The catalytic activities of SO42-/TiO2-MoO3 in synthesizing cyclohexanone ethylene ketal,cyclohexanone 1,2-propanediol ketal, 2-propyl-1,3-dioxolane, 4-methyl-2-isopropyl-1,3-dioxolane,2-isopropyl-1,3-dioxolane, 4-methyl-2-isopropyl-1,3-dioxolane, butanone ethy-lene ketal and butanone 1,2-propanediol ketal were reported. It has been demonstrated that SO42-/TiO2-MoO3 is an excellent catalyst. Various factors concerned in this reaction have been investigated. The optimum conditions have been found, that is, the molar ratio of aldehyde/ketone to alcohol was 1:1.5 or 1:1.3,the mass ratio of the catalyst used to the reactants was 0.25~1.5%, and the reaction time was 45~60 min. Under this conditions, the yield of cyclohexanone ethylene ketal is 82.7%, cyclohexanone 1,2-propanediol ketal is 83.4%, the yield of 2-propyl-1,3-dioxolane is 68.1%,4-methyl-2-isopropyl-1,3-dioxolane is 87.5%, the yield of 2-isopropyl-1,3-dioxolane is 70.7%,4-methyl-2-isopropyl-1,3-dioxolane is 82.5%, the yield of butanone ethylene ketal is 74.1%, and butanone 1,2-propanediol ketal is 94.9%.Some equation and experiment results concerned of the synthetic acetals or ketals were listed as follows. 相似文献

A simple method for the hydrolysis of acetals and ketals was accomplished in neutral water or aqueous media by hydrothermal treatment without using acidic reagents. The deacetalization reaction was effectively accelerated in the presence of calcium chloride. Because no acidic catalysts were employed, neutralization of the reaction mixture was not necessary after the reaction. This sequence was successfully applied to the hydrolysis of chitosan, a biodegradable polyaminosaccharide. 相似文献

Ammonium acetate was found to catalyze efficiently the selective deprotection of aromatic acetates in the presence of various sensitive functionalities in aqueous methanol under neutral conditions at room temperature to yield the corresponding phenols in excellent yields. We describe a parallel and efficient synthesis of multi-branched oligosaccharides 3a-g based upon the structure of the phytoalexin elicitor active branched pentasaccharide 2. One-pot sequential orthogonal deprotection of tetrasaccharide 5 with three different protecting groups provided each of seven glycosyl acceptors 4a-g. Glycosylation of the acceptors 4a-g, followed by deprotection provided branched oligosaccharides 3a-g. Mild and efficient procedures for deprotection of the amine nitrogen protecting p-methoxyphenyl (PMP) group are described. Periodic acid and trichloroisocyanuric acid (TCCA) were found to be particularly effective in realizing amine liberation using 1 and 0.5 equiv of the oxidant, respectively. Extension of the periodic acid-mediated conditions to simultaneous alcohol oxidation by combination with a catalytic amount of sodium dichromate led to smooth conversion of PMP-protected Mannich products into the corresponding β-amino acids in a one-pot procedure. 相似文献

We report here a novel, simple reagent enabling the chemical incorporation of a thiophosphate or a phosphate group at the 5′-end of oligonucleotides using very mild basic deprotection conditions. This method can be useful in the case of alkali sensitive modified oligonucleotides. Fluorination of aromatic compounds by nucleophilic displacement of trimethylanilinium salts by fluoride is a commonly used reaction for radiotracer synthesis. Though the liberated trimethylamine is thought to be an excellent leaving group for this type of SNAr reaction, scattered reports show that amine demethylation (reverse Menschutkin reaction) sometimes dominates over substitution, particularly when relatively electron rich fluoroarenes are the desired targets. Here we provide systematic experimental and theoretical studies of trimethylanilinium demethylation and substitution. Results from these studies highlight the limits of this leaving group in fluoroarene synthesis and have important ramifications for the design of nucleophilic fluorinating agents featuring ammonium cations. 相似文献

The 2,2,2-trichloroethoxycarbonyl (Troc) protecting group was efficiently removed from Troc-protected aliphatic and aromatic amines and also some Troc, Tos- and Troc, Ac-protected amines using activated mischmetal (MM). All reactions were performed by refluxing in dry tetrahydrofuran under an argon atmosphere and gave moderate to excellent yields.
