纳米TiO_2用于甲基橙溶液的光催化氧化研究

本实验采用纳米级的二氧化钛,对甲基橙溶液进行了紫外光催化氧化处理,探讨了pH的影响和添加Fe3+的效果及反应动力学方程,结果表明,采用UV/O3/TiO2工艺对其进行处理,pH4-5时,10W紫外灯光照60min,CODcr去除率达84%,脱色率达96%以上。添加Fe3+,对溶液的催化降解速度提高不明显。动力学研究表明,CODcr降解速度对CODcr的浓度为一级反应。     

Effect of Ag Doping on Optical and Electrical Properties of ZnO Thin Films

ZnO thin films were prepared on p-type Si (100) substrates by the sol-gel process. The influence of Ag doping at a content of 0.002% on the photoluminescence and current-voltage (I - V) characteristics of ZnO thin films has been investigated. It is found that Ag doping leads to a pronounced increase in the intensity of near band edge emission at 3.23eV and a remarkable red shift of the visible broadband at room temperature. The I - V characteristics of ZnO/p-Si heterojunctions are also changed. These results could be explained by Ag substituting for Zn in Ag doped ZnO thin films.

连续激光诱导Zn/InP掺杂过程中温度分布的解析计算

在实验的基础上，分析表面蒸发Zn的InP样品在连续激光诱导下掺杂Zn过程.在一维热传导问题的第三类边界条件下，给出激光辐照有限厚双层材料Zn/InP温度分布的一种直观简洁的解析形式. 关键词： 激光诱导掺杂 Zn/InP 温度分布     

CL-18的合成

CL-18是根据TATB和BTF两种化合物的分子结构特征所设计并已合成的，其分子兼具TATB和BTF的分子特征，一方面，氨基的推电子效应使C-NO2键能增强，又由于氨基与硝基的氧原子间形成强的分子内和分子间氢键，更增强了分子的稳定性，因而具有优良的热稳定性和较低的感度。另一方面，分子中引入氧化呋咱基团，可明显提高化合物的密度和爆轰性能。在钝感冲击片雷管和钝感传爆药中具有潜在的应用前景。     

用符合计数研究“钚的质量属性”与“氧化钚不存在属性”

符合计数的测量量为总中子计数和符合计数，而未知量有（α，n）中子与自发裂变中子之比α、泄漏增殖系数M1以及钚-240的质量。符合计数与源中子泄漏复度分布的二阶矩成正比。对MCNP程序进行修改，加入自发裂变源与（α，n）中子源的跟踪功能，直接得到了中子泄漏复度分布的二阶矩。     

PREPARATION AND CATALYTIC ACTIVITY OF BIOACTIVE FIBERS

Two kinds of water-soluble metallophthalocyanines, binuclear cobalt phthalocyanine （Co2Pc2） and binuclear ferric phthalocyanine （Fe2Pc2）, were synthesized through phenylanhydride-urea route and characterized by elemental analysis and FT-IR spectra. Binuclear metallophthalocyanine derivatives （Mt2Pc2） were immobilized on silk fibers and modified viscose fibers to construct bioactive fibers of mimic enzyme. Mt2Pc2 was used as the active center of bioactive fibers, viscose and silk fibers as the microenvironments. The catalytic oxidation ability of bioactive fibers on the malodors of methanthiol and hydrogen sulfide was investigated at room temperature. The experimental results indicated that the catalytic activity of such bioactive fibers was closely correlative to the types ofbioactive fibers and substrates.     

Specific Angular Momentum Distribution of Disc Galaxies Formed in Preheated Intergalactic Media

Assuming that baryons within a galactic halo have the same specific angular momentum as the dark matter where they locate initially and a disc forms due to the gas cooling and condensation with the conservation of angular momentum, we investigate the angular momentum distribution in a resulting galactic disc under the new preheated galaxy formation model suggested by Mo and Mao (Mon. Not. R. Astron. Soc. 333 (2002) 768).Compared with the observational results, it can be concluded that the preheated galaxy formation model can match current observations. This model can be a good approach to solve the problems of both the angular momentum catastrophe and the mismatch of angularomomentum profiles in current disc galaxy formation models.     

富勒烯(C_(60)/C_(70))与N,N,N′,N′-四-(对甲苯基)-4,4′-二胺1,1′-二苯硒醚(TPDASe)间光诱导电子转移过程的激光光解研究

富勒烯 (C60 /C70 )与N ,N ,N′ ,N′ 四 (对甲苯基 ) 4,4′ 二胺 1,1′ 二苯硒醚 (TPDASe)间在激光光诱导条件下 ,发生了分子间的电子转移过程 .在可见 -近红外区 ( 60 0～ 12 0 0nm) ,观测到了TPDASe阳离子自由基、富勒烯 (C60 /C70 )激发三线态和阴离子自由基 ,在苯腈溶液中 ,观测瞬态谱测定了电子从TPDASe转移到富勒烯 (C60 /C70 )激发三线态的量子转化产率(ΦTet)和电子转移常数 (Ket) .
