监测模式采集信号,用同位素内标法进行定量分析。尿液中7种邻苯二甲酸酯代谢物在0.2~200.0 μg/L范围内定量离子的相对峰面积比值与质量浓度均呈良好线性关系(r≥0.99976);检出限(LOD)为13.43~80.21 ng/L,定量限为44.77~267.37 ng/L; 3个水平的加标回收率为88.8%~108.9%,日内和日间精密度均不大于17.05%。该方法可同时准确、灵敏、简便地测定人尿液中7种邻苯二甲酸酯代谢物的暴露水平。     

He同位素原子与HBr分子碰撞的微分截面

基于作者构造的He-HBr体系的各向异性势,采用密耦方法计算了³He,⁴He,⁶He和⁷He与HBr分子在碰撞能量分别为40和75meV时的微分截面,详细讨论了入射氦同位素对微分截面的影响.结果表明：在相同碰撞能量时,随着同位素氦原子质量的增加,总微分截面在0° 时的角分布逐渐增大,同一级衍射振荡极小值位置逐渐向小散射角方向移动;弹性与总非弹性截面交界角逐渐减小,总非弹性截面逐渐增加.碰撞能量越低,入射同位素He原子的 关键词： 同位素效应 微分截面 各向异性势 He-HBr体系     

硼离子同位素位移的计算

应用Grasp92 程序包,计算了11,10B2+的22P3/2 →22S1/2 跃迁和22P1/2 →22S1/2 跃迁的同位素位移.22P3/2 →22S1/2 迁的同位素位移为29828 MHz,22P3/2 →22S1/2 跃迁的同位素位移为29840 MHz.这些理论结果与最新的实验结果是相符合的.     

Isotopic effect of Cl2+ rovibronic spectra in the A-X system

This paper studies the isotopic effect of Cl2+ rovibronic spectra in the A2Πu(Ω=1/2) X 2Πg(Ω= 1/2) system.Based on the experimental results of the molecular constants of 35 Cl2+,it calculates the vibrational isotope shifts of the(2,7) and(3,7) band between the isotopic species 35 Cl+2,35 Cl 37 Cl+and 37 Cl2+,and estimates the rotational constants of both A 2 Π u and X 2 Π g states for the minor isotopic species 35 Cl 37 Cl+and 37 Cl2+.The experimental results of the spectrum of 35 Cl 37 Cl+(3,7) band proves the above mentioned theoretical calculation.The molecular constants and thus resultant rovibronic spectrum for 37 Cl2+ were predicted,which will be helpful for further experimental investigation.     

Phase Transition Originating from Order–Disorder Transformations of Carboxy Oxygen Atoms Coupled with Dynamic Proton Motions in [PhCH2NH(CH3)2]2C2O4⋅H2C2O4

A new molecular phase transition material, [PhCH₂NH(CH₃)₂]₂C₂O₄?H₂C₂O₄, which undergoes a reversible phase transition at 151.6 K, has been successfully synthesized. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), specific heat capacity, and dielectric measurements confirm its reversible phase transition with a large thermal hysteresis of 15.1 K, demonstrating that the phase transition is typical first order. Variable‐temperature single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analyses reveal that the order–disorder transformations of carboxy oxygen atoms induce the structural phase transition. A slight reorientation of the oxalic acid unit is discovered to accompany the ordering of carboxy oxygen atoms at low temperature. The DSC measurement result of the deuterated analog is different to that of 1 , indicating that proton dynamic motions in hydrogen bonds also contribute to the phase transition.     

The hyperfine and isotope structure of the Cd intercombination line – revisited

Careful analysis of the intercombination 5¹S₀–5³P₁ line of the ¹¹³Cd isotope with two hfs components and was carried out. The hyperfine splitting of this line was determined to uncertainty less than 10^-3 cm^-1 using neon-perturbed Doppler limited spectra.     

微燃机稳压箱的计算分析

本文对自行设计的100 kW微型燃气轮机的稳压箱进行了数值模拟,并将结果与国外某75 kW微型燃气轮机的稳压箱的数值模拟结果进行了对比。然后对结果进行分析,从中发现,自行设计的微型燃气轮机的稳压箱与国外同功率级的稳压箱相比,总压恢复系数有所提高,流动损失较小,因此具有更优良的气动性能。计算表明,进口处流动方向变化较大,流动损失也较大,并且流动复杂,有漩涡产生,流场具有复杂的结构,必须在设计时引起足够的重视。     

Fe(acac)3-Al(i-Bu)3-CCl4催化马来酸酐与降冰片烯共聚

 研究了Fe(acac)3-Al(i-Bu)3-CCl4(acac=乙酰丙酮)催化体系对马来酸酐(MA)与降冰片烯(NBE)交替聚合反应的催化性能. 用元素分析、核磁共振和红外光谱研究了共聚物的结构,在单体比为1∶1时,共聚物中MA和NBE的含量分别为52.2%和47.8%. 凝胶渗透色谱结果表明共聚物分子量分布窄. 动力学研究结果表明, MA与NBE共聚对单体浓度呈一级反应,其表观活化能为74.3 kJ/mol.

证明了风车图K4n3(n∈自然数)及其它几类强协调图,并给出了统一的强协调值标号,最后证明了Kn-e(n≥6)是非强协调图.
