硒与消化系统癌关系的探讨

据不同地貌、地质条件在30个县市按剖面、同步、随机取土壤样品372份．测定硒等微量元素含量．作等级相关分析显示。土壤硒含量与消化系统癌呈负相关关系．作相对危险度、剂量-效应及多因素分析,认为此负相关关系并非偶然现象．     

1^H、7^Li、23^Na、133^Cs NMR研究含氮大环醚双内酯和大环胺双内酰胺的配合性能

本文报道~1H、~7Li、~(23)Na、~(133)Cs NMR测定N,N’-二羧甲基大环醚双内酯(1—4)和大环胺双内酰胺(5),N-对甲苯磺酰基大环醚双内酯(6,7),4’-丹磺酰氨基苯并-18-冠-6(8)与Li~+、Na~+、K~+、Cs~+、Cd~(2+)和Pb~(2+)金属离子的配位作用,并以非线性最小二乘法拟合计算了配合物的形成常数;同时,发展了一种用~(133)Cs NMR测量冠醚和碘离子竞争配合Cs~+的配合物形成常数的新技术.     

叔醇脱水成烯反应的溶剂化能力与介电常数的关系

我们用Fe_2(SO_4)_3·xH_2O为催化剂,对2-甲基-2-已醇脱水生成烯烃反应的溶剂化能力及其动力学做了研究,测定了20种不同溶剂中的反应速率常数和以丙至辛6种直链醇为溶剂于不同温度下反应的速率常数,确定了溶剂化能力与溶剂介电常数之间的线性关系。这方面工作尚未见报道。     

ADSORPTION OF 4-METHYLANILINE IN AQUEOUS SOLUTION BY BENZOYL-CONTAINING POLYMERIC ADSORBENTS

New polymeric adsorbents (ZH-02, ZH-03) containing benzoyl group for adsorbing and removing 4-methylaniline from its aqueous solutions were prepared. Studies on the isotherms and the comparison of desorption conditions evidenced through the adsorption of 4-methylaniline in water onto ZH-02 and ZH-03, namely that there are chemisorption‘s transitions at a proper higher temperature. Mini-colunm adsorption studies of 4-methylaniline on XAD-4, ZH-02 and ZH-03 at 288 K show that the breakthrough capacities are 2.39, 2.99 and 3.19 mmol/g and the total capacities are 3.45, 3.92 and 4.35 mmol/g, respectively.

气相色谱-质谱联用测定苯乙烯中的阻聚剂对叔丁基邻苯二酚

 建立了气相 质谱联用 (GC/MS)测定苯乙烯中阻聚剂对叔丁基邻苯二酚含量的方法。苯乙烯样品直接进样 ,通过毛细管柱 (HP 1,30m× 0 32mmi.d .× 0 2 5 μm)分离 ,由电子轰击 (EI)源于选择离子监测 (SIM)模式下进行检测。结果表明 ,对叔丁基邻苯二酚含量在 5mg/kg～ 5 0mg/kg时线性关系良好 (r2 =0 9987) ,回收率高 ;与美国材料测试标准ASTMD4 5 90中的分光光度测量法比较具有操作简捷、准确度高的特点。     

脱氢姜黄烯及其类似物的合成

利用苯乙酮及苯乙酮衍生物,经过傅-克乙酰化反应、偶联反应、Wittig烯化反应,合成了脱氢姜黄烯及其类似物.再经选择性催化氢化反应,可分别得到α-姜黄烯、黄根醇甲醚及姜黄氢醌甲醚.     

2,6-O-二戊基-3-O-三氟乙酰β-环糊精和聚硅氧烷混合手性石英毛细管柱分离对映体

本文合成了部分烷基化三氟乙酰化的β-环糊精手性固定相(DP-TFA-β-CD),并把它与普通聚硅氧烷OV-7混合制备出了柱效高、热稳定性好的手性石英毛细管柱。与直接涂DP-TFA-β-CD相比,混合固定相能在较短分析时间内对卤代烃、醇、酯、γ-内酯、胺等对映体有更好的拆分。
