平面2n+1次系统极限环的唯一性

讨论了微分方程组 dx/dt=-y(1 -ax2 n) +bx-cx2 n+ 1,dy/dt=x(1 -ax2 n) ,并且给出了其极限环存在唯一的条件 .     

溶胶—凝胶法制备SiO2基片Er^3＋：Al2O3光学薄膜

用溶胶—凝胶法在SiO2基片上提拉制备了掺Er^3 ：Al2O3光学薄膜。采用扫描电子显微镜、原子力显微镜、差热—热重分析仪、X射线衍射仪研究了掺Er^3 ：Al2O3光学薄膜的肜貌和结构特性。在900℃烧结后，SiO2基片上提拉15次形成厚度8μm掺摩尔比0．01Er^3 的面心立方结构γ-Al2O3薄膜具有明显(110)择优取向，掺摩尔比0．01Er^3 对γ—Al2O3的品体结构和结晶生长过程木产生显著影响。薄膜具有均匀多孔结构，平均粒径为30～100nm，平均孔径为50～100nm，表面起伏度为10～20nm。掺摩尔比0．01Er^3 ：rAl2O3薄膜，获得了中心波长为1．534μm(半峰全宽为36nm)的光敛发光谱。     

金催化化学发光新体系——苯并吡喃化学发光分析法测定金矿中的痕量金

本文提出了一种测定矿样中痕量金的化学发光分析法,氯化6,7-二羟基-2,4-二甲基苯并吡喃-H_2O_2化学发光体系,方法的检出限为7ppb。工作曲线线性范围是10～1000ppbAu,测定的相对标准偏差小于7％。应用本法测定矿样中的金,结果良好。     

一种新的$1/f$过程小波模型

给出了一种新的二进小波1/f过程模型,从理论上证明了一类谱指数为H的近似1/f过程可通过一簇平稳随机过程产生.由于所提方法利用了1/f过程小波系数的相关性,因而有效地减少了合成1/f过程的谱误差.数值实验结果表明,新模型很好地改进了已有模型.     

一类特殊二维0-1规划的广义指派模型求解

二维0-1整数规划模型应用广泛,对广义指派问题的研究,解决了一些二维0-1整数规划问题.但有些实际问题具有特殊上限约束,目前还没有对应的方法.针对该实际情形,本文建立了相应的数学模型,利用对指派模型的推广,求得问题最优解,从理论上解决了这一类特殊约束二维0-1整数规划的最优解求取问题.并通过算例说明了方法的使用.     

有限维路代数的K_1群

本文通过计算有限维路代数k△的单位群和单位群的阿贝尔化,完全刻划了 任意域上有限维路代数的K1群.     

Exchange环的K0群的正向凸子群格

本文证明了：(1)Exchange环R的K0群的正向凸子群格同构于R的稳定余有限半本原理想格；(2)稳定有限、半本原的exchange环R是单的当且仅当它是K0-单的并且满足逼近弱s^*—可比性，推广了Goodearl，Ara等人的结果。     

Two New Diterpene Acetylxylosides from Aster veitchianus

Two new acetylxylosides,ent-manool-13-O-β-D-2′-acetylxylopyranoside(1)and entmanool-13-O-β-D-2′,4′-diacetylxylopyranoside(2)were isolated from Aster veitchianus.Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods.     

Low-Temperature Growth of Polycrystalline silicon Films by SiCl4／H2 rf Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapour Deposition

Polycrystalline silicon film was directly fabricated at 200℃ by the conventional plasma enhanced chemical vapour deposition method from SiCl4 with H2 dilution. The crystallization depends strongly on the deposition power.The maximum crystMlinity and the crystalline grain size are over 80% and 200—50Onm, respectively. The results of energy dispersive spectroscopy and infrared spectroscopy measurements demonstrate that the film is mostly composed of silicon, without impurities such as Cl, N, C and bonded H. It is suggested that the crystallization at such a low temperature originates from the effects of chlorine, i.e., in-situ chemical, etching, in-situ chemical cleaning, and the detachment of bonded H.     

Quark Virtuality and QCD Vacuum Condensates

Based on the Dyson-Schwinger equations (DSEs) in the ‘rainbow‘ approximation, we investigate the quark virtuality in the vacuum state and quantum-chromodynamics (QCD) vacuum condensates. In particular, we calculate the local quark vacuum condensate and quark-gluon mixed condensates, and then the virtuality of quark. The calculated quark virtualities are λu,d^2 0.7 GeV^2 for u, d quarks, and λs^2=1.6 GeV^2 for s quark. Our theoretical predictions are consistent with empirical values used in QCD sum rules, and also fit to lattice QCD predictions.
