Synthesis and Crystal Structure of 4,4′-(4-(1-Naphthyl)-4-phenyl- 1,3-butadienylidene)-bis[N,N-diethylbenzenamine]

The title compound (C40H42N2) has been synthesized by the reaction of 1-(1-naphthyl)-1-phenyl-3-chloropropylene and bis(4-(diethylamino) phenyl)methanone, and characterized by IR, 1H NMR, MS and X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 17.047(3), b = 10.807(2), c = 1&494(4) (A), β = 105.727(4)°, V=3279.4(11) A3, Mr = 550.76, Z = 4, Dc = 1.115 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 0.085 mm-1, F(000) = 1184, the final R = 0.0625 and wR = 0.1384 for 2276 observed reflections (I ＞ 2σ(Ⅰ)). X-ray analysis reveals that the butadiene fragment adopts a planar cisiod conformation and makes a dihedral angel of 69.4(2)° with the naphthalene ring.

Fe(Ⅲ)-PAR络合物光还原分光光度法测定食用菌中微量铁

研究了溶液酸度、光强度、光照时间及显色剂用量对Fe(Ⅲ)-PAR络合物光还原反应的影响。在pH 4.5 HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中,PAR溶液浓度为1.11×10-3mol/L,250 W荧光高压汞灯照射40 min,Fe(Ⅲ)-PAR络合物光还原反应可趋于完全,据此建立光还原代替化学还原测定微量铁的新方法,该方法用于食用菌中微量铁的测定。     

对甲苯磺酸三甲胺固定相的研究及其分析应用

采用汞塞动态法涂柱,以对甲苯磺酸三甲胺作为固定液制备了石英毛细管色谱柱,固定液量为9.0%(m/V),柱尺寸为30 m×0.32 mm i.d.。对该柱的性能进行了考察。实验结果表明,这种色谱固定相对于极性有机化合物如醇类物质、有机羧酸、酚类物质等有良好的分离能力,且出峰快,时间短,峰形窄而对称。     

4-氯查尔酮缩氨基硫脲微环境效应的紫外-可见光谱研究

合成了新化合物4-氯查尔酮缩氨基硫脲(CCT)并进行了表征;探讨了溶剂极性、溶液的酸度、β-CD及不同离子存在的微环境对CCT的紫外-可见吸收光谱的影响。     

一类新型多取代嘌呤类化合物的合成及生物活性

以4-氯-5硝基嘧啶(3)为起始物, 经胺解、还原和环合等反应, 构建了新型的多取代嘌呤-8-硫酮(6)结构. 通过化合物6与卤代物的反应, 获得了该杂环的8位巯基衍生物7a-1~7, 7b-1~5和8, 其结构经元素分析, 1H NMR, IR及MS确证. 生物活性测试结果表明,  化合物6和7具有一定的除草和抗烟草花叶病毒活性.     

荧光光度法测定蔬果类罐头食品中的微量铅

以3mol/L HCl为介质,利用荧光光度计检测PbCl2-4的荧光强度,建立了测定蔬果类罐头食品中微量铅的新方法,该方法的检出限为8.8μg/mL,回收率为;97.0%.     

XRD粉末衍射法研究微波场作用下4A分子筛的合成

在微波场作用下合成了粒度均匀、白度和钙离子交换容量高、性能优异的4A分子筛。用XRD粉末衍射法研究了硅铝比、水钠比、微波功率和微波加热时间对微波合成4A分子筛的影响,找出了在微波场作用下合成4A分子筛的最佳条件,并用IR, SEM和DSC等方法对合成的产物进行了表征。

Conjugation of Palbociclib with MHI-148 Has an Increased Cytotoxic Effect for Breast Cancer Cells and an Altered Mechanism of Action

The CDK4/6 inhibitor palbociclib, combined with endocrine therapy, has been shown to be effective in postmenopausal women with estrogen receptor-positive, HER2-negative advanced or metastatic breast cancer. However, palbociclib is not as effective in the highly aggressive, triple-negative breast cancer that lacks sensitivity to chemotherapy or endocrine therapy. We hypothesized that conjugation of the near-infrared dye MHI-148 with palbociclib can produce a potential theranostic in triple-negative, as well as estrogen receptor-positive, breast cancer cells. In our study, the conjugate was found to have enhanced activity in all mammalian cell lines tested in vitro. However, the conjugate was cytotoxic and did not induce G1 cell cycle arrest in breast cancer cells, suggesting its mechanism of action differs from the parent compound palbociclib. The study highlights the importance of investigating the mechanism of conjugates of near-infrared dyes to therapeutic compounds, as conjugation can potentially result in a change of mechanism or target, with an enhanced cytotoxic effect in this case.
