Infrared absorption and reflectivity of double perovskite Sr2FeWO6

In this work we present temperature dependent infrared reflectivity and absorption of Sr₂FeWO₆ between 700 and 17 K measured from 40 to 10000 cm⁻¹. The reflectivity spectra show well defined phonon bands peaking at 143, 227, 377 and 625 cm⁻¹ assigned to overlapping vibrational modes split from those active in cubic perovskite. We have also verified that this compound is structurally stable in the whole temperature range and that its optical gap at ∼750 cm⁻¹ (95 meV) undergoes only a minor high temperature decrease ascribed to new thermally accessible levels.     

束流线性耦合效应的初步研究

在储存环的束流传输系统中,斜四极场和纵向螺线管场是引起束流线性耦合的主要原因.由于这种耦合,使得束流的幅度和发射度发生交换,引起束流横向包络的增大,严重的将造成束流损失.从Betatron运动方程出发研究了斜四极场和螺线管场存在时束流的幅度耦合效应,分析了斜四极场存在时束流发射度的变化.     

Surface free energies of electroless Ni–P based composite coatings

Surface free energy of a solid surface gives a direct measure of intermolecular interactions at interfaces and has a strong influence on adsorption and adhesion behaviour. However few data are available for the surface free energies of electroless Ni–P based composition coatings. In this paper, the electroless Ni–P, Ni–P-surfactant, Ni–Cu–P, Ni–P–PTFE and Ni–Cu–P–PTFE composite coatings were prepared under various coating conditions. The chemical compositions, surface morphology and thickness of the coatings were measured using an energy dispersive X-ray microanalysis (EDX), a scanning electron microscope (SEM) and a digital micrometer respectively. The contact angles of water, diiodomethane and ethylene glycol on the coatings were measured automatically using dataphysics OCA-20 contact angle analyser. The surface free energy of the coatings and their components (e.g. dispersion, polar or acid/base portions) were calculated using various methods. The experimental results showed that the incorporation of surfactant or PTFE particles into Ni–P matrixes has a significant influence on the surface free energy of the coatings, while the incorporation of copper into Ni–P matrixes has no significant influence on the surface free energy of the coatings.     

X波段盘圈加速结构热阴极微波电子枪的研究

介绍了采用盘圈(DAW)加速结构在11.43GHz下研制的热阴极微波电子枪注入器，分析了注入器中DAW加速结构支撑杆对于微波特性的影响以及加速结构中的模式重叠问题. 针对该结构的强腔间耦合以及次临近耦合不能忽略的特点，对其调谐方法进行了分析研究.给出了该长腔链热阴极微波电子枪注入器的物理设计及粒子动力学计算结果，电子能量为5—6MeV，脉冲流强为40mA，电子束发射度为3.4πmm.mrad. 该微波电子枪的加工焊接已经完成，文中给出了其冷测结果.     

Phase and Amplitude Characteristics of Injection Lasers with Allowance for the Effects of Nonlinear Amplification in Current Modulation

The influence of the parameter of amplitude-phase coupling for nonlinear amplification on the phase-frequency characteristics of an injection laser in the regime of pumping current modulation has been investigated theoretically. The parameter is defined as the coefficient of proportionality between changes in the real and imaginary parts of the refractive index during variation of the density of photons in the cavity. The substantial dependence of the coefficient of phase modulation on the parameter of the amplitude-phase coupling for nonlinear amplification at small modulation frequencies is shown. A technique to determine the indicated parameter based on the frequency dependence of the ratio between the coefficients of phase and amplitude modulation is suggested.     

ICP-AES同时测定混合矿物素中的磷、钙、铁、铜、锌、锰、镁、钴

采用ICP－AES法测定混合矿物素中的磷、钙、铁、铜、锌、锰、镁、钴元素含量，并对样品的溶解酸和酸用量、元素分析线的选择以及共存元素间的干扰进行了研究。该法简便、快速，精密度和准确度较好。     

Convenient synthesis of alkoxyhalosilanes from hydrosilanes

Selective dehydrogenative coupling of di- and trihydrosilanes with alcohols catalyzed by PdCl₂ or NiCl₂ afforded alkoxyhydro- and dialkoxyhydrosilanes in good yield. Further treatment of the resulting alkoxyhydrosilanes with carbon tetrachloride or allyl bromide in the presence of the same catalyst led to the formation of alkoxychloro- and alkoxybromosilanes, respectively. Similar reactions of dialkoxyhydrosilanes with carbon tetrachloride afforded dialkoxychlorosilanes in good yield, although contamination of small amounts of trialkoxysilanes and alkoxydichlorosilanes was detected in the products. Selective substitution of the alkoxyhalosilanes with nucleophiles is also reported.     

Equivariant fixed-point indices of iterated maps

We describe an equivariant version (for actions of a finite group G) of Dold’s index theory, [10], for iterated maps. Equivariant Dold indices are defined, in general, for a G-map U → X defined on an open G-subset of a G-ANR X (and satisfying a suitable compactness condition). A local index for isolated fixed-points is introduced, and the theorem of Shub and Sullivan on the vanishing of all but finitely many Dold indices for a continuously differentiable map is extended to the equivariant case. Homotopy Dold indices, arising from the equivariant Reidemeister trace, are also considered.      

Asymptotic Distribution of Nodes for Near-Optimal Polynomial Interpolation on Certain Curves in R 2

Let E\subset \Bbb R ^s be compact and let d _n ^E denote the dimension of the space of polynomials of degree at most n in s variables restricted to E . We introduce the notion of an asymptotic interpolation measure (AIM). Such a measure, if it exists , describes the asymptotic behavior of any scheme τ _n ={ \bf x _k,n } _k=1 ^dnE , n=1,2,\ldots , of nodes for multivariate polynomial interpolation for which the norms of the corresponding interpolation operators do not grow geometrically large with n . We demonstrate the existence of AIMs for the finite union of compact subsets of certain algebraic curves in R ² . It turns out that the theory of logarithmic potentials with external fields plays a useful role in the investigation. Furthermore, for the sets mentioned above, we give a computationally simple construction for ``good' interpolation schemes. November 9, 2000. Date revised: August 4, 2001.
