高斯光束计算平板波导自由传输区远场分布及其修正

对近轴近似条件下求解亥姆霍兹方程得到的高斯光束显式传播公式做了分析，同时，基于基尔霍夫衍射理论，在菲涅耳近似的条件下给出了相应的高斯光束在远场的传播公式，在此基础上，对近轴近似条件做出了定量分析，给出了这个近似条件引入的误差，提出了一种计算高斯光束远场分布的修正方法，并采用有限差分-光束传播方法(FD-BPM)来检验各种方法的准确性。把这种修正方法应用到平面光集成波导器件，如阵列波导光栅(AWG)、蚀刻衍射光栅(EDG)等器件的设计和模拟中，可以大大降低工作的复杂性，同时可以得到精确的结果。     

Studies on Structure and Porperties of Water Soluble Polysaccharide from Fruiting Body of Cordyceps Militarvs(L.) Link

A water soluble crude polysaccharide has been isolated from the fruiting body of cultivated Cordyceps militarvs(L.)Link.The GC analysis indicated that it contained the monosaccharides of Gal,Man,Glc and GlcA.Their molar ratio is 1.00:1.58:7.89:0.19.The crude polysaccharide was fractionated with ethanol to get three fractions,which were CM-Ⅰand CM-Ⅲ,CM-Ⅱ was further purified to get one homogeneous fraction named CMB.The molecular weight was estimated to be 6000by means of gel filtration.CMB is a greyish white powder.The GC analysis indicated that it was composed of Gal.Man,Glc and the molar ratio is 1.00:1.38:5.10.Partial hydrolysis with an acid.periodate oxidation.Smith degradation.IR,GC and methylation analyses,GC/MS analyses were used for the structure analyses of CMB.Man,(1→6)-linked-Glc,(1→4)-linked-Glc and (1→4)-linked-Gal.Some of (1→4) -linked-Glc and all(1→4)-linked-Gal residues are substituted at 3-O and 6-O respectively,(1→4)-linked-Glc and minor(1→6)-linked-Gle.The nonreduced end is composed of Gal and Glc.The main glycosidic link of CMB is α configuration.     

乘积空间上极大奇异积分算子的Lp有界性

用旋转法结合Fourier估计以及Littlewood-Paley理论给出了乘积空间上带粗糙核的极大奇异积分算子的Lp有界性.证明了对于Ω∈Lq(Sn-1×Sm1),其中q＞1,∫ sn-1Ω(x',y')dx'=0, y'∈Sm-1,∫ sm-1Ω(x',y')dy'=0, x'∈Sn-1,且b,h∈L∞(R1+),则积域上极大奇异积分算子T*(f)=supε1＞0,ε2＞0∫∫|u|＞ε1|v|＞ε2b(|u|)h (|v|)Ω(u',v')/|v|n|v|mf(x-u,y-v)dudv为Lp(Rn×Rm)有界,其中1＜p＜∞.从而改进了以往的结果.     

相对论二极管电子枪设计的分析解与实验的比较

本文对轴对称场二极管区电子运动所遵循的近似轨迹方程进行数值求解,以此做为设计相对论二极管电子枪的依据,与实验结果相比较,符合较好。     

Schottky Barrier Height Inhomogeneity of Ti／n—GaAs Contact Studied by the I—V—T Technique

The current-voltage characteristics of Ti/n-GaAs Schottky diodes measured over a temperature range of 78-299K have been interpreted on the basis of thermionic emission across an inhomogeneous Schottky contact.The experiment shows that the apparent barrier height (φap) increases from 0.437eV at 78K to 0.698eV at room temperature.the plot of φap versus 1/T does not exhibit a simple linear relationship over the whole temperature range,indicating that the barrier height distribution is more complicated than the frequently observed single Gaussian distribution.A new multi-Gaussian distribution model is developed.Our experimental results can be explained by a double Gaussian distribution of the barrier heights.The weight,the mean barrier height,and the standard deviation of the two Gaussian functions are 0.00001 and 0.99999,0.721 and 0.696,0.069 and 0.012eV,respectively.     

Efficient Visible Electroluminescence from Porous Silicon Diodes Passivated by Carbon Films

By using n-butylamine as a carbon resource,carbon film is deposited on the p-n porous silicon (PS) surface with a radio-frequency glow discharge plasma system.Raman spectra and infrared reflection (IR) spectra of the carbon films indicate that there are amine-group and hydrogen atoms therein.The IR spectra of the passivated PS samples exhibit that the PS surfaces are mainly covered with Si-C,Si-N and Si-O bonds.Electroluminescence (EL) spectra show that the EL intensity of the passivated PS diodes increases greatly and the blueshift of the EL peak occurs compared with the diodes without treatment.Both of these are stable while the passivated diodes are exposed to the air indoors.The I-V characteristics reveal that the passivated diodes have a smaller series resistance and a lower onset voltage.The influence of the carbon film passivation on EL properties of PS has also been discussed.The results have proven that carbon film passivation is a good way to enhance the PS luminescent intensity and stability.

消除预脉冲电压的撬棒管开关法

 分析了脉冲线加速器在放电过程中产生的预脉冲电压现象。为了减少预脉冲电压引起的等离子体发射对正常状态的影响，采用了一种冷阴极撬棒管，将它与阴极杆相连。实验证明在采用了这种器件后，预脉冲电压可以从150kV左右减少到50kV。相对论返波管和相对论磁控管的性能得以显著改善。
