1,2-丁二醇共聚对聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯结晶行为及力学性能的影响

为了探索生物基乙二醇中的1,2-丁二醇(1,2-BDO)作为共聚单体对生物基聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)的结晶行为和力学性能的影响。 本文合成了生物基PET均聚物和不同1,2-BDO共聚单元摩尔分数的系列生物基PET共聚物(共聚单体摩尔分数分别为2.0%、2.7%和5.6%),并采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和力学测试等技术手段研究了其结晶行为和力学性能。 结果表明,随着1,2-BDO共聚单元摩尔分数的增加,PET共聚物的熔融温度、结晶速率及结晶度均明显降低,表明1,2-BDO共聚单体的引入破坏了PET分子链的规整性,阻碍了PET链段的结晶。 PET材料的拉伸强度随着1,2-BDO共聚单元摩尔分数的增加而降低,而弯曲强度和弯曲模量略有升高。     

N-取代苯甲酰基-N'-取代芳基硫脲的合成、晶体结构及生物活性

为了寻找新的高活性农药, 利用工业易得的三氟羧草醚及其中间体为起始原料, 设计合成了9个未见报道的N-取代苯甲酰基-N'-取代芳基硫脲化合物, 结构经IR, ¹H NMR, 元素分析确认. X射线衍射测定了化合物4b的晶体结构, 结果表明: 其分子属于三斜晶系, 空间群P-1, a＝0.51588(19) nm, b＝1.0766(4) nm, c＝2.0596(8) nm, α＝81.113(6)°, β＝89.702(6)°, γ＝78.131(6)°, V＝1.1056(7) nm³, D_c＝1.445 Mg/m³, Z＝2, F(000)＝492, μ＝0.319 mm^－1. 初步生物活性测试结果表明, 部分化合物具有较好的除草活性.     

Synthesis and characterization of new soluble poly（aryl ether nitrile）s containing phthalazinone moiety

A series of novel poly（aryl ether nitrile）s containing phthalazinone moiety were synthesized by the nucleophilic displacement reaction of bisphenol-like monomers （I） with 2,6-difluorobenzonitrile. The inherent viscosities ranged from 0.46 to 1.07 dL g^-1. The glass transition temperatures were in the range of 277-295℃, and the temperatures for 10% weight loss in nitrogen atmosphere were found between 495 and 527 ℃. The structures of these resultant polymers were confirmed by FT-IR and 1^H NMR. Moreover, the properties of poly（aryl ether nitrile）s including solubility and crystallinity were also studied.     

脯氨酸催化的甲基酮与a-酮酸酯间的不对称Aldol反应

以脯氨酸为催化剂，实现了甲基酮与a-酮酸酯间的不对称Aldol反应，以43%-93%的产率和最高达81％的ee得到多种a-羟基酸酯。空间效应看来是影响反应活性和选择性的一个重要因素。丙酮表现出比丁酮高的反应活性，而在某些情况下 丁酮则呈现更高的对映选择性。     

Goniothalamin内酯含氟修饰物合成研究进展

Goniothalamin是由番荔枝科(annonaceae)家族中分离出的抗肿瘤活性天然产物分子,具有苯乙烯基及α,β-不饱和-δ-内酯两个关键片段。药物化学家近年来利用氟原子或者含氟基团对这两个关键药效基团进行了系统的结构修饰,试图利用氟独特的物理化学性质调控药效基团电子属性以获取具有更佳生理活性的化合物。本文主要从含氟基团引入的位点设计以及合成方法角度,总结了goniothalamin内酯含氟修饰物合成与生理活性研究进展,并进行了发展前景展望。     

Syntheses and Crystal Structures of 4,4‘—Diformyl—diphenoxyethane and 4,4’,4‘’—Triformyl—triphenoxytriethylamine

Two title compounds, 4,4'-diformyl-diphenoxyethane (compound 1, C16H14O4)and 4,4',4'-triformyl-triphenoxytriethylamine (compound 2, C27H27NO6), were synthesized by condensation of 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde with 1,2-dichloroethane and tris2-chloroethylamine, respectively in dimethyl formamide in the presence of anhydrous potassium carbonate. The crystal data are: monoclinic, P21/c, a = 7.571(2), b = 12.608(3), c = 7.357(2) ', = 105.823(6)o, V = 675.7(2)'3, Mr = 270.3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.328 g/cm3, F(000) = 284, (MoK = 0.096 mm-1, R = 0.0537 and wR = 0.2189 for compound 1; and monoclinic, P21/n, a = 11.7162(6), b = 9.0042(6), c = 22.908(2) ', = 99.505(1)°, V = 2383.5(3) '3, Mr = 461.50, Z = 4, Dc = 1.286 g/cm3, F(000)= 976, (MoK = 0.091 mm-1, R = 0.0464 and wR = 0.1462 for compound 2. The molecule of compound 1 dialdehyde is located at the crystallographic inversion center nearby the midpoint of C8-C8A single bond. The three chains in the molecule of compound 2 trialdehyde are of non-crystallographic pseudo-C3 symmetry, and each of them is quite planar.     

二苯并-18-冠-6-甲醛聚合物柱色谱分离富集化学发光法测定痕量金

研究了用一种新的高分子冠醚聚合物(二苯并-18-冠-6-甲醛聚合物)作为色谱柱的固定相，分离富集痕量金，再用化学发光法进行测定；在盐酸介质中，高分子冠醚对金的吸附率可达100％，吸附的金可被硫脲完全解吸，吸附容量为19.40mg/g；化学发光法测定操作简便，效果令人满意；研究结果表明：把高分子冠醚聚合物作为分离富集手段与具有高灵敏度的化学发光法结合进行痕量分析是一种很有前途的方法。     

STUDY ON 1-HEXENE POLYMERIZATION BASED ON ZIEGLER-NATTA CATALYSTS WITH DOPED SUPPORT

A series of Ti/Mg supported catalysts are prepared by using ball-milled mixtures of MgCl2-ethanol adducts and NaCl as supports, and 1-hexene polymerizations catalyzed by the novel catalysts are studied. It is found that the molecular weight distribution of poly(1-hexene) becomes apparently narrower when catalysts with doped supports are used, indicating that changing the structure of the support is an effective way to regulate the active center distribution of heterogeneous Ziegler-Natta catalyst.

采用不同方法由三铳盐合成新型的聚电解质前聚物及可溶于有机溶剂的侧链溴代聚对苯乙炔前聚物，发现侧链烷氧取代基上的铳盐并不参与聚合，所得前聚物加热都可转化为聚对苯乙炔。     

含苯并呋喃、苯并噻吩环的聚苯基-1,2,4-三嗪

本文首次合成了几种含苯并呋喃苯并噻吩环的新的芳香族四羰基化合物,并对它们进行了元素分析和红外光谱测定。将所合成的芳族四羰基化合物分别与芳族双酰胺腙反应,得到了一系列含氧、硫杂原子的新的聚苯基-1,2,4-三嗪。这些高聚物均可以浇铸成膜。对聚合物所进行的一般性能测试的结果表明,它们具有良好的力学性能和较好的耐温性。
