A new tocopherol derivative, 7a‐methoxy‐α‐tocopherol ( 1 ), and a new taraxastane triterpene, taraxast‐1,20(30)‐dien‐3‐one ( 5 ), together with four known compounds, β‐tocopherol ( 2 ), α‐tocopherol ( 3 ), α‐tocospiro B ( 4 ) and taraxasterone ( 6 ) were isolated from the whole plant of Sida acuta. Their structures were elucidated by spectral analysis including MS, 1D and 2D‐NMR spectroscopy. Among those compounds, compounds 1 , 2 , and 3 showed significant antioxidant effect (EC50 = 86.9, 68.2, and 70.9 μM, respectively) in the DPPH radicals scavenging activity assay.  相似文献

Calcination conditions of the precursor powders, i.e. temperature, type of atmosphere and duration, were determined with a view to obtain superconducting powders with the most advantageous physico-chemical properties. Investigated were powders in the Y?Ba?Cu?O system prepared by the sol-gel method. Thermogravimetric examinations of the powders have revealed that the decomposition kinetics of BaCO3 determines the formation rate of the superconducting YBa2Cu3O7?x (‘123’) phase. It follows from the decomposition kinetics of BaCO3 that the process is the most intensive in argon, whereas in static air and oxygen it is the slowest. The phase composition analysis (XRD) and low-temperature magnetic susceptibility measurements of the calcinated powders, confirm the above mentioned changes in the decomposition kinetics. The reaction of barium carbonate can be completed if the calcination process is conducted at the temperature of 850°C for 25 h, yielding easily sinterable powders for obtaining single-phase superconducting bulk samples with advantageous functional parameters.  相似文献

The Phosphinophosphinidene-phosphoranes tBu2P? P = P(R)tBu2 from Li(THF)22-(tBu2P)2P] and Alkyl Halides We report the formation of tBu2P? P = P(R)tBu2 a and (tBu2)2PR b (with R = Me, Et, nPr, iPr, nBu, PhCH2, H2C = CH? CH2 and CF3) reactions of Li(THF)22-(tBu2P)2P] 2 with MeCl, MeI, EtCl, EtBr, nPrCl, nPrBr, iPrCl, nBuBr, PhCH2Cl, H2C = CH? CH2Cl or CF3Br. In THF solutions the ylidic compounds a predominate, whereas in pentane the corresponding triphosphanes b are preferrably formed. With ClCH2? CH = CH2 only b is produced; CF3Br however yields both tBu2P? P = P(Br)tBu2 and tBu2P? P = P(CF3)tBu2, but no b . The ratio of a:b is influenced by the reaction temperature, too. The compounds tBu2P? P = P(Et)tBu2 4a and (tBu2P)2PEt 4 b , e. g., are produced in a ratio of 4:3 at ?70°C in THF, and 1:1 at 20°C; whereas 1:1 is obtained at ?70°C in pentane, and 1:2 at 20°C. Neither tBuCl nor H2C = CHCl react with 2 . The compounds a decompose thermally or under UV irradiation forming tBu2PR and the cyclophosphanes (tBu2P)nPn.  相似文献

An innovative route for the synthesis of substituted dibenzofurans has been delineated through a ring transformation reaction of suitably functionalized 2H-pyran-2-ones by reaction with 7-methoxybenzofuran-3-one, in high yield. The novelty of the procedure lies in the creation of an aromatic ring from a 2H-pyran-2-one involving the -COCH2-moiety of the substrate.  相似文献

The standard potentialss E o of M/M+ (M=Li, Na, K, Rb, and Cs) electrodes in aqueous urea solutions containing 12, 20, 30 and 37% by weight of urea have been determined at 25°C from emf measurements on the cell M(Hg)/MCl (m), solvent/AgCl–Ag, from the activities of metals in amalgams by use of a similar type of cell in water, and from the values ofs E o of the Ag/AgCl electrode determined earlier. The standard free energies of transfer of MCl, G t o (MCl), from water to the mixed solvents, computed by use of these values and those for the Ag–AgCl electrode, rise sharply from Li+ to Na+ but fall from Na+ to K+ and rather sharply from K+ to Cs+ with a maximum at Na+ in all the solvent compositions. This has been attributed to the superimposition of soft-soft interactions on the electrostatic interactions between the ions and the negative charge centers of the possible hydrogen-bonded solvent complexes in the mixed solvents. Comparison of G t o (i) values for individual ions, obtained by a simultaneous extrapolation procedure, with those in aqueous mixtures of methanol,t-butanol, and dimethyl sulfoxide leads to the conclusion that the solvation of these ions in all these solvents is chiefly dictated by the acid-base type of ion-solvent interactions.  相似文献

