尝试错误--学习的"催化剂"

1　问题的提出错误是学生在学习过程中自然存在的现象 ,也是不可避免的 ,在数学教学中企图让学生完全避免错误是不可能的 ,也是没有必要的 .相反 ,在某些情况下却需要有意识地让学生专门进行“尝试错误”的活动 ,这样 ,一方面可充分暴露学生思维的薄弱环节 ,有利于对症下药 ;另一方面 ,错误是正确的先导 ,有时错误比正确更具有教育价值 .正如当代科学家、哲学家波普尔所说 :“错误中往往孕育着比正确更丰富的发现和创造因素 ,发现的方法就是试错方法” .因此 ,在教学中通过暴露学生学习过程中的错误 ,为学生提供以错误为源泉的学习反应后刺…     

乙醇增敏光泽精－H_2O_2－Pb（Ⅱ）化学发光体系的研究及应用

本文研究了Ｈ＿２Ｏ＿２氧化光泽精发光反应及乙醇的敏化作用，发现加入乙醇可使铅催化Ｈ＿２Ｏ＿２，氧化光泽精的发光强度有较大幅度的增强；铅量在３×１０￣（－７）～８×１０￣（－５）ｇ／ｍＬ。范围内与发光强度成正比．方法检出限为０．１０μｇ／ｍＬ；对含４μｇ／ｍＬＰｂ（Ⅱ）１１次重复测定，其ＲＳＤ为２．３％．对３２种常见的阴阳离子进行了干扰实验，表明方法具有较好的选择性。本法应用于水样及沉积物标样中痕量铅的测定，结果良好。     

Threshold of Non－Destructive Pulse for Pt Tip of STM on Graphite Surface

The experimental relationship between width and amplitude of the non-destructive threshold pulse for Pt tip of a scanning tunneling microscope (STM) on graphite surface have been studied strictly and systematically in a wide range of pulse width for the first time. The threshold curve of amplitude versus width indicates that the amplitude of threshold pulse will increase with the decrease of the pulse width. A more rigorous explanation is suggested to interpret the dependence of threshold pulse amplitude on width. Fitted with the experimental data,a new empirical formula is given, extrapolated from which the threshold pulse amplitude will rise to 50 V when the pulse width decreases to 10ns.     

基于褐藻酸钠-纳米金复合物作非酶标记的新型电化学免疫传感器的研制

比较了用三碘甲状腺氨酸抗体(T3抗体)、褐藻酸钠(AS)标记T3抗体及褐藻酸钠-纳米金复合物(ASN)标记的T3抗体,在通过免疫反应结合到免疫电极表面后,引起的电极表面微环境发生改变的程度;用Fe(CN)3-/4-6为电化学探针,用循环伏安法获取金电极表面微环境改变的电流信息来检测 T3抗体,检测的线性范围为100～1 600ng·ml-1,检出限为45ng·ml-1.
