Effect of Notoginsenoside-Rg1 on the Expression of Several Proteins in the Striatum of Rat Models with Parkinson＇s Disease

After establishing hemi-Parkinsonian rat models, the relationships between neuron death and the expression of several proteins, such as c-Fos, GFAP, GDNF, NF-κB and some cytokines were determined. Therapeutics experiments with notoginsenoside-Rg1 were carried out. The research results show that the expressions of GFAP, NF-Kκ and c-Fos will obviously increase in the lesion side of the striatum and the expression of GDNF will decrease, which implies that the signal transduction pathway may participate in the apoptosis in neurons. The levels of some cytokines such as TNF-α, IL-1β in the striatum of PD rat models increased compared to those of normal rats. The results of the therapeutics experiments show that notoginsenoside-Rg1 may repress the immune inflammation response and regulate the immune function through the neuro-immune molecular network. Therefore, notoginsenoside-Rg1 can be used as an effective drug for anti-oxidation and anti-inflammation, and can be used in the therapy of Parkinson＇s disease（PD）.     

A TVD Type Wavelet-Galerkin Method for Hamilton-Jacobi Equations

In this paper,we use Daubechies scaling functions as test functions for the Galerkin method,and discuss Wavelet-Galerkin solutions for the Hamilton-Jacobi equations.It can be proved that the schemesare TVD schemes.Numerical tests indicate that the schemes are suitable for the Hamilton-Jacobi equations.Furthermore,they have high-order accuracy in smooth regions and good resolution of singularities.     

Growth of NaBi（WO4）2 Dendrite and Mechanism

The solid-liquid interface motion of NaBi（WO4）2 （NBWO） melt crystal growth is observed in an in situ system, in which the whole processes of interface transition from fiat interface and cellular to dendrite are visualized. The spacing of the dendrite under smaller temperature gradient turns out to be larger than that under larger temperature gradient, which is found to be sensitive to the temperature distribution. The mechanism of dendrite growth of NBWO is studied based on the model of the growth units of anion coordination polyhedra. The { 001} face has two apex links, so it shows higher stability and has high growth rate and forms the arm of dendrite, whereas the {010} face has only one apex link, and thus shows relative slower growth rate and firstly forms the branches.     

InxGa1-xAs-GaAs应变层量子阱结构的流体静压光荧光研究

本文报道了对分子束外延(MBE)生长的In_0.25Ga_0.75As-GaAs应变层量子阱结构在77K下的压力光荧光(PL)研究的结果。流体静压力从0到50kbar.,给出了In_0.25Ga_0.75As-GaAs应变层量子阱的Γ谷压力系数,实验观察到了量子阱中能级与势垒GaAs中X谷的能级交叉。通过对其压力行为的分析,给出了In_0.25Ga_0.75As-GaAs异质结的导带与价带跃变比:Q_c=△E_c:△E_v=0.68:0.32。对(InGa)As-GaAs应变量子阱常压下的理论分析与实验符合很好。本文也对Al_0.3Ga_0.70As-GaAs量子阱进行了讨论。 关键词：     

聚己二酸单(2-羧苯酚)酯的合成和表征

以己二酸酐和邻羟基苯甲酸为原料，制备了己二酸单（2-羧苯酚）酯，并以它为单体聚合得到了相应的聚酯酸酐．研究了温度、真空度对聚合物分子量的影响，得到了最佳的聚合条件：真空度66．66Pa，聚合温度200℃．在此条件下聚合2．5h，得到的聚己二酸单（2-羧苯酚）酯重均分子量达6498．另外，还对聚合物在不同pH值条件下的体外降解行为进行了研究．     

LD Pump Single-Longitudinal-Mode Nd：GdVO4/RTP Solid-State Green Laser

The single-longitudinal-mode Nd：GdVO4/RTiOPO4 （RTP） solid-state Green laser operation of a laser-diode （LD） end-pumped laser is realized by multi-cavities and a Brewster plate. The LD-pumped single-frequency green laser has been demonstrated by optimizing several parameters and a cavity length, with precise temperature controlling of Nd：GdV04, RTP and laser diode. When the incident pump power is 2 W at 808.4 nm, a single-frequency cw green laser at 532nm with output 210 m W is obtained, the optical-to-optical conversion efficiency is up to 10.5%.

Characteristics of Nd：GdVO4 Laser with Different Nd-Doping Concentrations

We report the properties of a compact diode-pumped continuous-wave Nd：GdV04 laser with a linear cavity and different Nd-doped laser crystals. In a 0.2at.% Nd-doped Nd：GdVO4 laser, 1.54 W output laser power is achieved at 912nm wavelength with a slope efficiency of 24.8% at an absorbed pump power of 9.4W. With 0.3at.% Nd-doping concentration, we can obtain the either single-wavelength emission at 1064nm or 912nm or the dual-wavelength emission at 1064nm and 912nm by controlling the incident pump power. From an incident pump power of 11.6 W, the 1064nm emission between ^4Fa/2 and ^4I11/2 is suppressed completely by the 912nm emission between ^4Fa/2 and ^4I9/2. We obtain 670 mW output of the 912nm single-wavelength laser emission with a slope efficiency of 5.5% by taking an incident pump power of 18.4 W. Using a Nd：GdV04 laser with 0.4at.% Nd-doping concentration, we obtain either the single-wavelength emission at 1064nm or the dual-wavelength emission at both 1064nm and 912nm by increasing the incident pump power. We observe a strong competition process in the dualavelength laser.     

精密垫片精冲工艺有限元分析与模具设计

精密垫片零件，如图1所示，零件材料为1Cr18Ni9Ti，强度大（σb=650MPa），有一定塑性。从零件尺寸精度看，φ4mm外圆为IT7级精度，φ4mm外圆与φ2mm内孔有很高的同轴度要求，冲裁断面与零件两端面有垂直度要求，普通冲压不能达到零件精度：从工序的角度看，有冲孔和落料工序，剪切面粗糙度Ra≤3．2μm，属于光洁冲裁范畴；另外，技术条件中要求零件两大面不得有任何划伤，且光滑平整。总体上看，该零件的冲压加工性不好，难度较大，对模具的设计、选材、制造要求都较高。
