Radiative Decays of （0^＋, 1^＋） Strange-Bottom Mesons

In this article, we assume that the （0^＋,1^＋） strange-bottom mesons are the conventional bs mesons, and calculate the electromagnetic coupling constants d, g1, g2, and g3 using the light-cone QGD sum rules. Then we study the radiative decays Bs0→Bs^＊γ, Bs1→Bsγ, Bs1→Bs^＊γ, and Bs1→Bs0γ, and observe that the widths are rather narrow. We can search for the （0^＋, 1^＋） strange-bottom mesons in the invariant Bsπ^0 and Bs^＊π^0 mass distributions in the strong decays or in the invariant Bs^＊γ, and Bsγ mass distributions in the radiative decays.     

Nonlinear Photoluminescence from ZnO Nanobelts

The nonlinear photoluminescence （PL） including second-harmonic generation （SHG） and the multiphoton luminescence （MPL） around 385 nm and 530 nm from ZnO nanobelts are investigated by using near-infrared excitations. The excitation wavelength dependence of MPL intensity reveals resonant energy transfer from SHG to MPL near the band gap excitation. The lifetime measurement of the MPL shows a much slower decay process of the defect emission, which results from the generation and recombination of both donors and acceptors on the disordered surface of the ZnO nanobelts.     

Top Quark Decay t → cb-↑b in Topcolor-Assisted Technicolor Models

The topcolor-assisted technicolor （TC2） model predicts the existence of the top-pions and the CP-even top-Higgs with large flavor-changing couplings to the top quark, which at tree-level can mediate the top quark three-body decay t → cb-↑b. We study this decay, show the dependence of the decay rate on the relevant TC2 parameters and compare the results with the predictions in the minimal supersymmetric model. We find that the decay rate in the TC2 model is much larger than that in the minimal supersymmetric model if the new particles are not too heavy. However, in consideration of the ODF and the LEP experiment limits, the top-pion mass is greater than 340 GeV in a more realistic parameter space, so the decay width of the channel t → cb-↑b intermediated by top-pions will be depressed greatly and difficult to be detected at the future collider. Thus, to observe this channel at the future collider, considering the top-higgs contribution may be the possible way when the masses of the top-pions and the top-higgs are not degenerate.     

Momentum transfer dependence behaviors of ionization and dissociation of oxygen

The decay pathways of the structured ionization region of oxygen at different momentum transfers,i.e.,0,0.23 a.u.(atomic unit),and 0.91 a.u.,are studied by measuring the ion and the scattered electron coincidently.It is found that the dipole-forbidden superexcited states of(2σu)-1(c4Σu-)npσu 3Σg-← X3Σg-decay into different channels according to the principal quantum number n.The broad ridge above 35 eV,which may be due to inner-valence excited states of(2σg)-1nλ or multiply excited states,is observed both at small and large momentum transfers,and its decay channel of O++ O is dominant.     

Helicity Amplitude Analysis of ηc Decays into Hyperon-Antihyperon Pairst

The helicity amplitudes for the processes of e^＋e^- →J/ψ→γηc→γYY（Y： hyperon） are presented, together with the joint angular distributions for ηc decays into ∧∧,∑^0 ∑^0, and [1]-[1]＋. The sensitivities to measure the hyperon decay parameters in these decays are evaluated based on the helicity amplitudes. The prospects to test the Bell inequality in experiment using the decay of ηc→∧∧ are discussed.     

丰中子氮同位素β-衰变的理论研究

Chiral Suppression and SU（3） Symmetry in Scalar Glueball Decays

We theoretically evaluate the decay rates of a scalar glueball up to the order O（αs）, where only two Feynman diagrams contribute and a special attention is paid on possible flavour SU（3） symmetry breaking in the process. It is concluded that the SU（3） flavour symmetry may be respected in any case. However, due to chiral suppression in Go →qq, F（Go →qq qq） very likely is larger than F（Go→qq）. These results are supported by the experimental data on the decays of xco（1P） （0^＋＋）. Based on this result, we propose a criterion to identify the scalar glueball.     

Analysis on B → VV with the Flavour SU（3） Symmetry

It is noted that the rescattering and annihilation effects are significant in the penguin-dominant B→ VV decays. In this work, we suggest to use a unique operator at the quark level to describe all the rescattering and the penguin-induced annihilation effects in B→ φK^＊, and the coefficient of the operator depends on the polarizations of the produced mesons. By the flavour SU（3） symmetry, we apply the same scenario to all the penguin-dominant B0190 VV modes.     

Calculation of Decay μ → eγ in R ξ Gauge in a Model of Electroweak-Scale Right-Handed Neutrinos

The lepton flavor violating process μ - eγ has been previously studied in a model of electroweak-scale right-handed neutrinos. In that work the decay amplitude was computed in unitarity gauge, augmented by some technical considerations that correct the leading term thus obtained. This complication arises because the mixing matrices appearing in the weak charged currents are not unitary in the model. In this paper, we recalculate the amplitude in Re gauge. The cancellation of the ξ dependence in the final result serves as a useful check to both the obtained amplitude and the technical points made in the previous work.     

Pb附近奇A核同质异能态半衰期的简单规律

对Pb附近Z=78—82奇A核同质异能态IT衰变（或称为同质异能跃迁包括γ跃迁和内转换）的实验数据进行了系统的分析, 发现了奇A核同质异能态IT衰变半衰期的一个简单的规律:同位素链上角动量和宇称相同的同质异能态, 半衰期的对数随质量数之间符合二次曲线关系。 这说明了IT衰变的半衰期和质量数A之间有着一个指数关系。 对这一段同质异能态衰变中跃迁多极性的分析可让人们对有关物理性质有更清楚的认识。 对发现的简单规律也给出了可能的物理解释。
