以α-溴-2,3,4,5,6-五氟甲苯作柱前衍生试剂,经优化衍生和色谱条件,实现了用高效液相色谱法测定硫氰酸根离子。在ODS柱上,用甲醇-水(80:20)作流动相,于254nm检测,得到线性关系良好的工作曲线,最小检测限为4.7ng。分析了吸烟者唾液样品,回收率为93.7%~101.4%。 相似文献

Genetic algorithms (GA) were used to solve one of the multidimensional problems in computational chemistry, the optimization of force field parameters. The correlation between the composition of the GA, its parameters (p(c), p(m)) and the quality of the results were investigated. The composition was studied for all combinations of a Simple GA/Steady State GA with a Roulette Wheel/Tournament Selector using different values each for crossover (0.5, 0.7, 0.9) and mutation rates (0.01, 0.02, 0.05, 0.10, 0.20). The results show that the performance is strongly dependent on the GA scheme, where the Simple GA/Tournament Selector yields the best results. Two new MM3 parameters were introduced for rhenium compounds with coordination number four (204) and coordination number five (205), the formal oxidation states of rhenium ranging from +V to +VII. A manifold of parameters (Re-C, N, O, S) was obtained by using a diverse set of CSD structures. The advantage of the GA vs. UFF calculations is shown by comparison of several examples. Knowledge of the equation of state of adsorbed or deposited layers of proteins at the air/water interface is of fundamental interest in the understanding of the surface activity of these molecules. Using scaling laws of current polymer theories, it has been shown that the equation of state of the interfacial layer in the semi-dilute regime should relate the surface pressure to the surface concentration through a power law. The exponent of this power law should reflect the quality of the solvent and the conformation of the adsorbed polypeptide chain. In the case of β-lactoglobulin layers, in the range of surface concentrations that should correspond to the semi-dilute regime, the relationship between surface pressure and surface concentration is expressed as a power law. The exponent of this power law is strongly influenced by the nature of the aqueous substrate and by the net charge of the protein molecule. The use of scaling laws gives a coherent view of the expansion of the polypeptide chain in the interfacial layer and of the relationship between surface concentration and surface pressure in the semi-dilute regime. This result favours a strong similarity between β-lactoglobulin and a polymer chain in the interfacial layer. It is concluded that current theories of polymer adsorption could be applied to interfacial protein layers. 相似文献

The ternary system Li2O-Al2O3-B2O3 is reinvestigated with solid-state reaction and X-ray powder diffraction technique to clarify some long-standing uncertainties. The phase relations are constructed based on the phase identifications of 51 ternary samples. Six ternary compounds, Li2AlB5O10, LiAlB2O5, Li3AlB2O6, Li2AlBO4, LiAl7B4O17 and a compound with a composition close to 0.66Li2O·0.06Al2O3·0.28B2O3, are observed or confirmed in this system, and the thermal stability of these ternary compounds is also discussed on the basis of DTA experimental results. 相似文献
