The15N NMR chemical shifts and15N-1H SSCCs are presented for substituted N-methylpyrazoles with substituents such as CH3, NO2, Br, Cl, NH2, O=CNH2, O=CPh, and COOH at the carbon atoms. The15N chemical shifts of the cyclic atoms of nitrogen and the nitro groups are discussed as well as the geminal and vicinal SSCCs of the ring nitrogen atoms with the hydrogen atoms of the CH and CH3 fragments.N. The synergistic solvent extraction of five selected lanthanoid ions (La3+, Nd3+, Eu3+, Ho3+ and Lu3+) with a 4-benzoyl-3-methyl-1-phenyl-5-pyrazolone(HP) and the 5,11,17,23-tert-butyl-25,26,27,28-tetrakis(dimethylphosphinoylmethoxy)calix[4]arene, (S) in CHCl3 has been studied. It was found that in presence of this phosphorus-containing calix[4]arene the lanthanoids have been extracted as LnP3 · S. On the basis of the experimental data, the values of the equilibrium constants have been calculated. The influence of the synergistic agent on the extraction process has been discussed. A synergistic effect of almost three orders of magnitude occurs in the extraction of Ln(III) with mixture of HP and S. The values of the separation factors (S.F.) between the adjacent elements have been evaluated. On the basis of the IR and NMR spectra the stoichiometry and the structure of the solid complexes of Eu(III) with HP and Eu(III) with HP and S were proposed.  相似文献

The influence of the nonionic polymer poly(N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone) (PVP) in comparison to the surfactant 1-octyl-2-pyrrolidinone (OP) on the phase behavior of the system SDS/pentanol/xylene/water was studied. In both modified systems a strong increase in the water solubilization capacity was found, accompanied by a change in the spontaneous curvature toward zero. In the polymer-modified system an isotropic phase channel is formed with increasing polymer content that connects the L1 and the L2 phase. The lamellar liquid crystalline phase is destabilized in both cases. In the L1 phase the adsorption of PVP at the surface of the microemulsion droplets and the formation of a cluster-like structure is proven by several methods like 13C NMR T1 relaxation time measurments, zeta potential measurements, and rheology. In the L2 phase a modification of the interface of the inverse droplets is detected by a shift in the percolation boundary (conductivity) and 13C NMR T1 relaxation measurements. The formation of a cluster-like structure can be assumed on the basis of our rheological measurements.  相似文献

The Phosphinophosphinidene-phosphoranes tBu2P? P = P(R)tBu2 from Li(THF)22-(tBu2P)2P] and Alkyl Halides We report the formation of tBu2P? P = P(R)tBu2 a and (tBu2)2PR b (with R = Me, Et, nPr, iPr, nBu, PhCH2, H2C = CH? CH2 and CF3) reactions of Li(THF)22-(tBu2P)2P] 2 with MeCl, MeI, EtCl, EtBr, nPrCl, nPrBr, iPrCl, nBuBr, PhCH2Cl, H2C = CH? CH2Cl or CF3Br. In THF solutions the ylidic compounds a predominate, whereas in pentane the corresponding triphosphanes b are preferrably formed. With ClCH2? CH = CH2 only b is produced; CF3Br however yields both tBu2P? P = P(Br)tBu2 and tBu2P? P = P(CF3)tBu2, but no b . The ratio of a:b is influenced by the reaction temperature, too. The compounds tBu2P? P = P(Et)tBu2 4a and (tBu2P)2PEt 4 b , e. g., are produced in a ratio of 4:3 at ?70°C in THF, and 1:1 at 20°C; whereas 1:1 is obtained at ?70°C in pentane, and 1:2 at 20°C. Neither tBuCl nor H2C = CHCl react with 2 . The compounds a decompose thermally or under UV irradiation forming tBu2PR and the cyclophosphanes (tBu2P)nPn.  相似文献

The self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) of 1-adamantanethiolate and its derivatives on Au(111) surface were investigated. Density functional theory (DFT) calculation indicates that the most stable configuration for absorption is at the face centered cubic (fcc)-bridge site. Canonical ensemble molecular dynamics (MD) simulations were carried out to study the structures and energies of the SAMs. The ordered structures of the SAMs were analyzed by means of radial distribution function and the relative stability of the SAMs was compared. It was concluded by the comparison of various contributions to the SAM formation energy that the formation of the SAMs was determined by the intermolecular nonbonding interaction and the chemical bonding interaction of sulfur and gold.  相似文献

A series of 3-(N-substituted)-aminoquinolin-2(1H)-ones have been synthesized by the palladium-catalyzed C-N coupling reaction starting from 3-bromoquinolin-2-(1H)-ones. Various nucleophiles including amines, amides, sulfonamides, carbamates and ureas have been used successfully. In all the cases, the reactions take place rapidly in 1,4-dioxane and proceed in good to excellent yield using palladium acetate as a catalyst, Xantphos as a ligand and Cs2CO3 as a base.  相似文献

The microwave-assisted synthesis of 5-amino-3-aralkoxy(methoxy)amino-1,2,4-oxadiazoles starting from N1-aralkoxy-(methoxy)-N3-cyano-O-phenylisoureas and hydroxylamine is described. Three new neolignans, named 1‐deoxycarinatone ( 1 ), isodihydrocarinatidin ( 2 ), and isolicarin A ( 3 ), together with the known neolignan (+)‐dehydrodiisoeugenol ( 4 ), were isolated from mace (the aril of Myristica fragrans Houtt .). Their structures were elucidated as 2‐[(1S)‐2‐(4‐hydroxy‐3‐methoxyphenyl)‐1‐methylethyl]‐6‐methoxy‐4‐(prop‐2‐enyl)phenol ( 1 ), 4‐[(2R,3R)‐2,3‐dihydro‐7‐methoxy‐3‐methyl‐5‐(prop‐2‐enyl)benzofuran‐2‐yl]‐2‐methoxyphenol ( 2 ), and 4‐{(2S,3R)‐2,3‐dihydro‐7‐methoxy‐3‐methyl‐5‐[(1E)‐prop‐1‐enyl]benzofuran‐2‐yl}‐2‐methoxyphenol ( 3 ) on the basis of spectroscopic data.  相似文献

The enantiomeric resolution of (+/-)-ibuprofen into its enantiomers was achieved by TLC on silica gel plate using optically pure (-)-brucine as a chiral selector and acetonitrile-methanol (5:1, v/v) as the solvent system. Spots were located in an iodine chamber. The detection limit was 4.9 microg. The effect of concentration of the chiral selector, temperature and pH on resolution has been studied.  相似文献
