A new method for generation of a train of ultrashort pulses or a sequence of ultrashort light bullets is proposed. This method is based on the fourth-order dispersion-dependent spatiotemporal instability in dispersive Kerr media. The repetition-rate of the generated bullets can be made quite large by increasing the corresponding spatial modulation frequency locating in the new instability region resulted from fourth-order dispersion. 相似文献

Unifrom platinum nanowires were synthesized by electrodepositing the platinum under a very low altering current frequency(20Hz) and increasing voltage(5-15V)in the proes of anodic aluminium oxide(AAO) template. Atomic force microscopy observation indicates that the template membranes we obtained have hexagonally clse-packed nanochannels.The platinum nanowires have highly ordered arrays after partially dissolving the aluminium oxide membrane.With the increasing dissolvoing time,the platinum nanowire array collapsed.A concave topography of the aluminium substrate was observed after the aluminium oxide membrane was dissolved completely and the platinum nanowires were released from the template.Platinum nanowires were also characterized by transmission electron microscopy and the phase structure of the Al/AAO/Pt composite was proven by x-ray diffraction. 相似文献

The dynamic behaviour of spiral tip in the light-sensitive Belousov-Zhabotinsky reaction under the influence of an externally applied light gradient was experimentally studied. The gradient causes different drifts for different spiral patterns. The centre of the spiral wave moved toward the region of lower light intensity. The direction of an additional perpendicular drift depended on the chirality of the spiral wave. The dependences of the drifting angle and the drifting velocity on light gradient have been measured. 相似文献

Deposition of Diamond-Like carbon Films by High-Intensity Pulsed Ion Beam Ablation at Various Substrate Temperatures 下载免费PDF全文
Diamond-like carbon (DLC) films have been deposited on to Si substrates at substrate temperatures from 255℃ to 400O℃ by a high-intensity pulsed-ion-beam (HIPIB) ablation deposition technique. The formation of DLC is confirmed by Raman spectroscopy. According to an x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis, the concentration of sp^3 carbon in the films is about 40% when the substrate temperature is below 300℃ C. With increasing substratetemperature from 25℃ to 400℃, the concentration of sp^3 carbon decreases from 43% to 8%. In other words,sp3 carbon is graphitized into sp^2 carbon when the substrate temperature is above 300℃. The results of xray diffraction and atomic force microscopy show that, with increasing the substrate temperature, the surface roughness and the friction coefficient increase, and the microhardness and the residual stress of the films decrease. 相似文献

本文基于脱氧核糖核酸 (DNA)对有机染料副品红的共振光散射的增强效应 ,拟定了一种测定DNA的共振光散射法。在pH =0 5~ 1 5范围内 ,有机染料副品红于 35 5nm处的共振光散射强度被DNA强烈增强 ,且增强程度与DNA浓度呈线性关系 ,线性范围为 0 10~ 15 μg·mL- 1 ,检出限可达 36ng·mL- 1 。该方法简便、快速、具有较高的灵敏度和准确度 ,且线性范围较宽。将该方法用于混合样品中DNA的测定 ,结果令人满意。 相似文献

We report on the optical properties of ZnFe2O4-SiO2 granular films prepared on quartz substrates by the radio-frequency magnetron sputtering method.Post-annealing was performed at different temperatures under flow oxygen atmosphere.The morphology and Structures of ZnFe2O4 nanoparticles were characterized by x-ray different line types in the optical absorption curves of ZnFe2O4-SiO2 granular films.The critical transition of line types occurs when ZnFe2O4 changes from amorphous to crystalline,and the transition temperature increases with the increasing content of ZnFe2O4.There is an obvious blueshift of the optical absorption edge of the granular films with the decreasing annealing temperature. 相似文献