Bi-peroxotitanate was synthesized by a peroxo method and after thermal decomposition Bi2Ti2O7 was obtained. DTA, TG and DSC curves of Bi2[Ti2(O2)4(OH)6]5H2O were recorded and used to determine isothermal conditions suitable for obtaining the intermediate samples corresponding to the phases observed during the thermal decomposition. The samples were identified by quantitative analysis, IR spectroscopy and X-ray analysis. The experimental results were used to propose a mechanism of thermal decomposition of the investigated compound to a nanosized Bi2Ti2O7. The optimum conditions were also determined for obtaining Bi2Ti2O7, which is applicable for piezosensors.  相似文献

A new class of M(II)–Hg(II) (M=Cu(II), Co(II), Ni(II)) mixed-metal coordination polymers, Cu(2-pyrazinecarboxylate)2HgCl2 (4), [Co(2-pyrazinecarboxylate)2(HgCl2)2] · 0.61H2O (5) and [Ni(2-pyrazinecarboxylate)2(HgCl2)2] · 0.77H2O (6), have been prepared by self assembly of metal-containing building blocks, M(2-pyrazinecarboxylate)2 · (H2O)2(M=Cu(II), Co(II), Ni(II)), with HgCl2. Compounds 46 were characterized fully by IR, elemental analysis and single crystal X-ray diffraction. Compound 4 crystallized in the monoclinic space group C2/c, with a=17.916(5) Å, b=7.223(2) Å, c=13.335(4) Å, β=128.726(3)°, V=1346.2(6) Å3, Z=4. It contains alternating Hg(II) and Cu(II) metal centers that are cross-linked by 2-pyrazinecarboxylate spacers and chlorine co-ligands to generate a unique three-dimensional Hg(II)–Cu(II) mixed metal framework. Compound 5 crystallized in the triclinic space group P , with a=6.3879(7) Å, b=6.6626(8) Å, c=13.2286(15) Å, α=96.339(2)°, β=91.590(2)°, γ=113.462(2)°, V=511.71(10) Å3, Z=1. Compound 6 also crystallized in the triclinic space group P , with a=6.3543(8) Å, b=6.6194(8) Å, c=13.2801(16) Å, α=96.449(2)°, β=92.263(2)°, γ=113.541(2)°, V=506.67(11) Å3, Z=1. Compounds 5 and 6 are isostructural and in the solid state the Hg(II)M(II)Hg(II) units are connected by Hg2Cl2 linkages to produce a novel M(II)–Hg(II) (M=Co(II), Ni(II)) zigzag mixed-metal chain, in which a new type of M–M′–M′–M array was observed. The metal containing building blocks, M(2-pyrazinecarboxylate)2 · (H2O)2 (M=Cu(II), Co(II), Ni(II)), exhibit different connectivities to HgCl2 depending on the metal cation contained within them.  相似文献

The known triterpene glycosides hederagenin 3-O--L-arabinopyranoside, hederagenin 3-O-\-D-glucopyranoside, oleanolic acid 3-O--sophoroside, hederagenin 3-O--sophoroside, and their 28-O--gentiobiosyl esters, respectively, in addition to the new triterpene glycoside 3-O--sophorosyl-28-O--L-rhamnopyranosyl-(14)-O--gentiobiosyl hederagenin are isolated fromFatsia japonica (Araliaceae) seeds. Alkaline hydrolysis of 3-tert-butyl-7,7-bis(hydroxymethyl)-3,4-dihydro-2H-thiazolo[3,2-a][1,3,5]-triazin-6(7H)-one can occur in three directions: with cleavage of the tetrahydrotriazine ring, with cleavage of the thiazolidine ring, and also with opening of both rings. Depending on the process conditions, either the hydrolysis product corresponding to the first direction or the hydrolytic decomposition products corresponding to the second and third directions can be obtained in preparative quantities. Hydrolysis of 3,3′-di-tert-butyl-3′,4′-dihydro-2′ H-spiro[(perhydro-1,3-oxazine)-5,7′-thiazolo[3,2-a][1,3,5]triazin]-6′-one in (NH4)2CO3 solution occurs in two steps: in the first step, cleavage of the tetrahydrotriazine ring occurs; and in the second step, opening of the perhydrooxazine ring occurs. __________ Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 7, pp. 1089–1097, July, 2005.  相似文献
