氧氟沙星甲基化物的核磁共振波谱研究

结合1H NMR,13C NMR,DEPT,HSQC,HMBC谱和碳氟偶合裂分行为, 对氧氟沙星(ofloxacin, OFL)哌嗪部分的甲基化产物-甲基氧氟沙星(methyl-ofloxacin,Me-OFL)的结构进行归属,并探讨了Me-OFL在酸性及碱性溶液中的1H和13C谱的变化。碱性溶液中, 5H的化学位移较酸性向高场移动1.02, 推测此变化与形成C—H…O弱氢键有关。6C、13C、羰基碳7C和羧基碳15C分别向低场位移12.04,7.46,4.33,2.88 ppm, 推测此变化与羧基和羧酸根的转变有关。另外, 还比较了OFL哌嗪环4’N上质子化产物与烷基化产物的正电荷分布。当哌嗪环质子化形成季铵盐时,正电荷分布在氢原子上;当其烷基化形成季铵盐时, 正电荷分布在氮原子上。     

白首乌中C21甾苷对酪氨酸酶二酚酶活力的影响

测定滨海白首乌中有效成分C21甾苷对酪氨酸酶活性作用的影响.首乌C21甾苷经分离纯化后,得到的组分C21甾苷(Ⅲ)对酪氨酸酶二酚酶活性的抑制作用表现为可逆抑制效应.其对二酚酶的抑制作用显示浓度依赖关系,测定导致酶活力下降50%的抑制剂浓度(IC50)为0.078mg/mL,其抑制作用为竞争性抑制效应.

Wafer-Level Testable High-Speed Silicon Microring Modulator Integrated with Grating Couplers

A wafer-level testable silicon-on-insulator-based microring modulator is demonstrated with high modulation speed, to which the grating couplers are integrated as the fiber-to-chip interfaces. Cost-efflcient fabrications are realized with the help of optical structure and etching depth designs. Grating couplers and waveguides are patterned and etched together with the same slab thickness. Finally we obtain a 3-dB coupling bandwidth of about 6Ohm and 10 Gb/s nonreturn-to-zero modulation by wafer-level optical and electrical measurements.

Hopf Bifurcation Control of a Hyperchaotic Circuit System

This paper is concerned with the Hopf bifurcation control of a new hyperchaotic circuit system. The stability of the hyperchaotie circuit system depends on a selected control parameter is studied, and the critical value of the system parameter at which Hopf bifurcation occurs is investigated. Theoretical analysis give the stability of the Hopf bifurcation. In particular, washout filter aided feedback controllers are designed for delaying the bifurcation point and ensuring the stability of the bifurcated limit cycles. An important feature of the control laws is that they do not result in any change in the set of equilibria. Computer simulation results are presented to confirm the analytical predictions.
