Determination of inosine 5′-monophosphate and guanosine 5′-monophosphate in pig feed by capillary zone electrophoresis

A capillary zone clectrophoresis method was developed for the determination of IMP and GIMP, commonly used as flavor enhancers in poultry feed, in a real sample of complex composition. A baseline separation of inosine 5′-monophosphate and guanosine 5′-monophosphate was achieved within 10 min and the other components in the sample did not interfere with the separation. Quantitative results obtained from pig feed samples are presented. The separation conditions and experimental reproducibility are also discussed.     

Solid state reactions of nitrogenous heterocyclic compounds(Ⅰ)——Solid state reactions of 3-methyl-l-phenyl-5-pyrazolone with carbonyl compounds

The solid state reaction of 3-methyl-1-phenyl-5-pyrazolone (MPP) with aromatic aldehydes and ke-tones benzil derivatives and imides,and the solid state Michael addition reaction of MPP with 4-arylidene-3-methyl-1-phenyl-5-pyrnzolone 2 were investigated.Some new solid state reactions between the reactants were found,from which a series of new compounds were obtained The structures of the products were identified by IR,1H NMR,MS,elemental analyses and also by X-ray crystal analysis,and the reaction mechanism of MPP with aromatic aldehydes and ketones was proposed     

树脂吸附法处理水杨酸甲酯生产废水的研究

采用吸附树脂NDA—99处理水杨酸甲酯生产废水，结果表明该树脂时废水中的5磺基水杨酸及水杨酸均具有良好的吸附—脱附性能．废水经预处理和吸附处理后，CODCr由57000-59000mg／L降至6300mg／L左右，去除率接近89％．用IBV8％NaOH 3BVH2O作脱附剂，在温度为60℃、流量为IBV／h的条件下，脱附率接近100％，树脂可重复使用．高浓度脱附液经酸化、浓缩、冷却结晶，可回收5—磺基水杨酸，回收率为95％左右。纯度为78％。     

三磷酸胞苷在Duolite A-30树脂上的交换过程研究

根据CTP在离子交换树脂上的吸附容量和分离因数的大小,确定Duolite A-30树脂适合CTP与CDP,CMP之间的分离.对CTP在Duolite A-30树脂上的吸附动力学和热力学研究表明,在283.15K~303.15K之间,CTP的质量浓度在7.5g/L以上时,Duolite A-30树脂对CTP的吸附主要受颗粒扩散的控制,其有效扩散系数为D=3.47×10-7cm2/s,溶液的质量浓度≤1.0g/L时,CTP与Duolite A-30树脂之间的交换速率主要受液膜控制,其液膜扩散系数为Kf =4.112×10-4/s.同时测定了不同条件下三磷酸胞苷溶液在Duolite A-30树脂固定床离子交换柱中的穿透曲线,研究了进口浓度、进口流速、原料液温度、原料液的pH值及柱高对穿透曲线的影响.用二阶动力学推动力模型描述固定床动态过程,考察了轴向返混对穿透曲线的影响,并从穿透曲线回归得到总传质系数,模型计算值与实验数据符合良好.     

Reactions of Hydroxyazolidines with π-Donor Heterocycles. 3. Reaction of 1-Acetyl-5-hydroxypyrazolidines with Oxindoles

The reaction of oxindoles with 5-hydroxypyrazolidines on the surface of potassium fluoride-modified alumina leads to 3-(5-pyrazolidinyl)oxindoles. The structure of these products was studied.     

Synthesis of novel silylated 1,2,4-triazin-5-ones

The reaction of various α-silyl-α-keto esters with thiosemicarbazide at 50 °C in ethyl acetate was found to give α-silyl-substituted thiosemicarbazone-acetic acid esters in good yield. These may then be converted to their corresponding silyl-substituted 1,2,4-triazin-5-ones by cyclization under basic conditions.     

One-pot synthesis of 5-(substituted-amino)pyrazoles

An efficient and mild one-pot synthesis of substituted 5-alkylamino and/or 5-(arylamino)pyrazoles is described. A suitably decorated β-ketoamide, an aryl or alkyl hydrazine and Lawesson's reagent are suspended in THF/Py and gently heated to yield the requisite 5-aminopyrazoles.     

Rapid determination of protein in plant material by flow injection spectrophotometry with trinitrobenzenesulfonic acid

The rapid determination of protein in plant material based on spectrophotometric determination of amino acids in protein hydrolysates with trinitrobenzenesulfonic acid has been adapted to flow injection analysis. With the manifold described, a routine sampling rate of 120 samples/h is possible, though this, as well as sensitivity, can easily be varied. The method was calibrated against the Kjeldahl method and a good correlation was obtained between the two methods over a wide range of protein values for beans.     

The Kissinger law and isokinetic effect: Part II. Experimental analysis

On the basis of copper sulphate pentahydrate thermal dissociation, for analyzed reactions I to IV, 6 thermokinetic equations was discussed. Arrhenius law parameters were determined and the isokinetic effect (IE) and Kissinger law appearing was analyzed. It was found that only dependence resulting from isokinetic effect, in the form k _m=q/T _m, relates to the suitable thermokinetic Eq. (2) and Kissinger law in modified form (14). The confirmation was made that the possibility of determining the averaged activation energy from thermokinetic equations using suitable correction coefficients exists.This revised version was published online in November 2005 with corrections to the Cover Date.     

3,5-diBr-PADAP作锆(Ⅳ)显色剂的分光光度法研究与应用

本文研究了在非离子表面活性剂存在下,用3,5-diBr-PADAP作锆显色剂的胶束增溶分光光度法。在pH1.0～2.0的HCl介质中,配合物吸光度最大且稳定,最大吸收值在610nm处。Zr(Ⅳ)与试剂形成1:2的配合物,摩尔吸光系数为1.10×10~5L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),zr(Ⅳ)量在0～30μg/25mL范围内遵守比尔定律。采用钽试剂一苯苹取分离法,适合于钽铌矿中微量锆的测定。
