甲基绿褪色分光光度法测定维生素K3

在pH8.7~9.5的弱碱性介质中,维生素K3(VK3)能使甲基绿发生褪色反应,其最大褪色波长为630nm,并在紫外区出现两个新的吸收峰,其褪色程度(ΔA)与VK3浓度在0·11~2·40mg/L的范围呈正比,可用于VK3的分光光度测定。方法具有很高的灵敏度,其表观摩尔吸光系数ε630=2·13×105L·mol-1·cm-1;对VK3的检出限(3σ)为32·0μg/L。方法有较好的选择性,可用于某些药物制剂及血药中VK3含量的测定。     

Tb3+离子发光探针研究Ca2+,La3+和Al3+与拟南芥钙调素的竞争结合

利用Tb3 离子的发光, 研究了Tb3 与拟南芥钙调素 (CaM)结合的荧光光谱及荧光滴定曲线特点, 然后利用Tb3 4*CaM系统在221 nm直接激发和280 nm敏化激发的光谱变化研究了Ca2 , La3 和Al3 与拟南芥钙调素 (CaM) 的竞争结合作用. 结果表明: Tb3 , La3 与钙调素的竞争结合能力强于Ca2 , 而Tb3 的竞争结合力又大于La3 , Ca2 与钙调素的结合力远大于Al3 . 竞争实验的结果从分子水平上揭示了Tb3 , La3 和Al3 等金属离子生物效应可能的分子机制.     

Ni-P/SiO_2催化剂晶化过程及其加氢活性研究

采用化学还原法制备了负载型Ni－P／SiO2非晶态合金催化剂．应用ICP、BET、氢氧滴定法、XRD、SEM、XPS研究了上述催化剂在高温晶化过程中的表面结构、表面形貌和表面电子态的变化。测定了Ni－P／SiO2非晶态合金晶化前后对其液相苯甲醛加氢反应催化活性和选择性,并讨论了非晶态合金催化剂晶化过程中结构变化对催化性能的影响．     

Quantitative study on La~(3+) influx mediated by sodium-calcium exchanger in human lymphocytes

Whether La3+ can enter human peripheral blood lymphocytes by the Na+/Ca2+ exchanger or not and the effect of La3+on the Na+/Ca2+ exchanger activity are examined by fura-2 technique. And that whether La3+ is sequestered by intracellular organelles (mainly endoplasmic reticulum and mitochondria) is studied by this method. La3+uptake is obviously stimulated by pre-treating the cells with ouabain and by removing extracellular Na+, and intracellular La3+concentration ([La3+]i) is directly proportional to its extracellular concentration ([La3+]o). But when [La3+]o exceeds 0.4 mmol/L, the 340/380 nm ratio of fluorescence is no longer varied and the maximum [La3+], is 1.5×10-12 mol · L-1. The higher concentration of La3+ (0.1 mmol/L) increases Na+/Ca2+ exchange-mediated calcium influx, but lower concentration (10 μmol/L) appears to block calcium influx. The results also suggest that cytosolic La3+ is transported by the ATP-dependent Ca2+ pump. Intracellular Ca2+ stores are depleted by ionomycin, and then ion     

PM3 semi-empirical study of stereoelectronic effects in the Baeyer-Villiger reaction

The Baeyer-Villiger reaction of polymethoxybenzaldehydes with peroxysuccinic acid (PSA) is studied theoretically. The semi-empirical SCF-MO/PM3 method has been used to study the reaction and to calculate the energy profiles. In addition, heat of formation computations and bond order analyses of the transition species along the reaction coordinates have been performed and are interpreted qualitatively in terms of electron flow through the system during aryl migration. Our results support the hypothesis that the second step is a concerted reaction. Our data support a definite effect of the substituent on the aryl migration. The theoretical predictions are in good agreement with experimental results.

Cp*Me₅P₆C₅: A New Carbaphosphane with a Structure Unit of Hittorf-Phosphorus The thermolysis of 1,2,3-tris(pentamethylcyclopentadienyl)cyclotriphosphane [(Cp*P)₃, 1 ] or 2,3,4,6-Tetrakis(pentamethylcyclopentadienyl)bicyclo[3.1.0]hexaphosphane [Cp*₄P₆, 2 ] leads in addition to the known 3,4-bis(pentamethylcyclopentadienyl)tricyclo[3.1.0.0^{2, 6}]hexaphosphane [Cp*₂P₆, 3 ] to the pentacyclic carbaphosphanes 3,4,5,6,11-pentamethyl-endo-9-pentamethylcyclopentadienyl- 3,4,5,6,11-pentacarba-pentacyclo [6.1.1^1,8.1^3,6.0^2,70^10,11]-4-en-undecaphosphane and 3,4,5,6,11-pentamethyl-exo-9-pentamethylcyclopentadienyl-3,4,5,6,11-pentacarba-pentacyclo [6.1.1^1,8.1^3,6.0^2,70^10,11]-4-en-undecaphosphane [Cp*Me₅P₆C₅, 4a, 4b ]. Furthermore, other polyphosphanes are formed, like 1,2,3,4-tetrakis(pentamethylcyclopentadienyl)cyclotetraphosphane [(Cp*P)₄, 5 ] and 2,4-bis(pentamethylcyclopentadienyl)-tetraphosphabicyclo[1.1.0]butane [(Cp*P)₂P₂, 6 ]. The structure of 4a and 4b is determined by NMR-spectroscopy. The molecule contains a P₅C₃-cunean-unit, to which a C₂Me₂-brigde and a PCp*-brigde is bonded.     

Comparison of different strains of the yeastYarrowia lipolytica for citric acid production from glucose hydrol

Four commercial strains and two mutants of the yeast species Yarrowia lipolytica were screened using batch fermentation. Strain Y. lipolytica A-101-1.14 (induced with UV irradiation) was found to be the most suitable for citric acid production from glucose hydrol (39.9% glucose and 2.1% other sugars), a byproduct of glucose production from potato starch. The specific rate of total citric and isocitric acid production was 0.138 g/g.h, the yield on consumed glucose 0.93 g/g, and the productivity achieved was as high as 1.25 g/L.h. All of the tested yeast strains were able to utilize only the glucose from the glucose hydrol medium. Thus, some residual higher oligosaccharides remained in the process effluent.

对氟苯酚-过氧化氢-辣根过氧化物酶体系酶联荧光免疫分析研究──Ⅰ.对氟苯酚直接法及铝-钙指示剂偶合法测定人血清中乙肝表面抗原和表面抗体

对氟苯酚在辣根过氧化物酶（HRP）的催化下可被H2O2氧化，生成本酚及F-。测定对氟苯酚荧光猝灭程度及用铝－钙指示剂荧光体系检测酶促反应释放的F－，可分别建立HRP及其标记物的两种分析方法。铝－钙指示剂偶合法测定HRP的线性范围为0．031～31U／L，检测限（3δ）为0．0093U／L。两种方法分别用于测定人血清中乙肝表面抗原及抗体，结果令人满意。
